My brand new car got hit in a parking lot and the insurance suggested I take it to Boulevard Collision for repairs. The shop is in a good location and nearby Enterprise in case you need a rental. What I didn't like was the fact the employees were in multiple areas of my vehicle they didn't need to be in hence the star removal. I've had horrible experiences with leaving my cars with body shops in the past so this didn't put my mind at ease. Over the next 12 days they were pinged in the trunk and back seats multiple times throughout the day. The damage was on the left fender so I was a little confused as to why they were in the back seat and trunk of the car. My car was alerting me multiple times a day when any activity occurred. They were even in the wheel well where the spare tire is located and for whatever reason removed my cover car from that location and put it in the trunk. When I called to ask about the activity I was told they were cleaning it. My car had been professionally detailed a week prior to dropping it off for repairs so I was not too thrilled that they were attempting to clean it. I did tell the assigned agent this and they took it back to wipe out the excess product and apologized. I still had to clean it again when I got home but they did at least try. I wish they would ask customers if they would like to have their cars cleaned prior to doing so because I'm very particular about the products used and how it's cleaned because of the color. Overall, I can't knock the repair. They did a great job repairing it and it doesn't look as if anything happened to it at all.

I had gotten into an accident a few weeks ago and my front bumper and passenger side fender was a little messed up. I went to boulevard and had the pleasure of meeting Richard who was amazing from the time he seen my car to me picking up my car. I didn't expect my car to look as if i just picked it up from the dealer but he made sure my car was taken care of. Thank you to Richard and the rest of Boulevard collision team for everything you guys did. See the before and after of how my car looked

Had to chase the SOB like this to get his license plate!

Got side swiped by a full size truck on the freeway and his insurance sent me to Boulevard for repairs. Staff over there are very courteous and helpful. John handled the write up, updates and delivery. Very nice man and a joy to chat with. Excellent customer service when he shows interest in having you pick the vehicle up before he clocks out so that he can pull up your car and hand you the keys personally. There was even a scuff mark on my driver fender from a near miss I had with another vehicle and to my surprise, they made that disappear too! Now my baby is gorgeous once again. Also 2 weeks for the amount of work was totally reasonable since I was expecting closer to 3. Thanks to John and every individual who had a hand in repairing my Fusion

I recommend taking you car to Blvd. Collision Center. They did great job on my Buick Lacrosse. Looks brand new

Car was returned to me better than new. I had a rear bumper replaced and it looked better than when I bought the vehicle.

I brought my Miata in because the front bumper was a bit distorted and showed signs of a messy repair from some time in the past. Luis carefully inspected the car, gave his opinion about the needed repairs, explained why some possible options were not good ones, and wrote up an estimate. I was consistently impressed with Luis's earnest personality and his willingness to take time with me to get things done right. I sat at his desk as he called around to ensure that we could get the correct OEM bumper for the car. During the course of the repair, Luis called to explain two necessary delays. Once, a part he planned on salavaging could not be salvaged, so he needed to order a part. On the second occasion, he discovered he needed a proprietary fastener from Mazda to ensure that my bumper stayed tightly attached. Although no one likes waiting for their car to be fixed, I appreciated his efforts to keep me informed and to provide me the best possible repair. Then, the car was ready. The surface was smooth and glossy and the paint match was about as good as I could ask for (there's always a slight difference between plastic bumpers and metal fenders). The rest of the car also received a good wash before they returned it to me. No one likes to spend money on repairs, and paint work is just inherently expensive. Still, if you have to spend the money, you might as well get it done right. I certainly recommend Long Beach Collision Center.

I'm not one to care much about the appearance of my car, but these scratches were really deep and would've ended up rusting if I didn't do anything about it. I only really wanted those scratches fixed, but this place went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect from all angles. I've never left a review before, but I wanted to help support this business because I appreciated how fair that treated me and their dedication to their work. I was afraid that I would scammed, especially as a young woman paying out-of-pocket. Honorio and Chris had an extremely transparent and objective process for pricing. They had an algorithm based on the amount of panels that were affected, what they anticipated they needed to order to complete the job, the labor costs, etc. I appreciated how an objective, uniform process it was to price the job. The work took an extra day, and I offered to pay for the labor unaccounted for in the estimate, but Chris didn't charge me, saying that they care more about the quality of their work. Even after I paid, they went back to make sure that everything was perfect, even waxing and buffing the other side of the car with small scratches that I didn't even ask to be fixed.

This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.

Angie was professional and patient trying to fit me in for an estimate during the week. When I arrived for the estimate, Angie greeted me immediately. Without delay, Clay met with me to inspect the damages. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. Clay also took time to go over the repair process so I had a better understanding of how long the repair would take. Prior to scheduling the repairs, Angie texted me the information on Enterprise Rental. When I returned for the repairs, Clay checked me in and made sure I retrieved any personal belongings I would need. They also sent periodic text updates during the process. Our vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule, and the team made it look like new again. Specifically, I was pleasantly surprised that Clay also had the headlights polished. Angie also conducted a final walkthrough and suggested I return if any issues occur. As a result, I highly recommend Craftsman Collision, and I greatly appreciate the professionalism by Angie and Clay!

This is my first experience with Craftsman and I'm honestly not sure how to feel. On one hand, the…read morefinished product looks absolutely immaculate. I would never be able to tell that someone hit my car, dented it, and scratched it while parked. But on the other hand, I was expecting to get my vehicle back within, I would say, 3 to 5 days, and ended up getting delayed by a little over 2 weeks. Luckily, I'm in a position where I freelance and work from home, so that wasn't too much of an issue, although it still was with errands and such. But a lot of people need to commute, and 2 weeks is a long time to pay for a rental car. I decided against that since even with a discount, it would still be a lot for a rental. So just keep in mind that they do good work, but I do feel that it was quite slow, most likely because, unfortunately, it's a mega service center for insurance companies, so a lot of people get referred here, and so there's a lot of people in the queue in front of you. That said, considering how many people were in the queue in front of me when they were finished with my car, I was impressed with the attention to detail. I didn't feel like I was skimmed over for probably the next 10 people next in the queue. Funnily enough, while this is happening, and other family member's car had an issue where the air conditioning broke. They took it into Pet Boys and got it back faster than I got my car back, but were much less satisfied with the service than I was with Craftsman. So another thing is, as long as the part is still being made, I have a lifetime warranty on the parts and service and paint and everything that was conducted. So that's huge. It almost makes it worth the 2-week wait. I just would have appreciated a bit better communication on why the delays were happening rather than, hey, it looks like it's going to be delayed. Is it delayed because there's a lot of people in front of me? Is it delayed because they're waiting on a part to ship? Because there was multiple delays, and although there's not really much I can do about that, I think you should give the customer a more detailed response explaining why an error has occurred rather than just saying there was an error. The error being the delay. So just know that Craftsman will do a great job, but you might be waiting half a month for your vehicle back.
