Yummy black and white rainbow cookies, or what's left of them.
    Kris K.

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy! I definitely recommend that you try this rather unique establishment. My beautiful sisters treated me to black and white rainbow cookies! So moist and delicious! Please make sure they are open before going. They do not have normal business hours. Everything is fresh and tasty.

I've had this place on my radar for some time as this girl loves rainbow cookies. It has very limited hours so be sure to check the hours of operation before going. I love how they take preorders online and I ordered quite a few items in advance (nearly $100). They do sell a good amount of items in the shop but if you want to be guaranteed an item, it's best you preorder. They also had items not available online but in the shop so I ended up buying a two of those too. When I got there I was so excited and my order was ready for pickup. The two ladies working there was less than enthusiastic but they got the job done (almost a bit apathetic). When I said, "I wish you guys had more opening hours, I would come more often". I was responded with "We are a small business and can't work everyday". This was the tone of the visit. Rainbows are supposed to be happy! :) The classic rainbow cookies were very good and the other hybrid combos were good. Some items started to get a bit too sweet (especially those heavily drizzled with white chocolate)

    Irish flag rainbow cookies!!!

My mom's coworkers were able to score some rainbow cookies from Uncle Joey's, and I was fortunate enough to try some. I can never go back to those dusty waxy and dry impostors from the grocery store. These were the best rainbow cookies I've ever eaten in my life. The raspberry jam is so fresh and sweet, and generously spread onto each layer. The thin cookie layers have such a soft velvety texture, and that smooth dark chocolate ganache on the top and bottom is literally heaven. It's all texturally so light and airy yet so packed with rich almond, raspberry, and chocolate flavor. I also love how they made the cookie into an Irish flag for St Patty's Day- it's the perfect marriage of the quintessential Long Island Irish and Italian cultures! I've been told to call ahead to place an order, because once they've reached capacity they close for the day. I will definitely be calling and making the trek out to farmingdale for some of Uncle Joey's magical cookies. They've sent me straight to rainbow cookie heaven!!!

Came here after discovering them on Instagram! I'm a HUGE fan of rainbow cookies and I always try to get them when I'm visiting Long Island. I pre-ordered their classic rainbow cookies as well as a Linzer Tart, chocolate chip cookie, and a rainbow cookie cake slice. I also ordered the cannoli when I got to the store. Everything they offer is rainbow cookie themed so if you're not a fan of the tri-colored cookie, you may not be impressed but I definitely was! The Linzer Tart was my favorite because it was the perfect cross between a linzer tart and a rainbow cookie - it was perfect. It was soft on the bottom and the jelly was delicious. If you like jelly donuts, this is a great option for you. While I liked everything, I do wish the cannoli was freshly filled upon order and their rainbow cookies could have used more almond flavor, in my opinion. The rainbow cake slice did have the perfect amount of almond flavor though so I loved it. Definitely recommend if you love rainbow cookies as much as I do. And pre-order your items to guarantee that you get what you want!

There aren't enough positive adjectives to praise this place. I mean if your shops name is rainbow cookie, then your rainbow cookies better be on point. Guess what, grand slam! Their options are endless. From the rainbow black and whites to the add ins on the cookies and cakes like crumb cake and cannoli cream, this place is a chubby Italians wet dream. Always great friendly service and ordering via social media and internet is a breeze. Try this place now!

The Rainbow cookies are too die for. They are the best tasting ones in all New York. When you walk-in this small unassuming storefront you are knocked over by the scent of these cookies. I think that the raspberry filling is what makes these cookies. He has branched out into collaborating with other bakers and giving us new combinations like the raspberry cheesecake Rainbow crumble bars, also delicious. No public phone number for the store so you got to DM over Instagram or FB if you want to pre order or check current inventory. Since this is a family business most times there's only one person manning the store.

4/20/25. Great chocolate but some pieces had too much jelly!
    Stacey S.

4/20/25. Someone brought these cookies to Easter so I can only comment on the taste. They are very good, and you can tell the chocolate is high quality. I love how thick the chocolate is too. My only gripe is that there was too much jelly (you can even see it in the pic). At times, it tasted more of jelly than almond. They are better than most locally, but I also do love those from Front Street in RVC. I would try other items, but there hours are ridiculous.

