Do not go here! Purchased a detail package and was told a couple of scratches on my car would be repaired. Not only did they not fix the scratches they did not clean interior at all, which I was told was included. Manager Joe gave me the run around and then never called me back. I had to call him three times! He even told me the couple of scratches that were maybe 2 inches long would cost " thousands of dollars" to fix and offered me a free car wash. Its hit or miss .. I have two vehicles. But ,..Only one under the monthly plan since they don't have a family or multi-vehicle discount. Seems like it would be a good thing for them to consider since I hold back on my second vehicle and either use discount or finish it myself using express wash. That being said they didn't vacuum on this past wash Sunday ( how does one miss that ? :) They took care of it of course . So they get a 3 star :) Please consider a muti-vehicle discount ... Seems far cheaper than all your endless coupon marketing efforts. Its a convenient way us to justify spending more monthly if you were to say give the second vehicle half off ..Its a Win Win ! :)) Do a second vehicle program that makes sense and you will make a lot of money all while driving your customers to a even higher level of loyalty! Complaint- Express wash Lane is blocked when full service is extremely packed.( Some how this is my fault I understand Jason.) Also Dryer doesn't seem to dry the car completely. Always have water built up. Have to drive away because they do cram the wash full so you have a car right behind you. ( I know I know. You follow Manufactures standards. Never had been to a Cobblestone Auto Spa prior and I had dropped off my car and went and had breakfast. After picking up my car I noticed the rims not done well at all, tires half done with wet shine, the interior wasn't complete with the detail. After have driving off I realized that I was not given my spare key back that I had gave them to use for my car. Went back to speak with the General Manager and had explained my issues and concerns. He (Joe), the GM, did a complete walk around of my car noting the issues as well as inspection of the interior. He agreed my concerns were valid and that if I gave him ten minutes he would make it right! That's exactly what Joe did, my car was looking so nice after the extra attention and I as well had my spare key returned. I could had given this a 3 star but Joe, the General Manager, made the situation right, was friendly and one for the customer/people. Will do business with because of Joe!! read more

My family has been coming here for 8+ years, including the time this location wasn't cobblestone. 3 years ago, we bought a prepaid detail for when it was time to sell one of our vehicles. Last week, I took in our SUV along with the prepaid detail. Unfortunately due to their systems "changing", we still had to pay $108 in addition to our prepaid detail. After being frustrated and talking with Logan (the manager on duty who was professional and understanding), he was able to fix this problem and get our detail without us paying an extra cent- As he should have since this was a prepaid detail.. So my advice, never buy a prepaid detail with them because they said their computers and prices change so it's hard to honor previously paid for products. On the other hand, they do excellent work. read more

I went through the menu and selected the package that was what I needed. The works $23.99 and included "wheels cleaner" and "interior vacuumed." Surface glass was most important to me. Then My Boyfriend took the vehicle in and brought it back to me as I was working. When I called Cobblestone to say I had noticed that the driver side of my car had not been vacuumed and that the wheels were not clean I was told by the wash manager at 3pm yesterday that he needed to "educate me about car washes". So - just thought I should pass along that education. Wheel cleaner does not mean the wheels will be cleaned. It means they will wipe over them and whatever comes off comes off if you want more than that you need to tell them so they can charge you for detailing. Interior vacuumed does not mean under the seats. Although, my passenger side was completely vacuumed, the seat was moved as it was pushed all the way to the dash. This side was done the way I would expect. Apparently the driver side was done to his expectations with dirt left under and around the seat. I spent too much time listening to why $24 is not a lot to spend on a carwash and why I should not have expected what I did. So, in the end I spent 2 hours pay to get the windows done ( they turned out fine). Maybe worth it since I am the streak queen, but next time I will spend an hour trying myself. : I see below that their reply is that they have no record of this happening. Well of course not. No one asked me my name or info because the manager called the wash manager was clearly not interested in anything I had to say. I would give less. Took my car in today. I asked how long is the service they said 25 mins. They had the car ready but no one called me to tell me it was done. I ended up waiting about 45-50 mins. I had my oil changed at a different location a couple of weeks ago. I was experiencing difficulty turning the steering wheel so I stopped in the location at 2297 Val Vista and they were super helpful, welcoming and friendly! They checked all my fluids, filled the power steering fluid and could not have been nicer. They didn't even look up my car in their system to verify I was a customer. No charge & excellent service gave me assurance my car was safe to drive. I highly recommend them! read more

The oil change was great but the wash and inside cleaning was terrible and I even had an upgraded wash. When brought to there attention the guy said it was clean. A detail guy tried to make it better but it still was not much better. Save your money and use the $3 car wash on Gilbert & 60 that has free vacuums and rags, I can do a 100% better job they they can. I guess full service just isn't what it used to be. read more

