This is regarding their delivery services. They misdelivered and then did not refund over $250 of goods. They did redeliver again after I paid for it since I really wanted to the recipient family to have it but they didn't even box it right, I paid extra for the gift packaging that looked nothing like what was advertised on their website and it was just a bow stuck on a cardboard box. So be wary of doing any actual business with them with significant amounts that isn't in person. They can't be trusted. read more

Grub Hub Delivery Date : March 9, 2024 I had bought food to work with me, which I may or may not end up eating later now that I have eaten two cookies from Duchess cookies. When I was driving to work I felt like an ooeey gooey doughy soft chocolate chip cookie. So I did something I try to not do a lot because it gets expensive and I placed an order through grub hub from duchess cookies. I got the strawberries and cream energy drink. The cream part was a little too much on the sweet side for me but once I drank that all and had the strawberry part it wasn't too sweet. Maybe I should have tried mixing it up. I got the chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate peanut butter cookie. The chocolate chip cookie didn't disappoint, it's just what I wanted. I absolutely adore this place. We've ordered a few times on doordash but recently we were in the area and decided to stop by. And it was very fortunate that we did. The inside is adorably decorated- if taking pictures for your insta is your thing- this is a perfect back drop. The service was incredible, i didn't get her name but the woman behind the counter was so sweet and friendly and patient with us and even gave us small samples of gelato while we debated. And of course the cookies were incredible. Not too sweet but fantastic flavor and texture. The dubai chocolate cookie is to die for and the rainbow cookie is a favorite. Insanely good service from workers! We were immediately confronted by a worker with great enthusiasm About free samples and handed those samples. The prices were not too crazy but i think it's easily justified by the presentation of the products in the windows. The young lady behind the counter greeted me the moment I walked in and it was a friendly and inviting greeting! I lovvvvvveee fresh baked cookies , I smelled these cookies from a mile away and kept hunting until I bumped into this little jem. I didn't even know this place existed and I'm so happy I found it. It's a huge selection of cookies on the menu so if you don't see the one you want on display you can call before you come to make sure the cookies you want will be available. The cookies are super huge and soft. We ended up choosing the S'mores, Double chocolate chip, Cookie Monster and Classic chocolate chip. All my kids and I can say is OMG! I have to say, the cookies are the most amazing cookies I've ever had and I've had many cookies in my life. My kids also loved the ice cream and topped the cookies with ice cream. The cookies were like little cakes in a cookie shape, they were thick and soft and had amazing fillings. The store is also fabulous, it was decorated as a French cafe and we enjoyed sitting there and devouring our cookies. This is our new spot, we plan on going at least once a week or as a treat for special occasions. The owner, Patrick, was so warm and inviting and was incredibly helpful. There are so many cookie flavors to choose from and they're warm, soft and delicious. We loved the oatmeal apple and Nutella Churro cookies the best. New cookies place in the Sands Shopping Center. I bought the chocolate chip cookie. First off, the cookie was $5.11 with tax. That was bad enough, but I figured these must be some amazing cookies for this price. WRONG! This is a cookie that a novice baker can make. Their baker, not so much. He/she needs to go back to baking school. Some how this cookie was both dry and raw at the same time. I have no idea how they accomplished that. Maybe they should use some butter, because it sure tasted like there was none in there. Maybe an egg too, that would have given the cookie a depth of flavor along with some butter. The only flavor this cookie had was when you bit into a chocolate piece. If there was not chocolate, it was bland and flavorless. Now if all you are interested in is presentation, these cookies have it. They look great but are not worth the money. They have the Manhattan price tag with out the Manhattan quality. My recommendation would be to go to Stop and Shop and buy a tub of chocolate chip cookies from their bakery for $3.99. You get a much better flavor and more bang for your buck. read more
