On Sunday, we decided to get some cookies. We got four more cookies and two Cosmo brownies. They were delicious. Service was good. I got my cookies within less than one minute.
Honestly I stopped in on a whim. I was coming back to work on a lunch break and passed them wanting a little sweet treat. I didn't realize that this is the only location on the island so it intrigued me. I wanted to sample them all but opted for a 6 pack. In order of favorite to least: strawberry shortcake x 2, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, oatmeal, and birthday. The texture on all these were nice. Thin, crispy, but also chewy in the middle. I knew the strawberry shortcake would be a home run so i picked up two, it tastes like the outside of the ice cream bar which I love. Chocolate chip was also great with bigger pockets of chocolate than I thought. I'd say the remaining three were on the same level of enjoyment. Great texture, just okay flavor but birthday was definitely the weakest of the bunch. I did like these cookies though and would like to try different ones next time.

The packaging is so beautiful!
Finally found my fave cookie on Long Island. Was a fan of Insomnia as well as Levain in NYC. These are the best. Super thin and chewy. I prefer Tarra's and Tate's over any others but these are superb. Highly recommend the regular chocolate chip as well as the Double Chocolate Chip.
Thin Cookies in Hicksville, what I like about them-fresh made, big variety, monthly changed flavors, LOTS OF HOURS of availability, friendly help. I do not go often but I do like their thin cookies from the standard chocolate chip to the more fancy ones that come out fresh and into a little divider box. Seems many have found them and there are many busy hours particularly on a late Sunday afternoon. There are lots of places to get cookies and a few shops specializing in just cookies. Yes you can buy a bag from a store or you can go in and get them while you wait. NOTE: I did note that they changed the brand of small containers of chocolate and regular milk. I also noted that I and yet another took a bottle reviewed the ingredients and put it back.
I finally got to try Thin Cookies, and the classic chocolate chip cookie was definitely my favorite! You can get them in counts of 6, 12, or 24. They also have plenty of seating if you want to dine in. I'm really looking forward to going back to try one of their coffees!
The cookies here are so good - thin and chewy with a slight crunch. The location is pretty large and open - you can see them making and preparing the cookies as it's basically an open area. They have tables for you to sit and enjoy the cookies as well. They have 3 flavors that's always on the menu - chocolate chip, double chocolate and snickerdoodle. They have 3 rotating flavors each month. Cookies are also not too expensive - you can get a dozen for $13.

There wasn't any label on the cookies or way to identify the cookies so we had to guess what we were eating. The cookies are indeed thin and good. They have a good outer crisp but are also gooey in the inside. They are not, however, my ideal type of cookie to have. It's definitely an option if someone is looking for a good cookie and health-conscious! I looked at the nutrition info online and the servings state 48 per serving, but I'm not sure what that is referring to. Is that grams? But it was pretty good for a thin cookie!

Not too sweet and addictive! My friend who bought them over said the staff was so friendly and the store itself is cute with bright yellow seating. Apparently they also have coffee as well. This place is always so clean and the waft of freshly baked cookies hits you hard in the face when you walk in. They have their staple cookies and then 3 seasonal flavors. I picked up 12 cookies and could barely wait to get home! I got all 3 of their seasonal cookies with Twix being the absolute best. Their cookies are indeed thin and are crisp on the edges and chewy in the middle. Serious perfection. I haven't been here in some time and noticed they updated their packaging! They used to pack it in a box with wax paper in between the layers of cookies but now they got this whole cookie divider thingy inside the box! If my protruding gut didn't stop me, I could've devoured this entire box of 12 cookies.

If you're in Hicksville, this place is a must-visit! They bake their thin, crisp, incredibly delicious cookies right in front of you. There's a brief wait while they prepare your order fresh, but watching them make your cookies is part of the charm. They have tons of great flavors and delicious drinks like hot chocolate to pair with them. Great vibe, fun experience, and amazing treats. We were driving around Hicksville killing some time between events and drove by "Thin Cookies". Curiosity got the better of me and I made a U Turn and dropped in. Ambience - feels like a utilitarian kitchen or company lunch room. The kitchen is clearly visible in the open layout and you can watch the staff making the cookie dough. Food: we ordered the 6 cookie box. I asked for Peanut Butter, but they ran out. I settled for chocolate chip and Kit Kat. The cookies were all thin, leading me to think it would be brittle like a cracker. I was pleasantly surprised that they were so soft and chewy. Must be the butter! TL/DR: thin cookies creates small portion cookies that don't make you feel guilty when you eat more than one. read more

I finally tried this place after seeing so many videos about it, and i'm so glad i did because these cookies are SOOO good. The prices are super reasonable, i got 12 cookies for ~$13 and each one was really good. They came warm, with a slightly crunchy exterior and a soft inside. My favorites were the double chocolate chip cookie and the regular chocolate chip, but my friend really liked the snickerdoodle. I also got the iced latte for $6, which is a really good price for Nassau County! The inside was also such a vibe i loved the yellow chairs and the vibrant interior - there was so much seating. It was also so interesting seeing how they make the cookies. I will definitely come again I am absolutely obsessed!!! read more

This was our very first time here!!! Off a main road, Jerusalem Ave. Bright and spacious and YELLOW!!!! You can purchase them in 6, 12 or 24, to not be too greedy and to be done in one sitting, I ordered 6 for $7. Not bad considering some cookie shops charge twice that for less. You don't feel too bad about eating peanut butter crunch, double chocolate, snickerdoodle and the classic chocolate chip when each cookie is approximately 83-88 calories!!! But of course seven cookies times 83-88 can further widen those hips My friend girl liked the classic chip and the double chocolate. We also ordered drinks Mocha and pitaschio latte. A few people sauntered in and out on the Friday evening. This space was inviting and did I mention YELLOW!!!!! The music playing in the background was loud enough to hear but not interfering with conversation. Another plus, if you eat in, you can actually see the staff (two people) making the cookies. Worth the trip!!! read more

I found Thin Cookies through IG and had it my list to try for months! I finally took the 30 minute drive specifically for the July Pistachio special I got 1/2 dozen: 2 pistachio, strawberry shortcake, snickerdoodle, double chocolate & butter pecan. The flavor of the cookies was perfect. Tasted like you made them at home. Not too sweet but still packed the flavor considering how thin they are. Two of them were a bit undercooked (which I actually prefer) but being they're so thin they crumbled once I tried to lift them out of the box. I do like a little crunch on the outside while a little undercooked on the inside so I threw them in the air fryer when I got home to crispy them up! Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. read more

Absolutely delicious cookies. Perfectly chewy and still crispy - these cookies are probably the best I've ever had. Think Tates Cookies but buttery and without the burnt edges. The chocolate chip is a classic and the double chocolate is indulgent. Plus the owners are kind to all the customers and the space is modern and clean. read more

Woaw! Thin Cookies are thin and packed with flavor. I got this cookie during an event and it's so delicious. I didn't think a cookie this thin can be so soft and chewy. It had such nice butter taste without overly sweet chocolate chips. I wish I had more because 1 was definitely not enough. Now, I really gotta make my way to the shop! read more
