Cookies are my weakness. However when you tell me there are 900 calories in one cookie, I will think twice about getting it (and still get it). I love the minimalist design of Crumbl and the ease of ordering. Love the pink boxes! However their cookies are too sweet and too artificial tasting in my opinion but when they come out with a flavor that intrigues. I'm in there. The Hershey cookie skillet was calling my name. Was it 900 calories? Yes. Was it too sweet? Yes. But it was received warm and tasted better than most of the other flavors I've tried. Did I eat all of it? Maybe...
The hype isn't good enough to get me to be a regular, but I agree that it is well-earned hype. I went with much skepticism as I was picking up a chocolate chip cookie for someone else. I saw that there was a strawberry cheesecake flavor available that looked almost surreal with the amount of pink frosting and sprinkles on it. The cookies are expensive, but they are also hefty. Most people are probably only eating quarter to half of this at a time. They came out warm from the oven. I had a small piece of the regular milk chocolate chip cookie, which was an ok chocolate chip cookie though lacked any interesting elements. The strawberry cheesecake one was more interesting. The cookie base itself is quite nice and dense without being too undercooked. The store was very busy, but all the associates were very friendly and patient to help a first-timer like me. I work at the childrens hospital, and I know some of the local Crumbl stores donate their cookies occasionally, which is very nice of them as not many chains and restaurants do that anymore. I think a tray would be a fun gift to bring to a party.

I was planning to order when I got there but it was actually pretty crowded inside so I ended up ordering directly on the app and in less than a minute, they called my name and said my order was ready. The latest cookie I tried from here was the s'mores brownie cookie and it was delicious. It was warm and truly breaking apart in my hands so I couldn't even pick it up in a clean manner but the edges were crisp while the inside was gooey, but not undercooked. It was really a great cookie.
As you walk into Crumbl, located in Levittown, there's not much visually to look at. There's two kiosks on the right to place your order from. I was in awe of the large crowd of mostly 17-20 year-olds. So I felt out of place! Lol! I was curious to try a few of the Kardashian's limited-edition desserts. I'm more for cakes, rather than cookies. I ordered the Kris Jenner's Classic Layered Yellow Cake with chocolate frosting and Kourtney's Flourless Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake. And it was Kris's cake that was the one to take the win! So moist and delicious! Sorry, wasn't able to get pics of Kris Jenner's yellow cake because it was wolfed down so fast! There was a tad bit too much of the chocolate frosting though. Crumbl displays all their flavors offered for the week and their menu is straightforward and simple. Their packaging is very elegant and stylish, it's lots of pink, accented with brown. No seating inside, it's order for pickup or delivery. It's a fun place to go visit at least once. There's about at least ten workers that are visible behind the counter working like busy elves in their workshop...whipping away, mixing small batches of sweets. The only thing that bothered me is the scent of, idk, like a pet shop smell, or something? I know that there's a Petsmart nearby, maybe it has to do with that, but not too sure. If I could, I would more accurately give them a 3.75 rating.
Crumbl is a modern, house-made, pickup-and-delivery-only, trendy cookie chain with a spot here in Long Island. There's a decent selection of cookies available, all made from scratch in the shop, which is pretty incredible. The space is mostly bakery, with very little space up front for ordering and picking up. They have a couple of self order kiosks, and a tv with the options and prices right above. There's also a little display of the cookies by the register so you can see what they'll look like. Unfortunately there's no seating available, and they'll kick you out if you try to squat on the window ledge. Otherwise the staff is friendly, double checking orders and having a good time. I went for the classic chocolate chip, which wasn't too sweet, nice and crispy on the outside, and super soft on the inside. Mine was a little underbaked in the middle, but I'm not sure if that's how they come or if mine was just underdone. I do typically like mine a little sweeter, but it was still pretty good. Overall, a solid spot that I'll definitely check out again sometime.

I ordered the Milk Chocolate Chip and received my order within minutes. The cookie was warm, gooey, and soft. It was exactly what I needed! I'll be back when I'm in the area.

There are regular cookies and mini version. The regular cookies are huge and good for sharing. Some of the cookies are chilled and the others are warmed. You order from the two kiosks or you can order from the counter where the employee was checking if we need to order while we were waiting for our order. You can get a single cookie, a box of 4, 6, or 12 cookies. You can add regular or chocolate milk or water with your order. This is our first time so we ordered one of each flavor: Wedding Cake Brownie Sundae Graham Cracker Fudge Sandwich Vanilla Sugar Kentucky Butter Cake Milk Chocolate Chip Great service! Huge cookies! The cookies are too sweet for me and I thought I have a sweet tooth. Go decide for yourself.
We had to bring desserts for a dinner party, which gave me the perfect excuse to get a bunch of Crumbl cookies. I cannot go to a place like Crumbl and just get one; like the old Lays commercials. We got the 6 pack, which on this day consisted of: chocolate chip, honey bun, chocolate crumb with Oreos, lemon cream pie, peanut butter crisp, and cookie butter white chip. The assortment seems to change regularly. I checked today and the only common one was the chocolate chip. I had heard that Crumbl is usually very divisive in that people either love them or hate them. However, the reaction at this dinner was pretty muted. This was our first time having dinner with this group so they may have been trying to be polite. If so, I think most of them were in the hate group because if they loved them, I would think they would have expressed that. One couple had eaten Crumbl before and they loved them. For my part, I was disappointed. My favorite cookies are Levain's and these did not come close to knocking them off their throne. The flavors were just ok with the only one that really stood out being the lemon cream pie cookie. The lemon flavor was really strong.

