They don't rush on your nails and that's one thing I'm very picky on! They are super friendly and always ask if you need anything to drink. Everyone has their own style of nails and always has someone that can do the nails you want! read more

Sami was great! I had read her reviews on Yelp and decided to try Celfie nail salon based on her work. It was my first time, I normally go to UT nails but they're closed on Sunday's. I was not disappointed. Sami was so sweet and did an excellent job on my nails based on a picture I showed her. I will definitely be back! read more

LOVE. Sweetest staff ever. They want to make sure you are happy with whatever you're getting. I got a new set of acrylics this weekend, and every step of the way, he asked me if I approved. And to make sure that there were no bumps or bruises. I love that. Sometimes, especially if they seemed rushed - it's uncomfortable to ask if they could fix one little tiny thing. But not here. They really care. Love my nails! read more

My friend and I stumbled upon Celfie Nails when trying to find a great start to a girls birthday weekend. The salon is clean, great service and the staff is beyond friendly. They offer complimentary beverages, magazines, and their Jelly treatment is phenomenal. Would definitely come back for all the great care and service and well as laughs with the staff! read more

This place is efficient, clean, and thorough. I've gotten both a gel manicure and a regular pedicure here and both times they've done an excellent job. It's pretty reasonably priced for an Austin salon, and is conveniently located. It can get pretty busy, so I'd recommend making an appointment. But they're usually pretty open and I've even gotten in on the same day. Overall, staff is very friendly, place is clean, and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this salon! read more

My pedicure was $35 and I tipped $7 for a total of $42. When I went to sign my credit card payment, the total was $77. When I questioned the amount I was told they thought I wanted to tip $42. Seriously? Watch your total before you sign! read more

First time customer and won't be coming back or recommend. You check in and the pricing for you to choose on the screen doesn't make any sense. I feel like they try to set you in a price even before you are done with your service. They didn't have he holographic color that I wanted at first and didn't really help with finding something out. Two of the ladies just bickered with each other about the color being out. So I chose another dip nail color and the lady told me it would be the same price. My dip manicure was good but nothing special to pay $75+ dollars for. There are PLENTY of other salons in the area that charges $35-$55 for Dip manicure with extras like chrome or cat eye. I left this review because the prices are too high and this isn't a luxury salon at all.. and I don't think the prices are consistent. If you call and ask about pricing the ranges will jump $5-10 dollars NO CONSISTENT PRICING AND NOT A LUXURY SPOT FOR A LUXURY PRICE TAG. read more

After trying out several nail salons in Austin I finally came across a gem of a salon literally 5 mins from where I live. I am not new to nail salons and am very particular about presentation, great ervice, and how my nails look and are taken care of. Richard was my nail tech and he did such an incredible job with my acrylic refill followed by a gel manicure. Ladies, for those of you that are picky and take your nail care seriously, this is your immediate go to. I'm keeping this as my permanent spot! :) read more

I would love that! What I find interesting is the first thought of the business manager of this establishment is to question the legitimacy of my review instead of reaching out to me for an apology! What a great way to treat a customer who had a horrid experience! I can follow up with a copy of my statement showing the charge that took place on Easter Sunday and a photo of my infected finger. Thanks! read more

Overall I had a really good experience here! Extremely attentive and considerate of what you want. They were patient very detailed oriented. Always checking their work with me every step of the way making sure I was satisfied with the shape and color of my nails. I really liked how Lien made the powder on my nails very thin and the coffin shape very even and went over it all with me. She was very gentle near my nail bed and around my cuticles as I have sensitive nails. And Sammy did a really great job of mixing colors to get me this perfect custom color that I had requested from a photo. This place is not the cheapest place around but it's comparable to other places and for some it may be worth the extra splurge for the great service and attention to detail. I think they got my nails done in a timely manner but if you're in a rush this may not be the place for you as everyone here takes their time to make sure their work is good. Overall for coffin shaped nails with custom color (design) and gel polish it was $85 dollars. read more

The people here were very nice, but the quality of the work was very much sub-par. I paid for a manicure, no polish, and an SNS soak off. It was $25 and there was nothing special about it. Nails are poorly shaped with rough edges and I have a cut cuticle. They might be good for SNS and pedicures, but do not expect a quality manicure here. read more

Hai does great job and takes his time no matter what! I always enjoyed my visit here. Highly recommended.

