It was my first time trying Crumbl and this location was clean and smelled so yummy. I walked in and didn't know what to expect. What I did know was that I came here for the Dubai Chocolate Brownie as I'm obsessed with anything Dubai Chocolate lol. When I walked in I realized I had to make my order in a self service kiosk while I don't mind. A warm greeting and smile can make a difference at the end of the day. The place was clean and there were a few people waiting. There was not much of a wait until a worker gave me my pretty pink box. I was so excited. When I got home I took a bite and it was moist and delicious. I decided to cut it up into little pieces. I will be back to try different flavors. read more

No wait at all. Ordered online for pick up. Only downside is I didn't think it was that clean. Counters looked sticky and there were little black knats flying around. Ordered the 4 pack. Cookies came out warm and cake was cold. Kids always love the excitement of the weekly choices. read more

I have been told over and again to get to Crumbl cookies. I finally did. (Closed on Sundays) Cannot say I was overly impressed. I am hard sell on these things I work in Manhattan and have access to every "popular" and trendy" option. I liked the strawberry one the best of the 3 I got. I usually do not go to Crumbl often, but my brother wanted to try the flavors last week so we visited on Saturday. We got the Kit Kat cookie, oatmeal, and key lime pie. They were fresh and chewy , even the day after. We both loved all three flavors. As an oat meal cookie lover , I recommend that one if it comes back. The service also was quick and friendly. Came here tonight at 830pm and placed the order on the self serve computers since the staff here was moving beyond slow to place orders. Place is packed out with people waiting and floors are filthy. Then "manager" come out at about 9:00pm to say "minis are I. The oven they will be out in ten minutes" fast forward to now 9:30pm and a full hour later and they informed everyone that cookies still aren't done. No don't get my wrong; I'm sympathetic to this business but it's PATHETIC the speed these employees move at and the fact you are running essentially two specials today and aren't prepared. Made a pick up order and apparently they ran out of cookies. Waited a whole hour and others waited at least 3 HOURRS or more just to tell us they ran out. Super full and the line was outside it smelled so foul in there. I don't even think I'm gonna get my refund I didn't put in a phone number or email when I made the pick up order soo that's 24 dollars down the drain! I have been here twice since they opened. Both times were not great experiences. I get that they have just opened and everyone is still learning the ropes but it's little things that make all the difference. The first time I went there, the worker handed me my cookie box covered in chocolate from his gloves. I'm not saying a little chocolate on the box, I'm saying enough to get on my hands and shirt. Yesterday I went there, after I placed my order of 12 cookies, i go to pay and the cashier said sorry we aren't accepting cash right now. I only had cash on me. There should have been a sign on the door or said cashier should have said before I placed the order that cards will only be accepted. I wish I would've known that instead of having my children and I wait in a line to be told no cash. Just little things that need to be tweaked. read more

The service was horrible. They knew there was a promotion instead they had big attitude and no apologies and did not set the expectations that the customers would have to wait 2 hours (possibly baking time) in order to receive their orders. Other Crumbl locations provided a voucher for free cookies next time or marked the app as sold out in order for them to get ahead of their orders. Instead this location had their customers waiting out in the rain and told us after the fact that we would be put behind in queue if we clicked "I'm here" more than once. Then they would say the names wrong or not loudly enough and should've told DoorDasher/uber eats to drop the orders A long time ago because of the two hour wait. They set no expectations at all. It was a school night and parents had to work as well. This location is the slowest. It seems like they were slower because of the promotion. read more
