So I believe I've ordered from here before, but never put a review (cray cray). Anyhoo let's get down to the nitty gritty, i ordered about 815 and got my order a little before the promise time so getting off to great start. I ordered spicy boudain kolaches, feta chicken spinach croissant (I was feeling adventurous), bacon egg and cheese croissant, maple bacon donut, cookie monster donut and cinnamon twist. I just want to say I really appreciate them putting the specialty donuts in a box so that they didn't get ruined in transit. On to the tasting, the seasoning on the feta croissant was really well balanced. I thought there would be a bit more stuffing, but thats my assumptions getting the better of me. The spicy kolache had just the right amount of spice (according to my dude) and the maple bacon donut with the tube of maple syrup for infusing was a donut done right (he was happy that the bacon was crisp and not flimsy). This place may have some great products but I got the wrong items. I called just to let them know so they could correct the problem and every sentence I started was cut off rudely by the owner. I did not want anything in return just to politely let them know. Now I'm being called rude when all I wanted to do was say ' hey just wanted to let you know that this happened so you can resolve the problem before it happens to someone else' and she wouldn't let me say any of it before she got very defensive. This is extremely unprofessional. On top of that her response on my review was extremely rude and unprofessional. I also have my friend who heard the whole conversation and will back me up in stating that she interrupted me constantly telling me that she couldn't do anything for me when I only asked her to listen. I didn't need her to do anything else. Her excuse is that there is a new person, okay great we didn't have to keep going but she wanted to keep being defensive and rude. I will never eat here again and I will let all of my friends and family know that the owner can't control herself or listen to people that want to help her. At this time with COVID going on, everything is stressful and we need to help each other out but people need to be willing to listen. Being defensive in this industry is going to kill your business. If you have been in the industry as long as you say then you would know this and would show your professionalism. I only get rude when people are rude to me. If you hadn't interrupted me and been defensive I could have said that one sentence and told you to have a lovely day. Check yourself before you lose your business. read more

My doughnut tour of Cypress Texas continues at Cocoa. This is close to my house, and the Starbucks so I really wanted to like it. It does everything OK but doesn't stand out anywhere. The glaze doesn't have much of a flavor just tastes sweet, there's no real crunch to the donuts or airy lightness either. Snowflake Donuts has, by far, the best donuts I have ever had. Their offerings much better than any surrounding donut shops and even the big chain shops. They have a very wide variety of donuts and other breakfast items to choose from so there is definitely something for everyone. Their prices are also better than their competitors, especially considering the quality. Since this is so close to our house, it has become a regular spot for us to head on the weekends and it never fails to provide us with delicious donuts at great prices! We had a Halloween Birthday Bash and wanted special/custom donuts to fit the theme. We looked at some examples and Cocoa Donuts really impressed us with their creative designs.
