Service: The bell on the door signals the counter help to come from the back if they're not already there. My service was immediate and helpful. Food: I got a pound of Lacey cookies, 1/2 white chocolate, 1/2 dark chocolate, both phenomenal. I also got there bread pudding. It comes in a loaf pan and the top hides the most luxurious Custard. I was really craving sfogliatelle and decided to give Vincent's a try after getting an old spoiled carrot cake, years ago. Sadly, my husband went there this morning and bought 4 mini sfogliatelle and 1 cannoli. Now, you should be able to trust that a bakery has fresh pastries. Well, not today...the sfogliatelle are stale! I would say not a day old. These are old, stale and should not have been sold. The cannoli was freshly filled and not stale but those sfogliatelle are a total disappointment. $14.00 thrown in the garbage. The only positive here is that I learned to never go back. A bakery selling old stale pastries isn't getting my business. Dortoni's and Leonetti's would never sell this to their customers. I'm insulted actually. You sold me an inferior product. When you go to a restaurant, is it okay for them to sell you yesterday's leftovers? Steer clear of this bakery. They do not care about their customers. Bought this Cherry pie from this bakery and it was so sweet. The pie was pretty good, thick jelly and real cherries included in the pie with a buttery bread laced over it. The service was nice, seemed like it's a mom and pop store. Ambience was typical bakery setting nothing fancy but i will be back for more pies. read more

The Italian butter cookies had good flavor but they were soft! They didn't taste stale though, which was odd. The cannoli cream was also so soft that it wouldn't hold it's shape and it oozed out into the box. Overall just an odd experience. Immediately helpful. They accept credit cards. They have premade cookie sets for the table. Thankfully they have a lot of premade cakes. They have Irish soda bread very pleased about this. First time ordering not one but two customized birthday cakes! I am very happy with the outcome of my cakes. I was a little nervous because after placing my orders in the store, I had to email a pic of how I wanted the cake to look as my original idea Apparently could not work for an image cake. However, after changing my plans it turned out amazing. I have no complaints, the cakes were neatly made, the images were perfect that I submitted and the flavors were on par! The fillings were not overly sweet which is just how I like it, and the cake was moist and delicious. I will definitely order from here again. I often buy the pre made cookie platters of Italian cookies that are often available as they are fresh and come in just the right amounts. I have been looking for a bakery near me that sell coffee cake. Went to Vincent's on Saturday looking just for that. Will NEVR go back! I asked if they had coffee cake. The young lady pointed to the revolving case to show what they had. I noticed in the front case they had by the slice I asked for 2 and a black and white cookie. Got home the coffee cake was hard as a rock and cold in the center and the same for the black and white cookie. The young lady was wrong for selling hard bard goods. Ordered a birthday cake for my 7 year old son. Needed it the next day. They acted like it was a burden to make it. Provided a Power Rangers photo for them to scan on cake. Cake looked like a smeared mess. They took a single layer cake and cut and filled it so each "layer" was 1/2" thick. I should have never accepted the cake. I will never buy anything there again. I went to Vincent's recently to buy some pastries to bring to my friends house for a dinner party. I couldn't decided on what to buy as everything looked so good. I had a very friendly girl who worked there named Giana helping me. She was so patient as I changed my mind several times and she actually made recommendations on several items. She also recommended the raisin bread which was phenomenal (I kept that for myself). The pastries were a huge hit after dinner and everything was so fresh! Bakery is so-so. Not many bakeries in my neighborhood so I went here. The cake I purchased was not very fresh. Seemed like a day or 2 old. I know from past experience they fresh stuff is very good. Like rolling dice if baked that day or not. I asked for something very fresh with chocolate. The next day leftovers had to throw out. I wish they could be better.
