I had read other reviews on Google shortly before we arrived regarding One Stop Auto Mall and those were very positive, which was one of the reasons we stopped in. As a female buyer of a large van/bus that is to be used for commercial purposes, I was nervous about being talked down to or "mansplained." Allen did neither. He was professional and showed interest in not just the sale, but about me/my business as well. I wish more men in this industry would realize that their heavy, overbearing presence, "advice" and pushiness is a huge turn-off to women. I was very grateful for Allen's respect and fair prices. Should I need a vehicle again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to One Stop Auto Mall and do business with Allen (or his brother, Mike). Both were wonderful people.

That being said this is by far the worst car buy experience I've ever had for about 37 different reason, they have dropped the ball more times than I can count and I've had to do a lot of follow up work to just get basic stuff done. They sold me a mechanically broken truck lots of worn suspension parts as well as a TQ converter that went out 1000 miles later, they messed up my paperwork at least 4 times and then made promises they couldn't keep more than once. Oh and to top it off they never filled my registration to the MVD so 6 weeks later I still have no plates and is no longer street legal because it expires tomorrow 10/28/25. I wouldn't recommend this place for a car purchase if it was the last place to buy in the PHX metro area. Please check their FB reviews before buying here! As of 11/7 I spoke with the owner because he wanted yo try a reconcile the situation, in the process he called me a perfectionist my expectations were to high for a 27k used truck and I was the problem and the outlier out of all of his customers. Before going to the dealership, I spoke with a representative over the phone who described himself as a "bankruptcy specialist." I was specifically told that he works with lenders, including Honda Financial, and that he could help get someone in an active bankruptcy approved for financing. Based on that conversation, my wife and I made the trip to Bell Honda on Sunday with the expectation that we were working with someone who understood our situation and could potentially help us. Unfortunately, we spent approximately three hours at the dealership waiting while the representative was assisting other customers and we were assigned to a rep named "J", who just joined the team. Hourse go by and we ultimately had to leave. Before leaving, we asked the representative, who had been assisting us because the original representative was unavailable, to contact us once they had identified a lender that could work with our situation. Hours passed that day, and we never received a call. I called the dealership the following day for an update and was then told that, unfortunately, there were no lenders available who could approve me. Had I been given that information upfront, I would not have spent three hours at the dealership or made the drive there in the first place. There are other Honda dealerships much closer to my home that I could have contacted. For context, I am currently in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have an existing Honda Prologue lease and am looking to turn in that vehicle and move into a new financed Honda. My bankruptcy attorney has already advised me that this type of purchase can potentially be approved by my Chapter 13 trustee. I simply need to obtain a purchase contract and monthly payment information so the appropriate paperwork can be submitted to the trustee. I completely understand that a dealership cannot guarantee financing approval, especially when someone is in an active bankruptcy. My frustration is with the way the situation was represented to me over the phone. If I had simply been told, "We work with people in bankruptcy, but we cannot guarantee that we have a lender who will approve you," I would have had a much more realistic expectation. Instead, I was given the impression that this representative specialized in bankruptcy financing and had access to lenders such as Honda Financial that could potentially get me approved. That ultimately resulted in a significant amount of my time being wasted. I am sharing this review specifically for other consumers who may be in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy and are trying to replace or finance a vehicle. If you are in a similar situation, especially if you are currently leasing a Honda and are looking to transition into a financed vehicle, I would recommend contacting other Honda dealerships first and clearly asking whether they have lenders who actually work with active Chapter 13 customers before making the trip. Again, I understand that financing is never guaranteed. My issue is not that I was ultimately declined; my issue is that I feel the expectations set during my initial phone conversation did not match what the dealership was ultimately able to provide. Hopefully, this review helps another consumer avoid making the same trip and losing several hours of their day unnecessarily. Out of respect, I will not share the name of this "Bankruptcy Specialist" and if consumers bypass this review, you can get this same experience by this rep.