I purchased a 3 car wash Groupon and was very excited about it because this is an auto spa. My car wash today was just ok, they missed spots around the drivers and passenger seats when vacuuming. I asked to have my cup holder, just rinsed out, and when I picked up my car it wasn't done. I re-wiped my dash and all interior areas and was surprised with how much dirt and grim was missed when I just ran a towel quickly over the area. My windows are clean and the outside looks good. I would say all in all just an average car wash, I plan to try another location to see if there is a difference in the washing styles. read more

I started going to this car wash, at the recommendation of my daughter, a couple of months ago. They were doing an excellent job until today. Apparently the company policy was changed, such that, you have to drive your own car through regardless of the car wash. I can understand if you're getting an exterior wash. If you're paying nearly $30 for a full service car wash, the least they can do is drive your car through. I will not be patronizing this business in the future. read more

Saw a charge come on my credit card as pending, called them again 3 times, finally left a message tell them about it and giving my information again and told them to take off this charge. Now the charge went to my credit card, and now still trying to resolve this. This company has sticky hands, think again about giving them your credit card information. My husband paid about $100 to have my car detailed. I was not happy about the price but it was suppose to be a treat. We picked up my car and nothing done screamed detailed $100 worth job. The interior dashboard was not throughly wiped and along the foot boards of the door jam was still with crumbs. When we went to pick it up, its was sitting under at tree area and bird crap was already on the hood. Seriously, not impressed at all with their work for car detailing. I wish that I could give these guys negative 5 stars. I went there for a oil change and when I got there the commenced to take out my air filters. I told them that all I wanted was an oil change and that my husband could change the filters. They told me to go inside and they would call me in about 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later, a technician came in carrying a portable battery jumper and informed me that "your battery just took a dive". Admittedly angry I said how is that possible. It was fine when I drove in and it is a new battery (6 months old or so). He said "I don't know ma'am". I went out there to get my car and as he said it would not start without a jump. I told him that I was going to investigate and if I found any foul play I would be back. He informed me that I should drive straight home because it may not start if I stop anywhere. I did just that. I takes me about 25 minutes to get home from there. When I got home I started the car and it started right up. And, it has not had one problem since. I am convinced that they did something to drain my battery power and try to sell me a new battery. They did not try to sell me a new batter while I was there because I was so pissed off. While I was happy with the car wash and price for unlimited washes, when it came time for me to head north for the summer I was unable to find anyone to suspend or cancel my account. All employees I talked to said call the number on the website. I called it 3x and never received a call back despite leaving my names, phone number, tag number, and last 4 of the cc being charged. I started this process 2 weeks prior to my departure. It is now time to leave. I'll end up having to dispute the transactions through my bank. Totally unprofessional customer service. I was extremely surprised by the service. Not that I was expecting it to be a bad experience but it just beyond what your typical experience would be. It was super fast and friendly. All employees were extremely kind and nice. Everyone seemed like they actually cared about what they did for a job and not just there to make money. Everyone that helped me was exceptional. The car wash guy that handed me my car was extremely nice. I'm just really flabbergasted about my experience. I have been coming to this location for years, since I started driving. But before it was a different company I believe or something and it was nothing compared to this. This was my first time here since it has been cobblestone and I got both a car wash and oil change and expected to be there for some time and it took probably... not even 45 min. BEWARE!!!! I took my 2017 Lincoln MKX to Cobblestone Auto Spa about 2 weeks ago for a car wash. I have been to this location before and depending on the day and time knew I could usually have my car washed and ready within 20-30 minutes. After waiting 50 minutes, I get called that my car is ready on the finish line. I immediately noticed the front and side of my bumper was severely scratched in multiple places and my passenger door had a "pop" to it when I opened it meaning more damage. I asked what had happened and was referred to the manager. I explained to the manager that my car did not have that damage when I left my car with the people at the vacuum station. He brought me in to the office to review the cameras. First off, the camera angle is not set so as to see the side of my car that received the damage and the camera quality is horrible! He was passing through the video quickly stating he didn't see anything. I asked him to slow down the video to which he acted very bothered. There was also a period of at least 15 minutes where my car was not visible on the camera. The cameras located inside the wash tunnel are of even poorer quality and didn't show the part of the car that received the damage. The manager claimed no responsibility and said he couldn't do anything about the damage because the cameras didn't show anything happened. I let him know his cameras didn't prove that something didn't happen either and in fact they were pretty worthless! I have tried reaching the corporate office and have only gotten voicemail recordings. After leaving multiple messages I have received no response. So, BEWARE of taking your vehicle to this car wash. Their machines are faulty and if your car sustains damage they won't claim any responsibility and you will be left with the cost to repair your vehicle. read more

