The promotions they have are really good. For Halloween they gave out Lil' chip cookies to anyone in costume. The Lil' chip seems to be about 3/4 the size of a full sized cookie. You also get a free cookie on your birthday when signing up for their loyalty program. I usually take advantage of the uber eats BOGO offer or the BOGO off on the chip city app (usually Wednesdays).