I've been here 4 times over the last 6 or so months. Virtually every pedicure I've had has been really good. However, the one I had today was arguably one of the worst. No cheese grater and no effort. No real exfoliation to speak of. And the massage was almost non-existent. I paid for the deluxe pedicure which is $45, so not their least expensive and I've been happy with this specific pedicure in the past. When she was finished, she left everything out and didn't grab my shoes for me which she had moved a ways away to start. Overall I had a bad enough experience to look elsewhere for future pedicures. read more

I would not go back.. I only came here because they place we were staying at was right across the street.. They are super expensive for gel nails.. I came from San Diego and I never paid over $50 for mani and pedi gel nails.. Here I paid $75!! AND no massage which every nail salon I been to gives you a massage on your toes if your getting a pedi and your hands and arms.. Which I did get one from the lady that was doing my mani but pedi I did not all she did was basically rub lotion on me that's about it.. Basically too pricey and lazy people.. So Bill commented saying I paid for a "quick pedi gel" which comes with no massage. Again I have never had to pay to get a quick massage on my feet if I'm paying for a pedi.. Again too expensive! I paid $75 for a "quick mani and pedi gel" who knows how much it would have cost to get a quick massage with it.. Ridiculous.. Still wouldn't recommend this place or go back.. read more

The last time I was at Celfie they were obviously not the same people that I knew and loved. They all seemed nice enough but the fabulous customer service wasn't the same and I was keeping an eye out for my usual peeps and gave them one more shot, but again not the same. I searched for my people and was so excited to see them flipping through some yelp pictures! I wish the new owners of Celfie the best and know you'll be successful by UT but I'm headed to Boss Nails to follow my peeps! read more

*sigh* I wish this place was any good. It's really conveniently located and they have a lot of staff. But it is expensive. I could deal with it being expensive if it was good, but it isn't. I've been there 4-5 times now, and the polish is always terrible. The layers are uneven, blotchy, don't go all the way to the sides or the cuticles, etc. I've posted photos of the most recent trip. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Hey y'all, don't bother. I'm more angry with myself for not following Yelp's advice on this place. Took a chance on it today and will never be back, while also warning anyone who says they want to try it out to spend their money elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional, cheap interior, no knowledgeable staff when it comes to SNS, they tried to put acrylic onto my nail before I corrected that wasn't SNS dip. He messed up my nails and he corrected by dipping them TEN times, filing them down, so much filing since my nails were so thick after his "mistake correction." I sat in that chair for 2 1/2 hours!!! And then, the kicker, they tried to charge me extra for "shaping" my nails! They're already my natural shape/length, what? I'd like to add there is zero massage included here, no lotion, no cuticle care, but I've seen the "owner" respond to complaints like that before by saying that's also extra $$. She also notoriously harasses those who leave honest reviews, so, waiting for that. Long story short, DO NOT come here. Spend your well earned money on services that include the basics elsewhere, this place will rob you and do a real poor job on your nails at the same time. read more

I went to Pro Nails on Thursday 2/12. They were in the middle of remodeling - so a few coworkers were painting the walls. Apparently they are in a middle of a revamp. Sammie was my nail artist and she was extremely pleasant. She did an excellent job with my pedicure and wax job. Manicure came with a hand message (typical), a back message (what a nice surprise!), base coat, color coat, top coat, and quick dry spray. I would go again if I didn't live so far away! read more

Coffee N Nails - Shellac on both. Ombré acrylic on my hands - Nail Salons Near Me - Austin, Texas