Well I drive past this place everyday going to work and back home, and it had been two years since my last visit there (which was not good at all). So I figured I would give them a try again. Looking over my review from my last trip, I had gone at the end of the day which management seemed to indicate was my mistake. Well this time I was there at 6:45 just before they opened, not going to make the same mistake twice. This time I got a $75 car wash, should be a really clean car right? I even upgraded to get the dash and console "detailed". Much like last time, when i picked up may car it was full of disappointment. I had to ask someone if i could borrow a rag so that i could remove the grease pen writing from the window before i took it home... seems safe to assume that no one spent any time cleaning any windows, the bird poop that was still on the window confirmed that assumption. Once i got the car home, i picked the leaves and other debris up off the back seats and passenger seat. Cleaned out some bits of rocks from the center cup holders (wish i would have paid more to have that cleaned...oh, wait, i think i did). Two years between service, still really bad results. I bought the monthly unlimited, full service package when they first opened. With the high pressure sales, they sold a good story. I've been in a handful of times with no issues, other than the air freshener only lasting for an hour, and for the most part happy. Until today. I had a small amount of cash rolled up into a visible pocket of my console. I had just delivered product to a customer and always put their money in that pocket until I deposit it. It was there when I left my car with them and no where to be found when I got back in my car to leave. The manager reviewed the tapes and from the looks of it, mostly about 100 feet back, or blocked views, he found no reason assume it was any of his employees. WHAT? He did question ONE of the workers, who were in my car, and searched him but nothing was found. Of course. He didn't feel the 'need' to question any other employee because they are "church going people and would never steal." Okaaaaay so why do you print 'MANAGE YOUR VALUABLES" on your claim tickets if you feel this kind of theft doesn't happen within your company. COME ON. He did offer me something to compensate the loss, like a quick detail, Ok cool, thanks... but who's to say something else won't be stolen? I doubt I'll be back and will be canceling my monthly membership with them. To have a company who thinks none of their employees steal is just idiotic. I make good money and can recoup the money stolen and I'm 'church going' too, that's not the point. The point is he didn't thoroughly investigate the issue. I wasn't looking for a handout or anything free. I just wanted my money found. We know a lot of people around that area, A LOT and will make sure they are aware of this issue. I love the express lane here. You're in and out less $6 and your car is a shiny, pretty thing again! It's easy to get in and out, they give you a nice sized wet rag to wipe down your dash and the people are super nice. They stand and take your card and swipe it, they tell you when to pull in, they tell you when to go and when to pull out. It's really a nice set up. I was here on business and took my 2002 Mercedes CLK 430 convertible here for a car wash. I'm very particular about where I take my car to wash as some places can scratch the paint. The place looked clean and new so I stopped in (they've only been open a month). It was only $5 for the express wash and the vacuums were free and unlimited! Car was clean and shiny, no scratches, and at a bargain price. They even included a free disposable rag to wipe off the dash with. Keep in mind I got the $5 express wash, I'm sure the full-service is even better. I was also long overdue for an oil change (over 8000 miles!) so I asked Eric Gonzales the manager for a quote on full synthetic. It usually costs me $100-$180 anywhere else and when he quoted me $78 I was sold on the price alone. He was also very personable and professional so I was comfortable having them work on my car. This ended up being the best oil change I've ever had! Andrew Warren, who wrote up my order and explained all the services, was very friendly and knowledgeable and even showed me the color of the old oil draining and the brittle o-rings that they replaced on the filter. Eric showed me the sludge in the engine and recommended an oil system cleaning service prior to adding new oil. I definitely needed it as I had neglected the oil change for so long. I appreciated that this was presented to me with no pressure whatsoever, and at a fair price. Even so, my total bill came out to only $95. It's a nice feeling to know my car is safe for the long drive home. I'm extremely happy with the service, quality, and prices I received and only wish that this place was in San Diego because they'd definitely be where I'd take it to every time. We went to the new Gilbert location this past weekend. I took both my cars there and had more than $100 worth of service done. During the car wash they gave us a free "air freshener". We didn't want it and we threw it up on our dash along with a wet towel. The next day when we went to throw away the air freshener it had eaten a hole in our dash. Went in for an oil change and "free" car wash, and was not impressed. The gentleman that helped me with my oil change was quiet, difficult to hear in the noisy car bay, and he was constantly trying to up sell me on EVERYTHING. Not to mention, when I asked how much an oil change is, he said "$35 for oil change and car wash". I said okay, then he asked what type of oil I wanted. Now, granted, I'm not a mechanic and I know my car has high mileage but I didn't know if he was asking for a brand, regular or synthetic....I had to pry options out of him. Very quiet options, mind you. I asked for high mileage and without notifying me, it actually wasn't $35...it's $55. I'm not an unreasonable person. I know it probably costs more...but at least tell me the new price. Then again, maybe he did and I just couldn't hear him. Employee- "what kind of car wash do you want?" Me- "....well, what kind do you have?" Employee- "there's a poster on the outside of the car bay over there" Employee- "what kind of air freshener do you want?" Me- (again) "... Well, what kind do you have? " Annoying. Give your customers options before they have to coax them out of you. To top it off, there's a charge for my bottom-of-the-line-car-wash weighing in at $3.
