I was referred to Pan's auto collision by my mechanic who I thoroughly trust. When I looked this business up on Yelp, I was really impressed with their satisfied customers and the amount of five star reviews. I brought my car by on a Friday and received a quote from Anthony on the spot to remove my front bumper, fully strip it, prep, paint and clearcoat it. I asked if he had a good wheel shop that he could recommend when I told him I was looking to replace my wheels and rims. He asked me if I had considered powder coating them. With another very reasonable quote to repair any pits and rough surfaces, I decided to go that route. I was able to do the wheel work at the same time through Pan's while my car was being painted. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up Wednesday afternoon and could not be happier! In less than 3 full days my paint job is absolutely flawless and gorgeous. I really dont know how this shop has five stars my girlfriend took our car there for some body work (insurance claim) so that's why I didn't mind the price, but they claimed that they changed the bumper for a new one and really didn't but I didnt mind work was good but for some reason they decided I needed more freon in my car when they drove it over 200 miles and the freon they put in was not the correct one and I had to pay 1500$ to get fixed he tried saying we brought the car in like that. I visited four collision repair shops along Anaheim St. prior to arriving at Pan's Coach Craft. Unlike the four previous establishments that I received estimated from, I was greeted at Pan's with an enthusiastic smile and a sincere, "Hi! How can I help you?" After receiving an estimate from a young man named Anthony (who I later found out is the owner), I contacted my insurance company to inform them that Pan's Coach Craft was where I wanted to have my car repaired at. The transaction was absolutely seamless. Anthony forwarded pictures to my claim adjuster and maintained correspondence with him during the entire duration of the repair. Furthermore, Anthony reserved my car rental for me and provided transportation to and from the car rental location. Finally, Pan's diligently notified me with the progress the repair (including images)! The quality of the repair was superb! Because the damage to my passenger side door was so extreme, I was concerned that while driving, my car's cabin would not be as quiet as before due to air noise. This was not at all the case. Pan's made my car look and ride just like it did when it was brand new two years ago-- they even cleaned the interior of my car!! If I could give Pan's Coach Craft 6 starts I would. I brought in a bumper here to be painted but before doing so, I called about six different places to get quotes. I only needed my bumper painted (brand new, no installing) and I ended up getting very similiar numbers from most places. Anthony from Pan's Coach gave me a quote that was nearly $150 less than the other shops! I couldn't say no to that so I brought in the bumper as soon as I can. I gave him a BMW bumper that needed to be primed, painted, and clear coated along with a 1.5x1.5 tow hook cap from my old bumper so he can color match. He called me later in the day to ask about color matching because my tow hook sample was off from the original color. I told him it had been repainted and he took it from there. Next day 2pm my bumper was ready to be picked up. It was a very clean paint job and the clear was laid on nicely with almost no orange peel. I installed the bumper once I got home and it matched PERFECTLY. He was able to get it just right with that little tow hook cap. Overall; super friendly service, fast quality work and lowest price I could find. Will recommend this place to everyone! read more

I chose to pay without insurance after hitting black ice coming back from big bear and blowing out my left side headlight, turn signal, denting the hood and fender, along with other minor details. When I came to him for an estimate I was there for about 20 minutes and here's why.... I knew exactly what I wanted to be repaired and he didn't try to haggle me into paying for anymore. WOW! After a fairly priced estimate with no BS in between he quoted me 3 days (everyone else quoted me about 10). All the quotes I received were pretty comparable to each other, with little difference in cost, but the attitude, care and genuine personality of Anthony is what really sold me. Every other repair shop who quoted me, seemed to be looking for a chance to increase the cost... such as "well I can only give you a quote on what I see, I won't know until I take the bumper's off if you will need new clips."