Made an appointment for two manicures here for the first time a few weeks ago - at the time I didn't know if I wanted shellac or not, and they said it was no problem. Upon arrival, I decided on shellac and got to pick from many shades in the book. My manicurist was super sweet, not too chatty, and offered me a drink while I got my nails done. The place was cute, clean, and pleasant. My nails turned out beautifully and are still looking great two weeks later. My friend loves her nails as well, although her technician was much quieter. Will definitely return! Price was good for the service. read more

I went here last night with my friend for a pedi without an appointment and we were greeted warmly at the door. Staff asked us to sign in on the ipads and asked if we wanted anything to drink while we waited. After waiting for about five minutes, a staff member set up two pedi chairs for our feet to soak. We only waited about 15-20 minutes before both being treated. The staff were friendly and polite and did a great job on our pedis. I will definitely return here! read more

I usually come here for a basic pedicure or full set. I recently went in to get nail art for a very special occasion & that was the last time I'll ever go there. I got glittery shellac on one nail per hand, "ombré" on one nail per hand, & rhinestones on one nail per hand. It came out to $110. I was fine because I assumed the nail tech, Sammie was being honest about the numbers, and the nails were beautiful. I asked for a cost break down 2 days later because my friend wanted to see it. When we saw it, I immediately realized I was overcharged. I texted Sammie, and she was very polite & responsive, but once I mentioned being overcharged, she stopped responding. I would've been fine if she would've just offered me a credit for the amount I was overcharged, or if she would've at least acknowledged it. But her suddenly ignoring me after I paid $110 for some nails +tipped 25%?? Unacceptable. I'll never return. read more

They've always done a good job the several times I've come here. Most recently my manicure broke and chipped immediately and it has taken an extremely long time to get my nails done before but these things happen. When I came for an appointment today they left me waiting in a chair for 45 minutes after the scheduled start time just to then tell me there was no acrylic technician available when I finally asked what was up. When I asked why they wouldn't have told me that when I arrived they shrugged it off and said a tech should be arriving soon. I'm a pretty patient person but the unapologetic reaction as they inexplicably hopped over me in line to take later appointments was enough to frustrate me. Please just communicate to your guests or don't accept appointments at times when you can't accommodate. Few things will make me give up a reliable salon in my neighborhood but sad to say this probably did it for me. read more

I've gone to this place twice now , the first time wasn't too happy the tech messed up my eyebrows ( one was arched the other wasn't ) I still went back and gave them the benefit of doubt. I believe everyone has bad days so why not. But after today I can no longer return to this place. They're supposed to be "renovating" but this place seems very run down. When i went to go to lay on the bed the paper wasnt changed so I hope they replaced it for the next person. The tech who did my lip wax today , was soooo in a rush or whatever , that she even spilled some wax on my cheek. I do have sensitive skin so in the past I tend do get a little red. But this is the worst I've gotten bumps and all , and as mentioned there was no need to wax my cheek lol. At the end they didn't tell me my total they talked amongst themselves for a minute and told just where to enter my card. Overall wasn't happy with the place or the service . Hope they can grow a bit more to where people feel comfortable returning. read more

Very disappointed. They were packed. I went with my 2 daughters. Waited 45 min with no explanation. Then 1 gentleman did all 3 of our nails by rotating between the 3 of us. It was ridiculous. Absolutely no customer service skills. My daughter broke a nail that night. They could not see her the next day to fix it. When she did come in they made her wait. She has since broke another one and so have I. Will not be going back. I feel so taken advantage of! read more

Coffee N Nails - I got my nails done earlier this day - Nail Salons Near Me - Austin, Texas

Walked in without a wait and was treated to a fabulous mani/pedi by very kind employees. $70 total for an hour.

This is quite literally the worst manicure and pedicure of my life. Very little care was taken to clean my cuticle and nails, the paint job was sloppy and inconsistent and it started peeling off within hours despite being careful (typically regular manicures last me 4-7 days). I would have possibly forgiven that if I had chosen a "cheap and cheerful salon" but I paid $72 for the manicure and pedicure - almost double what I pay back at home. read more
