I finally tried this place after seeing so many videos about it, and i'm so glad i did because these cookies are SOOO good. The prices are super reasonable, i got 12 cookies for ~$13 and each one was really good. They came warm, with a slightly crunchy exterior and a soft inside. My favorites were the double chocolate chip cookie and the regular chocolate chip, but my friend really liked the snickerdoodle. I also got the iced latte for $6, which is a really good price for Nassau County! The inside was also such a vibe i loved the yellow chairs and the vibrant interior - there was so much seating. We were driving around Hicksville killing some time between events and drove by "Thin Cookies". Curiosity got the better of me and I made a U Turn and dropped in. Ambience - feels like a utilitarian kitchen or company lunch room. The kitchen is clearly visible in the open layout and you can watch the staff making the cookie dough. Food: we ordered the 6 cookie box. I asked for Peanut Butter, but they ran out. I settled for chocolate chip and Kit Kat. The cookies were all thin, leading me to think it would be brittle like a cracker. I was pleasantly surprised that they were so soft and chewy. Must be the butter! In order of favorite to least: strawberry shortcake x 2, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, oatmeal, and birthday. The texture on all these were nice. Thin, crispy, but also chewy in the middle. I knew the strawberry shortcake would be a home run so i picked up two, it tastes like the outside of the ice cream bar which I love. Chocolate chip was also great with bigger pockets of chocolate than I thought. I'd say the remaining three were on the same level of enjoyment. I finally took the 30 minute drive specifically for the July Pistachio special I got 1/2 dozen: 2 pistachio, strawberry shortcake, snickerdoodle, double chocolate & butter pecan. I visited this location over the weekend and it was so good I went again the next day! The location is convenient, clean and has spacious seating! They offer a variety of specialty coffees as well as regular coffee drinks as well. My friends and I shared a box of 12 cookies, the Fruity Pebbles, Coconut and Classic Chocolate Chip. Each cookie was cooked to perfection, the perfect amount of butter, and oh so chewy! Loved all the flavors but the Coconut was my favorite. Paired it with a Vanilla Cardamom iced latte and it was a perfect combo! Went back in the next day to order 24 cookies to go to share with family.
