I found a truck online and wandered into the office unannounced the following day. I was greeted by Cliff and handed over to Ed, both of these guys are exceptional to deal with. Ed dropped what he was doing to show me the truck I was interested in and we got right down to business. I've purchased over half a dozen vehicles from dealerships both large and small, this transaction was by far the easiest and least stressful. I told him what I wanted to put down and he got to work finding me a lender to meet all of my preferred financing numbers, payments, down, APR, term length etc. The truck they had found had everything I wanted and then some, extras I would have added at my own expense later but will not need to now. Even made my neighbors jealous! That's a win, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the market for their next vehicle. I will return for my next unit that's for sure. Thanks for everything guys!

Cliff helped us snag this badboiiii and felt comfortable doing it!

Cliff was super knowledgeable and help ease our fears when buying from out of state. He walked us through carfax, provided histories and options to help us in the future for plans in regards to service and more. I felt super comfortable and was pleasantly surprised once we got there in person. I'm glad we got recommended to this company!

Small trailer in tow... f350 diesel was struggling within days of me buying the truck!

Purchased a $20,000 truck from Ed after seeing a craigslist ad listed as private party. He had me show up at his office Copper State Motorsports. Right off I was a little bit hesitant since I felt it was misleading, but I liked Ed and the truck looked good. Plus I drove for almost an hour to get there so I felt a little bit committed. In addition, during the sale Ed promised to fix A 2 1/2 foot long scratch on the bed. He said he "had a guy that could do it." And that it would look so good that I wouldn't even notice it was there. Well I showed up to get the truck and he had personally filled in the scratch with the touch up paint that and it dripped down and made the scratch look even worse! He promised me he would have his guy fix it so like a moron I paid him the total amount and drove the truck home thinking since he was a dealer he would take care of it. Three months later he has not held up that promise. After buying the truck, my very first trip using the truck to tow a very small trailer up to Payson it threw an error code and went into a limp mode shutting the truck down to protect the motor. I called Ed and he said that this is pretty normal and not a big deal to "overspill. The turbo." For me it was a big deal since I just bought the truck! Since then it's happened three other times and I pretty much stopped driving the truck. I called Ed to let him know I wanted him to take care of the truck but he says his used vehicles are sold as is. They will not stand behind the vehicles they sell. I took the truck to a Ford Certified Diesel Mechanic and he believed the turbo is bad and was original. Ed told me it had a newer turbo! The mechanic also told me that the rotors of the truck were severely warped. I've maybe put 400 miles on the truck since I've bought it! There's plenty of vehicles for sale out there from private party and from Dealer's. This is not a dealer I would recommend!

Due to google reviews having a word count I can't get the full story out for everyone to see, but…read morethe good news is Facebook doesn't have a word count when posting to their reviews there. That being said this is by far the worst car buy experience I've ever had for about 37 different reason, they have dropped the ball more times than I can count and I've had to do a lot of follow up work to just get basic stuff done. They sold me a mechanically broken truck lots of worn suspension parts as well as a TQ converter that went out 1000 miles later, they messed up my paperwork at least 4 times and then made promises they couldn't keep more than once. Oh and to top it off they never filled my registration to the MVD so 6 weeks later I still have no plates and is no longer street legal because it expires tomorrow 10/28/25. I wouldn't recommend this place for a car purchase if it was the last place to buy in the PHX metro area. Please check their FB reviews before buying here! I'd give this place a negative 5 if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Edit.... As of 11/7 I spoke with the owner because he wanted yo try a reconcile the situation, in the process he called me a perfectionist my expectations were to high for a 27k used truck and I was the problem and the outlier out of all of his customers. It was very insulting a rude and a huge waste of time due to him not responding after I sent him the final invoice of the repair bill to get the truck I owed for 1000 miles back on the road. 2nd edit... as of 11/20 he told me I never brought an of these issues up to him and his team and that It was my problem to solve. If you buy a vehicle be prepared to be screwed over the entire time.

The only real complaint is that these dealers are now using highly deceptive advertising methods,…read moreand it is not just this location, but in many places that I have discovered recently. Dealers are resorting to jacking up the sale price of the used vehicles with "Dealer Add-Ons", for a variety of unnecessary products that provide no real value to the customer but is a method to increase gross profits and the internet has made it increasingly difficult for them to generate profits as a result. I went in to purchase a vehicle to upgrade my daughters current car and during the first pass, they added $1,854 to the price of the vehicle, when I had already received a quote online from the Autotrader ad for $14,890, plus tax, registration and documentation fees, nowhere on the online ad or in the emailed response was this ever disclosed and when I spoke with the internet representative on the phone, I asked about any additional fees and she said that there were NONE. Therefore that evening we made the 2.5 hour drive up to purchase the vehicle and while I did not expect a decent trade in value for her car, and I removed it from the deal and was prepared to pay cash or finance it, and when I voiced my disappointment over the add on, they reduced it by $1,355 and said that they always add the $499 fee to all their used cars. Which I think was for paint sealant??? In my past 40 years of buying cars, 25+ units in total, I have NEVER purchased this junk and never had any paint issues before. Plus, I know the game, I have worked in the retail automotive industry, as a sales consultant, new and used car sales manager, finance manager and service manager, for several dealers and promoted the same junk, but these are not mandatory and you DO NOT need to accept this nonsense, ever and it is always your choice to simply walk away and keep that money in your pocket. I refused and said that I would keep my trade, but still buy car at the $14,890, plus TTL, because it was actually at the low book value and as it was the deal that was sent to me via email, and take it home that evening, but the sales manager refused to budge on the $499, which again, not sure what it was for, but never disclosed until we sat down to work out the contract. So, we left. I also had to say that his sales team was not very well prepared, looked rather sloppy, and I would have trained them far better than how they both looked and spoke to me. I fully understand this industry, and there is nothing wrong with making money in car business, it can be very lucrative and fun, which is fine, but let's not get too ridiculous about it paint sealant and such on a "used vehicle". My only real issue was the deceptive tactics, which to me appear to be border line illegal and they certainly seem to be deliberately working on being deceptive, so don't fall for it. From my past work experience, most individuals are not prepared to deal with professional salespeople who would convince people to agree to spend money on things that they really did not need. Many products are good, GAP, Warranty and such, when the risk warrants the investment, but do your own research and do a careful analysis each time. Plus, even these products are negotiable and come with 50% to 200% markups, as I would do in the past. We did find a very nice unit, for $3000 more, but a newer model and equally equipped, plus she is happy and guess what - NO "Dealer Add-On" fees and a good value for the money. Go out there and shop around but ask questions and don't waste your time or their time as well.

I will start off by saying that I'm not a hard person to please. I was very open and patient during…read morethis process and still had a horrible experience. I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but I will never purchase through this company again.

This was one of the most misleading and frustrating car-buying experiences l've ever had…read more We were told our "out-the-door" price was $41,334 - which any reasonable person understands to mean the total cost, including all taxes and fees. At no point did anyone clearly disclose that sales tax was NOT included. Only after the sale, when we went to register the vehicle in Nevada, were we hit with a large, unexpected tax bill that we had to pay out of pocket. This is not a small oversight -- it's a major lack of transparency and, frankly, feels deceptive. If a dealership is quoting an "out-the-door" price, it is their responsibility to make sure that number is accurate and complete. Failing to disclose something as significant as sales tax is unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed any trust we had in this dealership.
