Treated myself for mothers day on 5/13, excellent job on the cleaning. Fast forward to Sunday, unexpected rain. Called for a "rain check" and was told that the type of wash only warranted a 24 hour ( I paid $36 for the wash). To me that is just poor customer service. So disappointed this changed from a hand wash to a machine wash. Damaged my truck the first time. They stuffed my radio antenna into the front door and closed the door. This scratched the door paint to metal and also damaged my door seal. I gave them ample opportunity to take care of it with multiple emails, contact us on the web, and phone calls. They won't respond at all. They also missed a large piece of gum on the side of my truck. While I was inside to try to talk to a manager another customer came in. He was driving off and noticed in his rear view mirror his passenger side of his vehicle had dents. It turns out the mechanical brush had fallen off and left 6-8 foot dent in his new F450. They didn't say a word to him and handed his keys like nothing happened. They knew because they had already put the brush back on in the tunnel. Extreme unprofessional !!!!!!! Just in it for the $$$ and could care less about customer service. I rarely leave bad reviews. I also gave them time to make it right so I didn't have to leave bad reviews. I have photos to prove. New-ish to the area and desperately needed a car wash. We opted for full service because we obviously didn't want to do it ourselves. Ended up having to take the car over to the vacuums/towels and wiping down both the inside and the outside ourselves anyways. If we go here again, we will just do the express wash and use their free vacuums and towels. read more

I've been a monthly membership with them for years, and every time I took my vehicle in, it kinda gets worse. The employees are always so kind in the beginning and in the end when you hand them your claim check, but when I inspect my vehicle and look for someone to report it to, no one is in sight. The only excuse I can give myself for the missed spots is, it's busy. Because it was; hence the 4 stars. They do the best they could, and they're friendly. This is by far the worst missed spots I've had, but since I'm a monthly subscriber taking my car in nearly everyday, the 4 stars is for always being kind to me and believing they will make a come back in their hard work and skill. Went through express wash still had some spots on it spoke to manager name Joe. He was awesome was gonna do a full service wash but didn't have time to have a full service wash so I can come back on Sunday to get that. But today he offered to do an Express Wash again or to clean the bugs and stuff off my car himself and my window as well. So I chose to go through the Express Wash again because I know that it was their system since the triple foam thing did not come on my car came out amazing so please see the picture thank you Joe for all your help and also to the girl who went to grab you because she noticed that something was up! I had also and went last week on Friday I believe it was and Shawn had help me again because I didn't make it in for a full service that was promised next time I came in, but since my step dad has passed away 3/14/16} I could not get in between work and family! Shawn Thomas had noticed something was wrong and I told him what happened, he and Dustin in a blue shirt made sure my car got cleaned and was completely nice. Shawn run over to me after and asked me to wait a min where he ended up giving me a card for sympathy which other people know about him doing it, that was really sweet it made my day as well as cry sweet tears! I have never written a review in my life until today.  I had the worst experience getting my truck washed here.  My truck was washed and cleaned well but when I got home, I opened the door and my latch to open from the inside was broken!  I hustle back over, ask to speak with the manager Sam Gonzales and explain that one of his employees broke my door latch.  He walks out to look at the truck damage.  Says he's going to look at the video security tapes. Sam Gonzales comes out a few minutes later and says that the latch was already broken and they are not going to cover it. Sam begins to explain to me that the security cameras show his employee reached around the outside to open the door.  I asked him to show me the footage of that. We walk to his office, and pull up the video.  I ask him to start it from when I pull up in my truck.  So he did, it clearly showed me using the inside latch with no issue! Then, Sam takes my key from the employee and gets in my truck to pull it up to vacuum it.  The video clearly shows Sam using my inside door latch to open the door with no issues or concern.  It proves that my inside latch was never broken and fully functional when I dropped it off.  Sam Gonzales looks at me and says we are still not going to cover it.  That there are placards around the building show what we do not cover.  I ask him to show me, we walk outside and I see the placard.  He then points out the 1st one stating they do not cover any pre-existing damages.  I told him that's exactly my point and the security video proved it showing Sam and myself using the inside latch to get out of the truck without any hesitation of the latch being loose, cracked, or broken.  