I grew up eating Reg Mango and haven't had it in a loooong time so getting it again brought me back to my childhood self. Most Red Mangos have now become self-serve so you get a cup and fill it with whichever flavor froyo and however many toppings which then gets weighed to determine the price. There's a good amount of flavors for the froyo and a ton of different topping options from fruits to candy. The fruits were fresh but the mochi was a bit harder than I preferred. I used to get mochi all the time as a topping when I was younger but I don't remember it being this tough so not sure if it was a bad batch or it changed throughout the years. I come here on Tuesdays for buy one get one free frozen yogurts. Less than 20$ for two cups. Toppings range from nuts to chocolates , sauces, and fresh fruits. Worth it for sure on Tuesdays. This red mango is self serve but isn't due to covid so they serve it to you and then they weigh it which comes out more expensive. My boyfriend and I got frozen yogurt with Pom balls on top. It came out to around $23 total for both of them. The frozen yogurt wasn't as thick as I would have liked it, it was runny and melted when we just got it. I came here to satisfy my sweet cravings and Red Mango fell a little short. First off, I wanted a combo of the "mango"and "original" Froyo and I noticed the mango was a bit runny- granted it was around 5pm; I'm not sure if that played a role or maybe it was the temperature of the machine ? I also noticed that they only have two sizes- the regular and the large - I'm so use to getting a small size (or maybe that's just in the mall?) I added almonds, mochis, coconut shavings, mangoes and cookie dough for my toppings. The mangos weren't fresh at all - it tasted like they came from an already frozen bag of fruits that you get from the grocery store to make smoothies. I was a bit disappointed in that. Came in here at around 9:45 pm on a Tuesday night 2/15/2022 15 mins before closing. The look these 2 girls gave us when we walked in was disgraceful. They did not make any eye contact with us when we ordered and had the most miserable look on their faces. I didn't even want to order anything because by their attitudes, they clearly did not want to help me and my friend. On top of that, the smoothies were not even that good. Horrible service. The 2 girls on the closing shift on January 11th, 2022 were extremely rude to me, my mother and another customer just because we ordered 15min before the store closed. No customer should be treated the way they treated us. Went to pay for my smoothie on the 27th didn't get a receipt because I ALWAYS get a smoothie so I know my bill will be about $8-$9 depending if I get an additive. Workers at this RM are terrible!! Went in last week before work in the morning and could hear everything that was being said in the back! (And it was an older woman who seems to be the manager! How unprofessional!) If your going to talk badly about someone in the back of the store, do it a little more discretely. The acai bowl was OK which is why its getting two stars. My crave for and endless toppings bar and combination fro-yo swirls was lost after my first spoon full at red mango :( I chose the milk chocolate and peanut butter yogurt. Both tasted like flavored medicine and extra tartness. The only way to cover up the taste was to saturate my cup with crushed Oreo cookies. On the brighter side of the frozen-yogurt craze, Red Mango had such yummy toppings from cereal to chocolates, fruits, cake bites, and sprinkles. The staff was really friendly and regardless of my taste, there seemed to be a decent amount of people. From what I see, Red Mango is expanding their menu to soups and other foods outside the dairy products. Not sure if I would eat soup at a frozen-yogurt store. read more

They're are so many frozen yogurt options (which are delicious by the way). They are also accommodating to gluten free, dairy free, and many other diet restrictions. This was, surprisingly, my first time in a Red Mango. I'm usually not a fan of self-serve yogurt places. But, although this location is a little cramped, it was a clean and well-organized. The area for actually getting the yogurt is a bit too narrow. When I was there, a group of high school girls was taking up the front of the store and another wave was about to enter, so I had to be quick. I am not sure if this was because they had just opened, but there was a staff member standing near the yogurt service area helping people out and giving some advice. This is a good idea. It also stops people from getting overly personal with the yogurt machines (ahem), over-sampling, and making a mess of the area. I usually go for chocolate, but they didn't have any on this visit, so I got half nutella and half cake batter instead. Both flavors tasted really nice. While I was there, I sampled blackberry, strawberry and peach, but I am not as big a fan of the fruit flavors. Although I love frozen yogurt as a healthier alternative to ice cream, I don't like the taste/after taste of a lot of regular fruit yogurt. That's just personal taste, of course, but the fruit flavors are definitely more yogurt-y in taste and texture than ice cream-y. So I can see myself going back again for the richer options like Nutella, cake batter, caramel, pie, etc and avoiding the fruit flavors. Also, the yogurt is definitely probiotic. I know it's "healthy", but be aware if you can't handle probiotics. As for toppings, I didn't add any because I don't like the way the topping area is self-service and completely open. I just don't like messy areas like that; stuff getting mixed up, people just grabbing toppings, getting yogurt on the spoon, putting it back, tasting stuff, changing their minds, etc. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were average and the yogurt was nice. A solid 3.5 stars, but I'm rounding up for this new local hangout that's making something out of a dull shopping center. read more
