I start off with the bad. The service not great. I came in to pick up my order. Told the owner my order name. She was doing multiple things at once. She just say okay. 2 min later I notice my order was already done. It was sitting in the back on a rack. I saw the name. I didn't say anything. I was waiting to see if she would ask me again. 5 mins later a coworker ask me if I waiting on order. I told her yes and it right there on the rack. The coworker went to grab it and owner told me she thought I said something else. The owner didn't apologize for the wait/mistake. The coworker apologize for the wait. I find that it's rude that a coworker that in her 20s that have to apologize for owner mistake. 2 star for coworker 1 star for food -2 star for owner service read more

Nice little donut shop. Donuts are very good and they have a good variety. Only complaint is 40 minutes after they open not having the majority of donuts made yet. No filled donuts, no sandwiches. I know I've reviewed this place before but this is literally the best donut place I've ever been to. The feeling I get when I take that first bite of my donut is pretty laughable but so real! I wanted to find a local shop other than 'S' donut shop in our area. There were pretty good reviews so I figured what the hay. Let me tell you something--when you walk in everyone is super friendly. The donuts are all lined up and looked scrumptious. After I decided I couldn't take them all, I went to the old faithfuls--buttermilk glazed cake, Apple fritter, a couple lemon filled, and a couple custard filled. No-they aren't all for me! :) My wife and I shared some bites when I got home and wow--an Apple fritter that has Apple in it--finally! And it was super yummy. Not greasy in the glaze but just good. All the filled donuts were great tasting and the buttermilk glazed cake was top notch. We now have our local donut shop. Highly recommend this establishment! read more

We have a standing "date" with CoCo Donuts every single Sunday morning on the way to church. Every time we go, the staff are friendly, helpful, extremely courteous. Everything is always clean and served fresh. So far I think this are the best donuts around Cypress. We loved the red velvet donut and the regular donut also was great. I ordered a chocolate donut old fashioned cake but by mistake they gave me the regular one which was good but the borders were a little hard. Next time will try the kolache and blueberry donut. read more
