    STAY AWAY! These people are thieves and cheats. My car came in with rear end damage and they messed with my engine. My car does not sound right. It's a hybrid and used to have a heavenly sound to it, now it sounds like it's struggling. This car is a 2024 with 5k miles and zero front end damage. Why was so much done to the engine? The body work is terrible and the paint is terrible. There are scratches and tool marks they left around the car that were not there before making the car look damaged. Some pieces were not put on correctly and you can see gaps that were not there before. The paint job is no better you can see the imperfections in the paint, the color is very diffrent and there is to much orange peel. It seems they got some sort of coating on my rims as well that they were not able to take off. The front rims are smooth (like they should be) and the back rims are textured. These people also stole my samsung charging cord along with my prescription rayband sunglasses in a raybands case. It looks like they tried to steal the phone holder as well because it is broken and you can see where they stuck a tool to try and take it off. I would not trust these people to even fix the mistakes as they have already stolen over $500 worth of items from me along with doing a bad job.

    PHENOMENAL JOB. The team at Number One Auto did an amazing job, my vehicle practically looks brand new again. Jocelyn, Jayson, and Kim were especially helpful and continuously provided excellent customer service. This shop is not shady like others & ensures that your vehicle is taken care of. They will take care of you here, especially the manager Jocelyn. I will be recommending this shop to others.

    Awful just awful. Took my car in to have my roof replaced. Had to wait 2 weeks to bring it in and it took them 5 months to fix it after constant phoning and, "It'll be ready next week, no the week after I mean, no no the end of the month for sure." its ridiculous. Was first told they couldn't find the part. When I called 2 weeks later its "Oh no we have it we're just having issues with your insurance" News to me?!?!?!? Maybe call and let me know about the delay or something. Then nothing for a month. No call or update just nothing until I called them. Im told the part they got sent was wrong and they needed to reorder it. Fine stuff like that happens so I wait, "Got sent the wrong part again" ok "Oops wrong again!" ... They could not find the part and told me "Its out of our hands Maybe you can call and see what's going on?" Dumbfounded is the best word to describe the feeling I felt after hearing that. But I shouldn't've been surprised, they never called me about updates so why should I expect them to do the bare minimum and call about my part. Queue months of waiting with no definitive answer on when im getting the part and finally I have to settle for A USED PART IN A DIFFERENT COLOR. Awesome glad I waited almost half a year to get my car back in the wrong condition. But the cherry on top? When I finally called (yes I STILL had to call to get the update on my car being done, shocker.) They didn't finish the detailing. Told me I should get it the next day maybe. And I do finally pick it up,(still didn't call me to tell me it was ready) all my stuff is tossed in the trunk including a little trash can they didn't bother to check if empty and sunglasses that are now scratched up. To top that off, as if it couldn't get worse, they messed up my steering wheel. Its dirty as f*ck, there's a gash in the leather grip some how, and all the chrome is ruined as its flaking so bad it comes off in my hands while driving. They had the audacity to say "oh well when you brought it in it was kinda already like that" No dumb*ss, I brought it in with a slight imperfection to the wheel. I got it returned with most of the chrome gone. All in all a terrible experience A 5 min google search pops up many listings for a headliner and calling these sites for info confirm they had them in stock and could ship overnight. They don't do their jobs. Waste of time and everyone should avoid this place. They don't give two shits about you and you can very clearly hear it in their tone of voice. Half the time its sounds like they forget their at work its sad. Couldn't be bothered to remember who you are even if you called and hour ago. And zero sense of agency. Fire Claira or Carla or whatever her name and the rest of the girls in the front office is and get some ppl in there who actually care and know what their doing. But better yet just stay away and save yourself the headache. I should have listened to the 1 star reviews and hopefully whoever reads this does too.

Luis was very professional and a nice person. He took a look at my vehicle and damage done, we went back inside the shop, he entered information to his computer. The estimate was reasonable, but I could tell from the things he said, the job would be done correctly and thoroughly. We set up a date and time. On my way out Luis introduced me to the owner, Francisco. Also very professional and kind. The day came to drop off car, and a couple of days later the work was completed. Everything went just as they said. I was greeted by Francisco when I arrived to pick up my car. We discussed the completed task and everything looked great. I am glad I chose Long Beach Collision Center and to all of you looking for a body shop for your vehicle, that this business is highly recommended to be your choice!

    These guys are the real deal. Over the course of around half a year I was doing steady upgrades to…read moremy s2000 to make it look more like a Club Racer version. I took this car to this body shop twice for both upgrades; one for the bumper and lip and the other for the trunk and wing. Galaxy Auto Haus did a great job for all aspects of the upgrade, from paint matching to panel fitment. I really can't tell that the paint on the bumper, trunk, and body are not from the same painting run; the color match on these panels is that good. Pricing was pretty fair and Honorio was very meticulous when it came to getting all of the details right. If I have another kind of project for a car like this, I know that these guys will get it done right.

    UPDATE: It's fascinating how some people can lie straight to…read moreyour face. I never said this job should cost only $200-$300. What I said was that it would take approximately 2-3 hours to respray a bumper that is already removed and disassembled, and that only requires scuffing with a Scotch-Brite pad to create proper adhesion before spraying. Second, your estimator attempted to upsell full respraying of both fenders on a practically new 2024 Mazda CX-5 for $1,600, so please don't claim the quote was based on the vehicle's condition or imply that it is in poor shape. The car is literally new. This is a classic upselling tactic--you wouldn't even fully respray the panels; you would blend them and increase your profit at an astronomical price. The bumper itself requires virtually no preparation and at most 6-7 coats with 5-minute flash times, so my 2-3 hour estimate was generous. At the midpoint, I stated that $100 would go toward materials such as paint and clear coat. That figure is based on what I can purchase it for myself, as I received several quotes. I am not buying in bulk or leveraging large volumes the way you do, so my estimate is not far from reality. It's a small bumper overall. As for spray booth time--you don't have one, and you would never rent one for a job this small. An important detail: I know how to paint and understand exactly how this work is done. Overall, I requested an online quote first and sent photos in advance. That request was dodged. Instead, I was pushed to come in person--so additional, unnecessary labor I never asked for could be "found" to justify the price. Lastly, I never said the bumper was painted twice. It was professionally painted, but the pearl component did not turn out to my liking. I came to your shop because you claimed you had matched this color before, yet your estimator was unable to name a single model you had matched it on. Nor did you provide any proof that you were capable of doing so. I don't mind paying extra for work that has already been done correctly, but after seeing these tactics and reading outright false statements, I'm glad I walked away. The "obstacles" your estimator tried to create included: 1. Searching for minor hairline scratches to justify repainting two additional panels on a new vehicle 2. Claiming shops don't like it when parts are already prepped or disassembled 3. Taking photos to point out alleged color differences between panels on a new car