The staff in this location is friendly, quick to resolve any issues (I've honestly never had any) and the bakery is always clean with a fun, trendy vibe. I love being able to see the bakers in the back carefully crafting each cookie with precision. They're always so focused and it definitely pays off. Whether you walk in or order ahead (I usually just walk in because I tend to get only one cookie at a time), the wait is super minimal, and they even show you your treats in their pink box before handing them over.

I'm not a fan of sweets. You can tell by my page, I don't go often. However my brother has been bugging me to goto "Crumbl of Levittown" for months. I chain dessert business, however, I told my brother I will give them a fair shake. The business is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. It's actually next to GameStop, my favorite. However, Crumbl looks pretty impressive from the outside and the line proves something was going on there. Going in the place is small. Not much space but the counter. They have a tray with samples of what everything looks like, which is pretty helpful. Then they ask what you'd like. I asked for the square cinnamon cake with frosting and my brother picked out the rest. We got the raspberry cheesecake and original chocolate chip cookie. After getting my order, I asked for utensils to eat it. They don't offer them and I was very surprised, but left with my box. I tried the cinnamon cake first, because that's what I really wanted. To my surprise, it was warm and the frosting wasn't fake, it was melted and gooey. I fell in complete love. I only wish I didn't have to dig it out the box with my fingers, but it was worth it. Next was the raspberry cheesecake. Let me start by saying, I am a fan of cheesecake, but with raspberry? But I gave it a try and I was not disappointed. It actually worked! I really liked it. I'm surprised I never tried the combination sooner. Definitely worth a try. Las I tried the cookie. I didn't think the cookies could be reinvented, but they did it! It was thick, warm, and chewy. A perfect combination only missing milk or ice cream. The spot was a surprise I didn't know I needed. I would definitely go back. However, this place could have gotten more stars, if they supplied silverware; come on Crumbl, let's get some.

Crumbl is another popular cookie shop that serves more than just cookies. Over the years their rotating menu has now included other desserts in addition to cookies such as cakes, pies and brownie creations. Some flavors I find can be either hit or miss depending what it is. I recently like the Martha Stewart collection they released this week. There was a special deal they were also giving out two chocolate chip cookie thins for free. The thins were perfectly soft and chewy. Just enough saltiness to the sweet. The coconut layer cake had light fluffy layers like a cloud. It was just enough sweetness with layers of light creme and shredded coconut and toasted coconut on top. Service from the employees is usually good. They greet every person who enter the store saying welcome to the store. So always a great customer service experience. read more

I had to come to crumbl to try the famous dubai chocolate brownie and was not disappointed! I was so glad they had it as some places were sold out. The service was amazing despite the place being packed. The brownie came out surprisingly quickly and it was delicious! I am not even a brownie lover, but this was a 10/10 for me. It was not dry and it was soft while the "dubai" aspect added some crunch. While I think they removed it off the menu, I recommend this location! read more

These cookies are overhyped and very expensive in my opinion. I find that they are so sweet that it is difficult to enjoy one without having a headache after and feeling sick. Service is usually quick at this location and the store is kept clean inside. read more

The classics are always great like the chocolate chip. But the weekly specials are a hit or miss; the blackberry lemon cake cost an extra dollar and was ok but really it not a cookie. Definitely recommend joining their rewards program if you're going to go at least twice. read more

Wildly delicious! We ordered uber eats and the it came so quickly. The way it smelled was just breathtaking. I love that it comes with a personal cookie cutter, it couldn't have been more perfect since we were hosting a date night at home. The cookies was the right combo of cookie and cookie dough. it's so soft and moist and honestly the size is quite generous so you won't have to have 4 cookies to settle that sugar craving. 5/5! read more
Crumbl Cookies: welcome to Levittown!! My husband and I made the 35 minute trek to Levittown last night. We're from Suffolk County and need to wait until September for the Smithtown location to open. The line was out the door and through the shopping center. We waited about 30 minutes outside before waiting another 20 minutes inside. I was told that we were on a short line compared to other nights. I didn't know much about the company other than they offer six flavors at a time and that the menu is constantly changing. They are extremely popular in the West and have an extensive social media following, so I figured why not give it a try. The inside is extremely tight but I had no idea you can watch the bakers bake the cookies in the back, so that was fun to watch while the time passed. They have a TV that lists the menu along with prices for each cookie box so by the time you get to the register, you're ready to order. I noticed the chocolate chip cookie was sold out which was what we came for! I was frustrated to say the least, but thankfully, the cookie was ready to be ordered again by the time I reached the register. That's something to be aware of, though. My husband and I ordered the chocolate chip and the M&M cookies. The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely fantastic. Baked perfectly and super warm. The M&M was good, but the chocolate chip was the winner. I personally wouldn't make another 35 minute commute to get these cookies again (unless I'm in the area), so I'll be waiting for Smithtown to open. read more

