Here's a Yelp review in English that captures your experience: I had an accident in January, and since the other party's insurance was State Farm, I was looking for a body shop that works with them and handles Teslas. That's how I found Collision Works in Long Beach, and I'm so glad I did! My car came back in about two weeks--faster than I expected--and it looked amazing, even shinier than before the accident. I'm extremely satisfied with their work. If you're a Tesla owner dealing with accident repairs, I highly recommend this place. The staff is super friendly, and as a bonus, they even offer free M&M's when you visit. Great service, fast turnaround, and excellent results--couldn't be happier!

I love my car. I personally wash it every month and ceramic coated it myself when I first bought it. So when I was rear ended and needed to find a repair shop, I did a lot of research. I specifically wanted a Tesla-certified shop and reached out to three. Collision Works was the quickest to respond and seemed the most knowledgeable. I also have some aftermarket lights that needed to be transferred to the replacement parts, and they put my mind at ease that they could handle it. I dropped off the car, and a week later it was ready. The entire staff was pleasant and communicated well throughout the process. At pickup, I did a thorough inspection and was really happy with the work. The trunk lid and rear bumper were replaced and painted, and they successfully transferred my aftermarket lights to the new parts. The car was also cleaned inside and out, and they even topped off a low tire. The attention to detail was above and beyond. I can't recommend Collision Works enough.

    In the repair process.

Lamborghini Gallardo repairs. Front bumper & passenger quarter panel repaired & the complete car got paint correction with a ceramic coat. Completed in 5 working days. Overall cost was reasonable based on the quality of the repairs.

    Missing label

Staff is friendly, but they rushed my car. They didn't put a lug nut they broke off to work on vehicle. They didn't put the little caps inside my car that labels the air bags so it's an open hole. They chewed off the clip that holds my sun visors. So I can't turn them without them falling off

What they considered to be a good job

My 2021 model Y was sent here from Tesla to repair damages and they left my car a mess. They scratches both tail lights they half ass the repairs. They made little to no attempt color match the paint the original paint from Tesla is a pearl white they patched it Up with regular white paint hoping no one would notice they also chipped the original paint and felt they don't have to inform the client that they damages the vehicle. The Interior and dash board were left dusty and dirty from the sanding they did the least they could of done was pass over it with a cloth towel to clean it. Absolute mess stay away from here or find a better repair shop that actually cares about repairs and has integrity and do good work

This place is awesome. They handled my bumper after I was rear-ended and did an excellent job. Devin went above and beyond.

They responded quickly, were courteous, and didn't try to tack on a diagnostic fee just to take a look. When I dropped off the car, the technician walked me through their process, starting with the bulbs before moving into any potential electrical issues (which I really appreciated.) It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling. I'll definitely be back for future repairs. Side note- they have the cutest shop kitten. ‍

They said they could and gave me a timeline for working on the vehicle that matched my needs. While I appreciate them getting me in on short notice, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered on when they would be able to work on my vehicle. They were able to diagnose a couple of leaks that they thought were the problem and sent me photos to show me what they were looking at. In the past when I've left my car at this shop for work they sent over a detailed estimate before starting the work, but this time I only received the verbal estimate over the phone. I drive an old car, which isn't worth much, and I did let the person know that I wasn't interested in investing more in repairs than the vehicle is worth. As it was, the two leaks were just over $1K to fix, and I OK'd the work to begin. After fixing the first two leaks, they then came back and told me there was a third leak, which would require a more major repair to the transmission and they would have to have their transmission person (who wasn't there that weekend) send me an estimate the next day. While I understand that it's plausible that the third leak wasn't something they could have originally diagnosed, it felt a bit weird that the photo they used to show me the leak was one of the original photos they had sent before starting any work. If the leak was visible in that photo, I'm unclear why they couldn't have diagnosed it earlier. The added cost of this additional repair definitely tips the scales of worth-it/not-worth-it to repair vs replace this car, so I wish I had had all the information before deciding to make the initial repairs. Unfortunately, despite stabilizing the ATF level, fixing the leaks did not resolve the transmission issue. On a smaller scale, they didn't check or top up the tire pressure, which most mechanics I've gone to have done as a courtesy when working on my vehicle. The day after I picked up my car the tire pressure light went on, and when I checked my tires all four of them had low pressure. It's a small thing, but especially when dealing with expensive mechanical items like cars, the small things matter a lot in creating a sense of security and trust with your mechanic. They did mention that they were under new management since the last time I had been in, which may account for the different experiences.

The second time, they would not even look at my car unless I agreed to pay them $150 diagnostic fee just to look at the new issues. While I'm arguing with them about their refusal to stand behind their work, another guy brings in his car with 3 new issues he had immediately after his service with them. I just want a mechanic that fixes what I ask them to fix without creating new problems. First time, came for AC repair, oil change, and to fix the rear brake lights. After paying $1,200, I pick up the car and the AC still doesn't work and I've got scratches on the trunk lid, probably from the car wash they took it to. The woman that runs the office insisted that I never asked them to fix the AC instead of realizing that the owner forgot to write down that I wanted the AC fixed. I still have no idea what they fixed for $1,200. I brought it back for the AC work and they buffed out the scratches. Good. But after I picked it up, I started hearing rattling when I accelerated. And later, I realized that the passenger door would only work manually. So, I brought it back to them and they refused to look at these new issues unless I agreed to pay them $150 inspection fee if the event that they decide that they didn't cause the problem. And they could decide that arbitrarily. If a mechanic won't look at your new, after service issues without payment, find another garage.
