This is my second review of Aztec Auto. I had my mom out visiting and the plastic undercarriage of her Scion XB started falling off and rubbing on the tires. I hadn't been to Aztec for a couple of years because I managed to purchase a used car that hasn't had any issues. However, the Owner /Manager Cisco came out and remembered me right away. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. Yesterday on my way to work my car broke down. I had it towed to Azteca Auto because it was the closest mechanic to me. These guys are awesome! They called me throughout the day whenever they had updates on the status of my vehicle which I really appreciated. The man I spoke to (I wish I got his name) was very respectful and took the time to explain what fixes he recommended and why. As a woman I've dealt with a lot of rude and condescending mechanics who take advantage of my lack of car knowledge so it was nice to have someone explain things to me. Literally 5 minutes walking time. stopped in and talked to Cisco and told him of my issue. he assured me that he and his guys would handle it for me. I decided to try Azteca due to already raving reviews. I have to say they were amazing. Cisco was polite, helpful, kept me updated, and honest. I couldn't be more pleased to meet such a warm and accountable person. I had transmission issues and a previous repair that was done incorrectly. I have been going here for a month now and have been very happy with the service here. They offer some of the best prices in the city, and I have not had an issue with them at all. Alex is the main mechanic I have dealt with him and he is very nice guy. So far I have gotten an oil change, transmission overhaul, radiator flush, front and rear brakes changed, as well as some basic safety checks. Each time I got my car back on schedule, and Alex was very good about explaining what he was doing and the cost for further repairs. These guys are great, i went there because of a bad Alternator and their installation for an Alternator under the battery was only $120 other places like Good Wheel was like $600 to $700. This location is also great because you can buy parts from AutoZone which is around the corner. Once the Alternator was fixed they recommended that i get my belt fixed and a new battery, they fixed the belt for only $50 ($25 for install, $25 for belt). They were quick and friendly and will go back for more auto fixing needs. Thanx guys read more

i got a car alarm for $75, i bought the car down at 2pm for the apppointment, i was there til gone 7pm, it took them all this time to fit one alarm.. i got a three month warranty with it and 6 months later my wiring on the alarm burnt out costing me $195 to rewire it.