I brought it back to them and they said it was fixed but that was a lie because a week later it did the same exact thing and failed. 4, a week after I bought it the truck started to have death wobble and is barely drivable. 5, now the window has fallen off track and the system inside needs to be replaced. I've been holding out on writing a bad review but the window falling and leaving the truck vulnerable to break ins is the last straw. I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but I will never purchase through this company again.

I purchased a car from this dealership on July 30th. I couldn't take the car home that night because my insurance didn't become effective until the next day, so the dealership delivered it to me the following day, which I appreciated. I drove the car only a couple of times--to the store and to get food, no more than 5-10 minutes each trip. On August 10th, I noticed oil on the ground in my garage. I checked underneath the car and saw that it was leaking oil. Since it was a Sunday and the dealership was closed, I waited until August 11th to contact the salesperson, who put me in touch with the service advisors. The first time they took the car in, I was told the oil leak was just residue from a previous oil cooler job done before they even had the car. I was told to drive it 1,000 miles and bring it back if it continued leaking. After about two weeks, I got the car back, drove it roughly 800 miles, and it was still leaking oil. On top of that, the car started displaying a "Shift to Park" warning. I brought it back again. This time, I was told the timing cover needed to be resealed and the shifter needed to be replaced. The timing cover was fixed, but I was not informed that the warranty denied the shifter repair. I was told to bring it back if the "Shift to Park" message appeared again--which it did immediately after taking it home. I brought it back once more. They said the oil was just residue from the timing cover repair, cleaned it up, replaced the shifter, and charged me a $150 deductible. After getting the car back, it was still leaking oil. They suggested I take it to Chevy, so I did. Chevy gave me a long list of issues but said the warranty declined the repairs and that the car needed to go back to Dodge. I took the car back to Dodge, and they said the issue was the vacuum pump. A few days later, the car was leaking oil again. I called to set up another appointment and asked if there were any options to get out of the vehicle. The woman I spoke with (I won't name her) was extremely kind and helpful and most helpful other than the techs that's been trying to figure out my car. She told me that if they couldn't fix the car after multiple attempts (similar to the lemon law policy), they would buy the car back. When the car came back--still leaking--I called again and spoke to Carter, who confirmed what the lady said, and told me to bring it in to see what we could do. If I had known what was coming next, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Once I arrived, the story completely changed. They said they would buy the car back--but not for what I paid. I bought the car for $16,000, and after tax, title, license, and warranty, my loan totaled about $25,100. I've barely put 2,000 miles on the car, and most of those miles were from the mechanics test-driving it and telling me to drive it certain miles for each leak. Despite that, they appraised the car at $8,500, even though my loan is still around $25,000. After that, they claimed the issue was the oil cooler. Then it leaked again--this time from the oil pan. They resealed it and charged me another $150 deductible. Now I've driven the car only three short trips, and it's leaking oil again. They're once again telling me to take it to Chevy, even though that didn't work the first time.Point is I bought this car on July 30th, it was delivered July 31st, and it has been leaking oil since August 10th. I have brought this car back seven times, and now it's going to be an eighth. I've barely been able to enjoy or even use the car since buying it. I know I'm tired of bringing it back and I know the techs are tired of me bring it back as can tell keep trying to pass me to Chevy. Which I appreciate but we already know what happened last time I went there.All I want is a car that doesn't leak oil and very reliable I went to five dealerships before choosing this one too. and this has been nothing but a nightmare. Here we are 7 months later and nothing has been done except to keep taking it back to get fixed they even stopped taking me in at the services and kept telling me to send it other dealerships because they couldn't figure it out. I have all receipts and repairs for everything on the car haven't done anything to the car except a crack windshield and put like 4,000 miles on it within the year because the shops have had it longer than I have. Really unprofessional and would never ever recommend this dealership they screw you over on pricing and car doesn't even work and visits the shop more than anything and they also say one thing over the phone then when get there say something completely different. You will just be In debt for a car you never see.
