The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.

I'm an OTR driver, from Reno and currently in emporia Virginia. My s23 ultra took a s*** on me last night, and I run a majority of my business primarily through this phone, and partially on my tablet. Being as tech savvy as I am, and having this issue before, I called Rashad, he told me he was open and to file a claim before I got there, and then to get there ASAP so they could get my device fixed. I drove to a closer location that said they were open on sundays, and they actually weren't, but that put me about a half an hour away from Glen Allen when I made that call. I followed Rashad's advice, headed towards their facility and tussled with asurion for about a half an hour to get my claim started. I walked in, Josh checked me in, super cool dude, and they're playin music from the 2000s, that brought back a lot of memories!!! We exchanged a few words and pleasantries, and off my phone went to rashad, and off I went back to my truck to wait it out. Within an hour, Rashad called me and told me my repair was complete. And it was just as I suspected, what he concurred. He whipped it into shape, ran tests, and sent me on my way. What a great couple of guys they are! Extra star for being open on sunday, and being able to accommodate a neurotic maniacal eccentric customer such as myself, in a pickle, because Monday is tomorrow and I needed my phone fixed yesterday.