I don't even know how we have been part of this community for over a decade and never heard of this place! Sure my doctor had something to do with it! Someone gifted us some sweet treats bc they know we love rainbow cookies! The perfect gift and saves us time and money making the trip to Fortunado's. We got the traditional rainbow cookie Rainbow cookie Boston crème doughnut Rainbow cookie doughnut filled with

A rainbow cookie lovers dream!! They have so many different desserts with rainbow cookie incorporated into the desserts. My favorites are the black & white rainbow cookie & the rainbow crumb cake. I've only gotten individual items but I definitely want to get a cake there next time I'm shopping for one! Make sure to check the store hours before going because they are closed certain days of the week.

everything from here was to die for. i will absolutely be returning. we got the rainbow cake, black and white cookies, and a cheesecake crumb cake. the only thing that's strange is their hours but there was a line to get cookies that's how AMAZING everything is. moist cookies and they aren't cheap with the raspberry jelly and that's what matters most to me when getting rainbow cookies.

    Joanna D.

Definitely the best rainbow cookies I've ever had but their hours are just horrible, I'm surprised they get any business with their hours. They also do not have a phone number for ordering, only can order through online social media which is very frustrating. Would love to order again but a bakery that's only open until 2 on a Saturday and 12 on a Sunday is almost impossible.

You can't buy rainbow cookies here lol. Rainbow cookie themed items but no rainbow cookies. Only order them by the pound? Won't be back.

My friend and I came after class on a Friday afternoon and we parked in the parking lot right in…read morethe back. It is free before 5 PM, but beware! Park head in and do not park in the employee parking lot or else a ticket can cost you $75! Pho is one of my favorite food so I have pretty high standards, but low expectations for this place. Upon walking in, I was surprised to walk into an empty restaurant and the waiter greeted us and informed us that we could sit anywhere. I saw there were proper sauces (hoisin and Sriracha) on the table as well as stainless steel chopsticks and soup spoons! The waiter asked us our preference for water and handed us the menus. The menu is pretty condense with no drinks like Thai Iced Tea or anything. My friend and I shared an appetizer, the shrimp spring rolls. They were perfectly crispy and cooked. Wrap it with lettuce and dip into the fish sauce - it was perfection! I ordered a Normal Beef Pho and my friend ordered a beef banh mi. The pho comes in small, normal or x-large. My appetite is average and the normal was perfect size! The soup is well flavored and noodles perfectly textured, not too soft or hard. The meats needed a bit of work especially the meatballs. My friend enjoyed her banh mi and said it was sufficient enough to fill her up. The color of everything looked really good and I will probably try it next time! The restaurant accepts credit cards, but there is a 2.5% surcharge so cash preferred! There is also a one stall restroom, very clean and spacious. Great customers service and delicious food! Will be back another day with more friends!!

I was worried that we would lose the nice tiny local pho place when the previous business shut down…read moreand was glad to see Pho XPress take over the space! Menu is pretty identical, a choice limited selection of hot soupy pho, banh mi, and bun dishes. It is a tiny little place, though there are seats available for dine-in. I do think they're smart for offering the "American" options like burgers and tenders so that you can accommodate for people who may be picky. We got summer rolls to share, and I had a small beef pho. I love that there are smaller and bigger size options available. They don't try to razz you up with bone marrow and premium beef cut options-- a combo beef pho with meatballs, flank, and brisket meat is the standard. I do like tripe when it is available, but I understand that's not a popular choice. The soup came hot and with the proper basket of sprouts, herbs, jalapeño and limes on the side. We also got a classic prok banh mi and it came with a ton of veggies and herbs (especially cilantro, which other places are now stingy with!) I didn't get to try, but I was told it was a good sandwich. The broth could have been a touch more beefy, but it was good enough to satisfy my stomach on a very windy day. Overall, I am glad Pho Xpress is maintaining a decently-priced Vietnamese joint at a time where it's becoming difficult to find anywhere decently priced. I want to try getting take-out soon.