It is very unfortunate Sam Gonzales did not take accountability for his/employees actions when it clearly showed on the video it was working just fine when I dropped the truck off.  All I expected was the right thing to be done and fixing the damage.  I will never come here again nor recommend anyone else go either. I really wanted this cobblestone to be as good as others I've visited in the valley, sadly attention to detail is lacking. I've made two trips here in two different vehicles. The first time the interior was not cleaned entirely and the shine was applied sporadically leaving a cheetah like appearance. I fixed the issue at home as I didn't have an extra 30 minutes for them to correct it. Today I took my other vehicle to be washed and cleaned inside, same result except the window is streaked with who knows what, the wheels were wiped down but not cleaned, the car exterior was wiped down but not everywhere, the door seals were not wiped down completely. I will be going back to have them redo their work and will update after that. read more

Every time we come here we get a great full service car wash. More recently my wife lost something valuable from her purse. When we picked up our car after it's wash, there it was sitting on the center of the passenger seat. Obviously they found it somewhere in the car and put it where we could find it. Well They damaged my car, refused to refund, then yelled at us to leave cause we were causing a scene by complaining! Came here as a treat to my husband. He works hard so I wanted him to get to sit back and enjoy having someone else wash his car. (Wash was $20 for the supreme full service wash) Well we we went to get in the truck after the 30 minute process, the attendant said everything went smooth, but a part came off........ ??? What? The manager Gustavo came over, and said it's the used car dealerships fault (Nationwide Nissan) cause the double sided tape they used was placed on top of old tape. But he tells us if we go buy the tape, which should be $4, he'll repair it. We go to autozone and buy the tape he told us to, it was $18 (the car wash was $20 by the way) and we head back. As he is repairing it, I notice more damage that's new. The bolt that attached the cord to the tailgate to the truck bed had come loose, detaching from the tailgate, and instead of fixing, it the attendants had slammed it shut, with the bolt hanging out of the truck, so it chipped the tail light! Also the cowing that sits between the windshield and the hood had been ripped off on the passenger side. And the passenger side back mudflap was pushed away from the truck bottom. When we asked for a refund since not only was the car damaged from the car wash, and we had to pay money to have it fixed, the car was still filthy, the manager Joey started raising his voice and told us just to leave. We said we weren't leaving with a damaged car. So they hurried and reattached the siding and then we left. So rude, so unprofessional and I will never return here! In response to Jason... Thanks for the sarcastic apology. Greatly appreciated. And actually you CAN pay to have yelp reviews hidden Jason. We did ask for a refund actually. The girls at the counter said to talk to Gustavo. And when we did, Gustavo became upset and the other manager started yelling. We tried explaining what a huge inconvenience the experience was. (It took over an hour before we were done there) And we were not "asked to leave", we were told that we could leave if we didn't want to spend another half hour there having the truck's siding retaped. I was not "unprofessional" until your manager started accusing us of lying about the damages. We are very honest people, and would never do something like that. There's a serious issue with your auto carwash as it scratched my brand 2017 new Honda civics paint. My husband and I both thought it was a fluke and still came back cause we loved the experience of getting to watch my car go through, and the quick service. We were even gonna sign us both up for the monthly membership. Obviously we should have just stayed away. So here's a sarcastic apology for you too, cause those are so appreciated, I'm so sorry that I was an "unprofessional" customer. So sorry I got upset and distraught when our truck was damaged and not even clean after a $20 car wash. So here's me asking again, can we please have a refund? If not for the siding coming off and other damages, maybe a refund since the truck wasn't even clean, still had a dirt film, and had greasy tire spray splattered all over it? If there is a negative start i would rate for this place. Last Saturday morning i stop by this car wash location to wash my truck. I have a membership with Cobblestone so the wash i've selected is the $16~, i drove my truck to the wash just like i done many many times before...excepted at the end of the line after air dried i noticed my Rear Right Tire of my truck is loosing air so fast that i can feel my truck run on the wheel. I went back to the air dryer area and noticed the wheel brush shiner mechanical arm was previously damage but did not get repair only cover with a rubber mat. There are couple sharp edges left unrepair around the mechanical arm and when my tires rub again it slash my tires. I talked to the manager but he told "you drove it it not our responsibility" he said sorry but nothing i he can do. I was so upset about the way they handle the issue and hope customer service can help me but no luck there either, i call few times but no one response always leave a message. I know i am not a good writer but want to share my experience with everyone to be careful when wash your car at this location. