I was delightfully surprised when I…read morehad walked in early to wait for a friend was greeted by the girl running the clothing swap. Feels like this spot may always have something jiving! My friend and I arrived with laptops and left them closed. The whole place has an Elle Woods sleepover energy: pink-adjacent, unapologetically cozy, a little magical. We enjoyed our treats, caught up and people watched. And yes these are treats. There may be alcohol at other times; we were just there for coffee and tea, and the specials leaned floral. I had something built around orange blossom that drifted between citrus and honeysuckle, delicate enough to feel like a mood rather than a flavor. Lovely, if not exactly life-changing. But that's the point: Hello Darling pulls you in with its aesthetic and keeps you with its comfy, cozy seats. Definitely equally suited to a solo work session or a two-hour gossip spiral that was supposed to be a work session! Come for the drinks, stay because you forgot you had somewhere else to be.

It's a mix of fairy garden and feminine chic had a baby! ++ Killer location right in the highlands ++ Beautiful interior and decor - sweet, cutesy with a gorgeous floral mural on the back wall ++ Tons of seating - counter, high top, cozy booth, you name it! ++ Both cocktails and coffee are offered here - making it the perfect spot for a mid-day pick me up, or drinks with the girls ++ Super friendly staff eager to whip up a carefully crafted cocktail or latte ++ Fun menu items with the best vibes! -- Parking is limited to street only, so be on the lookout -- Coffee is average, but fun to try the creative menu. (We sipped on the cherry vanilla iced latte - which left me wishing there was more flavor, and the strawberry mocha cold brew - which was rich but so sour) I'd give this spot another chance and try some other things on the ever-changing menu :)

We were seated at the front by the window, which was nice. It did get a little hot in the restaurant as more people arrived, since it has been unusually warm in Denver this season. We split six plates and were stuffed by the time the celebratory dessert arrived. We started with the burrata, which paired well with apple butter and pickled apples. The arancini was a fusion of Indian spiced cauliflower with mint-cilantro yogurt raita. My favorite of the Spuntini dishes was the Granchio--jumbo lump crab served over a crispy potato cake with butternut squash and a perfect 63 ° egg. We split two Primi dishes: their special of the day pasta, and the Cappellini Aglio e Olio. The Cappellini was amazing--a perfect blend of Indian spices, breadcrumbs, and another 63 ° egg. Yum. If you love scallops, the Capesante dish is not to be missed. These were some of the sweetest, perfectly prepared scallops I have had.

A hip place to hang out with friends or have a celebration! The decor is wonderful and modern!…read more The restaurant has an extensive beverage menu with wine, beer and cocktails. Snacks, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, salads many shareable items. The experience is all weighing on the service and that is what was lacking on my visit. The waiter showed me which side of the menu was white wine and which was red. I ordered white wine, ended up being served a glass of red. I didn't complain, just decided to be a good sport. I ordered a panini which was much smaller than the waiter described and it was cold. I ordered a full salad, he brought a half salad. Water was only served after being requested halfway through the meal, as he never came over to check on us once the order was placed. I did try repeatedly to capture his attention but I suppose we were invisible? Normally, I am a 5 star girl but this dinner was a total disaster anything that could go wrong did go wrong. One of the worst dining experiences I have had in yrs. I might give the restaurant another try as it was highly recommended to me but never on a weekend. Parking was also very difficult with limited street parking.
