I'de never heard of Crumbl until this popped up around the corner. Love that they make the cookies in the shop. And that they have a limited rotating menu, keeps you watching the app to see what they'll have this week. Super quick in and out. Would be nice if they had a few tables, maybe when the weather warms up they could put a few out front. Oh yeah, and the cookies are great too, warm and soft. They're a little less complicated than some of the other cookie shops that have come up in the last few years. And apparently they deliver, which is bizarre but I'll definitely be placing some late night orders. read more

Cute concept. But more of an Instagram moment than good cookie. Had the chocolate chip and it came out warm snd gooey. But it was definitely undercooked in the middle. The edges were good, but had to through out a portion of the overpriced dessert because it was subpar. Not a do over. Too many better cookies at the same or lesser price to eat. read more

The trend of Cadillac cookies seems to be taking Merrick by storm. The cookie prep area was so bright that one expects to see oompa loompas. The cookies are a treat for the eye and, of course, delicious. We had a bit of confusion with their ordering computer so they just skipped the tech and got our order the old fashioned way. This Crumbl I believe is new. It's a small shop. Very bright inside. I go to Pilates close by so I tend to stop in afterwards to pick up some cookies. There is always a line. The staff are welcoming and nice. You can order from the touch screen but I like to order with the staff. When your order is ready, they always show you your cookies before closing the box. I love the pink packaging. The cookies are soft and yummy! Go pick up some Crumbl cookies ASAP!!!!! read more

I visited this Crumbl for the first time over the weekend. I ordered the 6 pack which consisted of a chocolate chip cookie, red velvet cookie, nilla bean cupcake cookie and M&M cookies. I ordered my cookies via the kiosk and they were brought to me at the counter. The experience was quick. The staff were okay and the establishment was very quiet for a Saturday afternoon. I'll return to try other cookie flavors on the menu as they change from week to week. read more

Popped in to grab a gift for my neighbors birthday. There was no one in the store, and a few employees behind the register in their kitchen working. I assumed that I could go to the register and order, as it was my first time there, but was a bit shocked that I was directed to order on a kiosk. Transaction had almost no human interaction, aside from them handing me may order. I also payed extra for them to add birthday regalia, which included a sticker and a string. Have had their cookies before (if you'd call them that? they're more cake like than anything) but probably won't be going back, purely on service alone. read more

I received these via delivery as a mother's day gift and i really wanted to enjoy them (first time) but i found that 5 of the 6 flavors were severely undercooked. I called to ask for any alternatives (weller done cookies) and the woman who picked up up said the best she could do is i bring the cookies back same day and they can swap out. I explained that I am a single mom with a 9 month old and would not be able to take him to Crumbl at 8:30pm and she said there was no other option. I see these cookies everywhere and hear people rave about them, so I bought some to see what's the big fuss. There is none. I'm going to be very honest about this. It was a huge disappointment for me. At $5 per large cookie, it's not very big. I could be paying the same amount for another very well-known cookie brand out there and it's gigantic. Anyway, they say size doesn't matter? Moving on... at that price point, I kind of expected them to warm it up, especially when it's dead cold outside. I brought those cookies back to the car and wanted to take a bite, but they were ice cold!!! What a turn off! Back to the competitive cookie brand I mentioned earlier, theirs is freshly baked in-house and comes to your hand nice and warm; and at the very least room temp. Crumbl's was straight from the fridge. My gosh. Imagine the disgust I felt. As for taste, I got the cranberry white chocolate and frozen hot chocolate cookies. The cranberry one was decent only after I heated it up when I got home. The frozen hot chocolate one was not tasty. Whatever glop they had on that cookie was reminiscent of cheap store-bought frosting. Safe to say I won't be returning. read more

Never had these cookies before- delicious! Ordering process was simple you use a machine to order your cookies. Be prepared it's like $5ish a cookie. They come out nice and warm and in cute pink boxes. They had a lot of staff working on a Saturday night. Would come back and get more! read more

I am sorry to say that the Merrick location is an example of how a product can get a bad reputation from the place you buy it. This location was once my go-to but now the staff is rude and nasty. I called the store on 1/27 and was told the owner would call me on the 28th. It is 2/3 and I have still not received a call back. The cookies are never the same as the displays let alone the website pictures. Today I was there to get the strawberry shortcake. I was handed a box with a strawberry shortcake and a dollop of topping, like a cherry on top size. I asked the girl if I could get a bit more strawberry as this is what the cake is...and all I wanted was the same as the display. The girl told me that Corporate policy says they do not have to give that much topping. I asked for the manager and was given an attitude. I explained that this was an almost seven dollar STRAWBERRY shortcake, so the cake is dependant on the strawberry topping. She finally nastily gave an additional dollop. Still not like the picture. I gave no attitude, was not rude or nasty, just explained my case. This girl should not be working in customer service. I have now read Corporate policy and it states if the cookie/cake does not have enough topping, I can request it as my purchase should resemble to CRUMBL website picture. I'm beginning to think the heavy-set Spanish employee did not give the owner the message as it was her who gave the initial problem and her who answered the phone telling me she had no idea who 'she' was. While the cookies where good the service was terrible. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and I had to ask for assistance multiple times before even being acknowledged. I received more help from the people who where waiting on line then the actual staff. Idk about you but that's a huge red flag for a place that's selling cookies at more than 5 dollars a pop. I also would like to mention that I was given my cookies in a damaged box that led to me dropping them right at the door during handoff. I had ordered a mini cake which was obviously destroyed & the staff didn't even offer to replace it. Just put the broken cake and cookies now covered with the wrong frosting back in a new box & sent me on my way LMAO. Its a hard pass. Just go to Levittown. LOL read more

The cookies may be delicious but the wait is egregious. The staff moves as if there's not, at least, 50 people standing, in front of them waiting for cookies; and they had an attitude when customers who waited an hour plus were asking for an update on when their order may be ready. The store was a mess with crumbs and boxes on the floor. There is much room for improvement here. More staff, a more efficient way to know if your name is called and a queue that's actually correct...Common sense would fix this store. read more

Came here recently and there was only 2 people on line in front of me, I thought it would be rather quick. Boy was I wrong.... Every single worker (about 5) were either baking or packing to-go orders. After 15 minutes of being ignored on line, I took out my phone and placed an order on their website. 5 minutes later an employee brought me my order. The two people in front of me on line? Still waiting to place their order. Makes no sense why they are prioritizing orders for people that aren't there while making people in-store wait without even taking their orders or acknowledging their presence. read more
