We did a complimentary tasting with Pedro to decide what flavors would best represent us in cake form and it was such a cute experience. We decided on a quilted 4 tier cake with white buttercream filled with vanilla mousse and dulce de leche. The flavors were absolutely perfect and the cake was so visually appealing. I'm drooling just thinking about it lol. Thank you for creating such an unforgettably delicious and truly beautiful cake for our winter wonderland wedding!

Unfortunately, the visit did not meet the level of cleanliness, professionalism, and personal…read moreattention that we are looking for as we were making a decision for my daughter's wedding. When we arrived, we noticed flies inside the bakery, as well as a spill on the floor. We were then asked to sit directly in front of the area where the spill was located, which was uncomfortable given the circumstances. In addition, our interaction with a staff mmbr felt very rushed. She spoke extremely quickly, and the presentation came across as somewhat rehearsed and impersonal. We understand that she may have been trying to efficiently walk us through the process, but we were hoping for more of a personal consultation and a genuine sense of care and enthusiasm for such an important part of the wedding. The place needs an all around makeover. Btw, The cake was plain and the frosting was nothing to brag about.

It's even more unbelievable they were open on the 4th of July! It was awesome Paul answered the phone, he let me know he would be open today. I was super happy when I found out I could pick up an ice cream birthday cake for the bbq we're going to. I picked up a quarter sheet ice cream cake and everyone loved it! Several people wanted seconds of the delicious ice cream cake. They also have a variety of ice cream which will be a great excuse to come back next time we're in the area. Paul is the owner of Hershey's Ice Cream & more and an incredibly funny guy. Paul & his pal Jerry had my sister and me laughing till tears were coming out of our eyes! lol I would definitely recommend Hershey's Ice Cream & more to family and friends anytime. Hershey's Ice Cream & more definitely deserves my Yummylicious Stamp of Approval! Two thumbs up!

Since I moved out East, I'm not in Levittown much anymore, but I always try to make it to Hershey's for some delicious ice cream whenever I may be back in the area! You will find some very interesting flavors here. Moose Tracks is my favorite but at Hershey's, you will find Mint Moose Tracks. Not an overpowering mint flavor but instead, this flavor is refreshing and very tasty. Paul is always super friendly and very generous with his scooping! A small ice-cream cup which is one scoop, you get almost 2 scoops, for $4.00. The interior may catch you off guard, it has always been messy as others have described in their reviews, but, once you're there, and talking with Paul, it really won't make a difference! Besides, you want some great ice-cream and Hershey's is where you will find it!!

However, my experience on Saturday around 7:00 PM led me to give a lower rating, and I feel it's important to share my concerns. This was my first time visiting Ralph's at this time of day, and unfortunately, the interaction was far from pleasant. A young woman with dark brown or black hair gave me a particularly negative experience. I ordered two kids' cones and a pup cup, a combination I've ordered many times before, and the total usually comes out to around $9.00. My husband and I always leave a tip of $2 to $3, depending on the number of staff present. However, this time, the total came to $11.80. When I politely asked why the price was higher than usual, the employee became visibly upset and raised her voice. The cones wasn't even done properly either was small and had the sprinkles falling off them ! While we chose to pay and walk away, this interaction left a sour note on what should have been a simple visit. If the employee is dissatisfied with her job, perhaps a different role might be a better fit. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this location in the future.

I grew up eating Reg Mango and haven't had it in a loooong time so getting it again brought me back…read moreto my childhood self. Most Red Mangos have now become self-serve so you get a cup and fill it with whichever flavor froyo and however many toppings which then gets weighed to determine the price. There's a good amount of flavors for the froyo and a ton of different topping options from fruits to candy. The fruits were fresh but the mochi was a bit harder than I preferred. I used to get mochi all the time as a topping when I was younger but I don't remember it being this tough so not sure if it was a bad batch or it changed throughout the years. Regardless, it was a nice treat to enjoy, especially on a hot day. There are some seats outdoors and there's a parking lot so that's always a plus.

I wasn't in the mood for froyo, and neither was my son. He opted for the soft serve vanilla ice cream. As far as soft serve flavors, there are 3: vanilla, chocolate and cotton candy. For toppings, there is almost every fruit topping, and every sweets/candy plus others including graham crackers, Oreos, candies walnuts, and more. On the side they had fudge, caramel, honey, white chocolate, and peanut butter. I definitely will be coming back!

And this is based on my last 3 visits since the summer. I come because my 2 youngest enjoy it, and I hate to say that I'm surprised when they don't get sick. Filthy glass. I ordered the friendly Frank as well as munchy mania with mini mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadillas, and buffalo chicken tenders. The mini mozz sticks were right from a supermarket freezer. They did not taste like friendlys recipe, more like reheated TGI Fridays fried mozzarella. Also the marinara sauce was ice cold. That was strike one. The chicken quesadilla was repugnant. The quality of the processed poultry was far below average. My first bite was rubbery and disgusting. I had to excuse myself from the table and spit it out into the toilet within the men's restroom (Guys, please don't do that at the table. Dinning etiquette 101). Needless to say, I did take another bite. The buffalo chicken tenders were rock hard, no pun intended. I could not even cut through them with a knife, and it was more fried bread than chicken inside. Perhaps that was a blessing in disguise after the previous quesadilla incident. The biggest offender of them all however, was the hot dog. I go to friendly's expecting a deliciously buttery and milked up Frank, and instead am greeted with yet another supermarket food product likely due to this locations stingy practices to save money on the real corporate food. The hotdog was likely a Sabret from stop and shop, it did not have the friendly's taste, nor was it as thicc as the real deal. It was a skinny little twig. Final offender? I ordered a Reese's frenzy, and all that was put in it was vanilla without any fudge or peanut butter, just pieces. You have gotta be kidding me! Be so for real. Needless to say, I was not feeling friendly after this meal. I am giving one star instead of zero as I do think it is a safe haven for the disabled community.
