I love this little food truck...veggie and vegan friendly. Picking up dinner here after a walk is a delight with no clean up! The staff I met was friendly and did not complain once about the 100+ heat outside! Come on by and see for yourself!

Just randomly pulled into the parking lot in the Mueller area to find a few food trailers. I saw this one, and decided on the Froze. Cucumber Lemonade. What a nice afternoon treat! Nice and cold for a toasty afternoon. The staff was friendly and carried good vibes. I'll be back.

Tried this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The owner was so kind and very knowledgeable about gluten free. I ended up getting the black bean wrap made into a grain bowl but everything looked delicious. If you don't like spicy food, beware! The black bean wrap only had one spice indicator and it definitely had more than just a little kick to it. Can't imagine how spicy the Spicy Chickpea bowl is!! The piña colada smoothie was delicious, but I docked a star because not all of the fruit was fully blended. Only got a few little chunks of banana which isn't earth shattering but it took away from it a little. Either way, I'm excited to go back!!

Had to dock another star. An eye lash in my food is one thing. But conscious cravings is dead to me after this experience at the Airport blvd location + a prior experience with the douchy hipster at the south 1st location. #wearadamnhairnet #hipsterhairdontcare

OMG I just realized today that I had been missing out this amazing food trailer! Muller is so close to my house and I am often there at the lake i.e. Other side of the trailer. Super hungry after work and on my way back home decided to try this place. This was my first visit to the food truck and I really can't remember If I had visited their SOCO location. I was super confused as to what should I pick up.. They are Vegetarians yeippeee !! I can order anything out of the menu !! I finally decided to order Carrot smoothie and spicy chickpea wrap. Everything was so perfect. The wrap was amazingly tasty and spicy.. loved it! All the flavors were balanced and crisp onions lettuce was perfect. The smoothie was refreshing. I could identify all the flavors of it carrot pineapple mango !! The girl was super sweet and answered all my stupid queries. She even gave me a punch card(after 9 entrees you get one FREE) There are decent sitting tables, shared by all food trucks in that area. It so pleasant to sit and enjoy the greenery around. Kids friendly and have some slides etc where kids could paly while u can enjoy ur food. Even they have couple of bowls for ur pets food & water!! Ample of parking space available all around !! Definitely wanna try all the other stuff from their menu!! Would be back very soon ...

Spicy Chicpea was AMAZING! We live in Houston and want to drive back to Austin just for that wrap!! Awesome vegan food! Get in my belly type of food! Didn't have a chance to take a pic of the food. Nice little outdoor food truck spot where you can eat outside

The service was very odd -- I was hardly greeted and when I asked about the menu, I was spoken to condescendingly, so right off the bat, I was getting a bad impression. I ordered the spicy chickpea with spinach tortilla and I actually quite liked all the blended flavors. I also got the quinoa bowl with blackened tofu and the salad itself was good but the tofu was far too salty. I could barely finish the pieces of tofu due to how salty it was. I also swapped out the spicy mayo with chimicurri dressing, which was a good choice! Both proteins were saltier than they needed to be but the overall flavors were decent. I wouldn't go back. I was disappointed with not only the service but also the food.

I had a BBQ Seitan Salad with avocado and it was excellent. (I just wish I hadn't deleted my pictures of grackles so I could post them for this location since they hang around the benches in this park).

I got the Berry smoothie! It was fresh and good. Not too sweet and a decent size. My son also loved it.

From the ambiance to the service to the food, everything was absolutely impeccable. We opted for the seasonal 7-course tasting menu: 1. Local corn and onion snacks - Loved the corn soup and the sweet potato crisp. The polenta was good, but if I'm being honest, I could've used a few more of those sweet potato crisps because they were dangerously delicious. 2. Bread with blistered shishito pepper cream, garlic butter, and tarragon chermoula - All were great, but the blistered shishito pepper cream stole the show. I quite literally licked the plate clean. 3. Glazed carrots with carrot cream - Refreshing with a subtle kick of Asian-inspired flavors that really elevated the dish. 4. Cauliflower and white grape soup - Hearty, comforting, and perfect for the cold weather. I was skeptical about the grapes at first, but they worked beautifully, adding just enough sweetness to balance the saltiness. 5. Squash cappelletti - The pasta was cooked to perfection with the ideal amount of filling. I was already getting full at this point, but there was no way I was leaving this unfinished. 6. Cranberry & ginger popsicle - A fantastic palate cleanser that actually helped reset my appetite for dessert. 7. Concord grape sorbet - I neither loved nor disliked it, but it was refreshing and surprisingly nostalgic. It instantly reminded me of PB&Js with grape jelly that my mom used to pack for me as a kid. 8. Burnt butter apple cake with maple ice cream - I'm a sucker for anything apple, and this combination was next-level. The perfect way to end the tasting. Overall, I had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding, the space was intimate and ideal for a date night, and the food was thoughtful and creative. I'll definitely be back for the spring menu. Apr 8, 2026 review:…read more I've been at Nori two times in person and recently tried their to-go order. We got one Austin roll ($22), volcano roll ($15), creamy spicy tan tan ramen ($20), teriyaki sesame tofu yakisoba ($20). I have had their sushi and yakisoba but tried their ramen for first time. I was impressed with their packaging. As you can see in picture, veggies and noodles box was on top and soup at bottom. The only thing I didn't like how noodles became very sticky because of how tight they were packed. So I got it as cold (because I live 30 mins away) and sticky. Ramen came with all the veggies like grilled Chinese broccoli, tofu, sweet corn, marinated shiitake mushrooms, red onions and negi. Yakisoba noodles had the Stir-fried noodles tossed with cabbage, scallion, carrot, marinated shiitake mushrooms, and fragrant negi in a savory house sauce. It was good if you like this type of noodles. Austin roll had Smoked tempeh, tempura tofu, jalapeño, pickles. And on the to Avocado, roasted garlic oil, tempura flakes, smoked paprika, teriyaki. Volcano roll was a deep fried roll which had spinach, avocado, sweet potato. On top: spicy mayo, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, Caviart and tempura onion. I would say this is the best vegetarian sushi place I've found in Austin. So if you're in search, this wouldn't disappoint you.

I'll start by stating the obvious: everything on the menu is plant based! It's rare for me to go to a restaraunt and be able to eat everything on the many and its unheard of when it comes to sushi which is why I so excited to try the place out. IM OBSESSED! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We tried the chick'n karaage, impossible gyoza, and a few different speciality roles (austin, manhattan, and another that I can't recall). While the food was really yummy, the drinks were somehow even better. I had an early grey martini that blew me away. Probably in the top 2 best cocktails I've ever had in my life. The best part is all of their drinks (or nearly all of their cocktails) come in three variations which allows you to get them with alchohol, thc, or make it complelely non-alcoholic. Love the inclustivity. I cant' wait to come back!

Service The guy working the truck seemed to be high while taking our orders and making food. That must explain why tacos are $7, they were decently large and that runny age was good. It also took ages to make and get our food. I know vegan food does tend to take longer because of the care process, but this was another level. They did not call our names when the food was ready and it took ages. We even came to check on our food a few times and it was not ready. Ambiance Food truck in the middle of an empty lot. There are quite a few other trucks, but they were all pretty expensive. Bathrooms are decent onsite and there area few tables around the here you can eat. Honestly meh on the location and truck food.