My wife and I came here for their grand opening. The line to get in was around the block but we decided to wait on it anyway. 2 hours later, we finally get to go in. We ordered a dozen and DAMN they were so good! My favorite was the Kentucky Butter Cake. The Chocolate Cake was really good too. Was it worth the 2 hour wait? Finally Crumbl is here on Long Island!! The cookies were delicious, but the only thing bringing them down was the wait time and the price. I understand that it's new and has been blowing up on social media, but I had to wait an HOUR. No joke, I timed it. I got the milk chocolate chip, blueberry cream, dark dream, and cookie dough cookies. It was on the pricier side, with $5 per cookie. Milk Choc Chip - 10/10 a CLASSIC cookie. You have to eat your cookies right when they serve it to you so it's warm and soft. When I split it open, it literally crumbled everywhere, probably the softest cookies I've ever had! I now understand where they got their name from. Blueberry Cream - 9/10 it tasted like a blueberry pastry of some sort, but was delicious either way. It was on the sweeter side. Dark Dream - 7/10 a little too much chocolate for me, but I still enjoyed it. Cookie Dough - 8.5/10 this was chilled which I was iffy about at first, but then it turned out to be great! I loved the frosting on top. So was it worth the wait? Kind of? I would say it's worth trying once. But I probably won't go back again unless I get a big craving. read more

I tried this place for the first time and the cookie was so good!! We got four cookies. Milk chocolate chip, Graham cracker fudge sandwich, brownie sundae, and snickerdoodle sandwich. They're $5 each and each cookies are pretty big so it's worth it!! Their icing are not too sweet which was good for us since we don't prefer sweet icing. They prepare your cookies once you order them so they're all fresh and the cookie itself was soft too.If you haven't tried yet, I would recommend you to try one!! I wish I can give a 0 star review, but 1 star is the only option. Crumbl really was the WORST experience I've had at any store in my life. Today was the company's birthday so they had a promo that was going on where the 6-pack cookies were being offered for the price of a 4-pack. I arrived at the store with full anticipation that it would take a while, but not 3 HOURS after my scheduled carry-out time... The area was fully crowded with people pushing each other and it actually felt like a fire hazard. At one point, I felt claustrophobic and had to run to my car for anxiety meds after I picked up my order. The staff was EXTREMELY mean and didn't know how to handle the chaos. Two and a half hours in from waiting was when they decided to split the crowd into two groups (carry-out and delivery). The amount of bias during this chaos was appalling where I witnessed three issues: 1. Letting the DoorDash/Uber Eat/Grubhub drivers into the store first before those who ordered online. I understand that they have their duties to fulfill for their jobs, but aren't I a customer as well? I paid for my order and was treated like garbage upon arrival. 2. A woman next to me didn't even order carry out, but was allowed in before me even though she arrived AFTER me because the worker wanted to play favorites. This woman literally pushed her way in front of me and when I asked questions about my order (that was submitted two hours prior) she shrugged me off! 3. Another woman was allowed in before me even through we had the same pick-up time, which was absolutely crazy!!!!!!! I brought it up to the lady in the front and she just told me to wait. I arrived WAY BEFORE her and was at the front of the crowd as well. I was literally gasping at how this situation was handled. The sheer disappointment I have for this Crumbl store is not enough to explain in words. I just wish that they were better prepared for this promo event because the people in the back were also working at a very slow pace. It seemed like they enjoyed looking at customers outside waste their time in line. The app should have been fully developed as well where it tells us where we stand in order number compared to others and when to arrive if our order was ready. The cookies were not that great either and it was way too sweet for a normal consumer. I will most definitely NOT be returning this facility and will be telling my family, friends, and neighbors to not visit this store as well. You just lost a loyal customer Crumbl. Staff friendly at Crumbl in Levittown. ( see pix) cookies are very heavy. At first visit in trying to get a sampler of each cookie , they were out of their peanut butter and jelly cookies. They were large cookies and as previously noted , Ii had been surprised how heavy the box was when handed to me full of the original 6 at the earlier visit. So today I bought just one cookie to try the peanut butter and jelly which is basically a peanut butter cookie with a swirl of jelly on top. . While there I saw small ones. Upon asking for that size , I was told they didn't have them. If I should go back on a yen, I'd only buy the small ones. I found the larger cookie dense and heavy and l'd prefer the thin ones better. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with a friendly hello by the staff. Once i stated that i was there for pickup, they started making my order. It was like a 1-2 min wait and my cookies were warm! Except the hot chocolate and sugar cookie. We've tried the strawberry cookie before and my son was obsessed and kept asking for it everyday'. Finally i saw on the app they released strawberry again and we just had to get it! My son wanted to eat it right then and there! 3 bites before we started driving home. The cookies were delicious and i must say i ate them rather quickly! Can't wait to see the other flavors! read more