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! They broke an antenna, knocked off an off-road light bar and in an attempt to give them one more chance, I got there on a slow day no other customers. My vehicle sat at the vacuums for more then 20 minutes after it was vacuumed. I asked to speak to a manager and some guy came out, I had to ask him if he was the manager he said yes, he never gave me his name. I told him my vehicle had been sitting for over 20 minutes and asked why when there were no other customers there. He quickly dismissed me and as he walked away said I'll take care of it. It still took another 10 minutes to get it through the car wash. I called the corporate office 4 times to complain leaving a message each time with no call backs. On my 5th call I spoke with someone who took my info and said someone would call me back, no one has ever called me back. DO NOT GO HERE!! I've been using cobblestone for many years and purchased the monthly pass. I've been locked in for $30 month for next to the top wash for over 5 years. I feel I have the best deal going and I've read some of the negative reviews and my thoughts to those reviews are complete and total ignorance. Cobblestone is one of the best washes out there for the price. You get what you pay for and I've never had a bad experience in over 7 years. On top of it all each wash earns points that can be used for oil changes and additional optional interior and exterior services. Highly recommend ! read more

Quality is not automatic here. In my experience there is always an issue or two that need to be addressed when they call you to get your car. This go 'round I let the impressively tenacious sales person talk me into the Ultimate Plus+ wash for $35. I should have known better, but the guy was good. He did work me a bit on an up-sell to Diamond Touch for $45. Was good, but I balked. He was an impressive salesman though. Nice guy. Was tooling around on one crutch because he broke his toe in 3 places on the job. I think his name was Ryne. Heal up young buck. In my experience, everyone at Cobblestone is nice and has a service attitude. There is just a systemic follow-through issue. Date of Sale: 12/2/2017 Sale ID: 93514211846 So, as I said it's always something. This time the tires were, again, dull. This one gets me frequently. They really dilute the tire dressing solution. Sometimes you can't tell before you drive away, that your tires have been dressed with a 10% solution of Tire Magic & 90% water. Another tire-dressing quality issue is the worker tends to apply the solution to the tire brush once, then uses the brush on all four tires, leading to a decreased amount of dressing per tire as they make their way around the vehicle. Once the water on the tires dries, your tires look dusty, or at the very least, non-uniform in the dressing/shine from tire to tire. The tire they start with will look best. Then appearance plummets from there. And most times you just can't tell before you drive away. Frustrating, consistently frustrating. On top of that issue, my dash had the same dust on it that I drove up with. SMH. $35. I had them take care of the tires, because I could tell there was a problem before I walked over. As for the dash... I noticed that deficiency when I got in the car but did not trust my level of patience to nicely communicate the issue. In truth, it was the untouched dash that compelled me to write this review. And I def feel lousy for writing it. Kind of takes the wind out of my sails. To be honest I blame myself at this point. There have been enough incidents that I know these issues will be consistent. I have just resolved to stick with the $24 (Works), $19 (Supreme), or $15 (Basic) wash. I just can't feel good about paying more when I so rarely get the commensurate service level. I have a bottle of Tire Magic in my garage (wonder why I bought that?). I'll Black my own tires and dust my own dash. BTW, the tire dressing comes with every service above Basic. Dust dash & console comes with EVERY level of service. In my opinion, the burden of QA should fall on every employee, not just the Super at the Finish Line. Everyone should know what Quality looks like. I know you are trying to keep your costs down... for everyone, but it's a bit abusive to so consitently and stingily apply tire dressing. read more

After a trip to Flagstaff with my son we were driving home and my wife asked me to bring her a firehouse sub so I figured I would stop at cobblestone to get the car washed. Then she said she wanted canes instead so we got off on the next exit and went to the competitor car wash instead and that was a mistake. It wouldn't even take my credit card and then no one came to help. So after we got canes we went to cobblestone and sure enough there was great staff and the car is clean. I figured I'd give Cobblestone another try and today you guys met my expectations! I was greeted by Tech Joe who kept a smile on his face while answering all my questions I had. I had my oil changed and a car wash in all of an hour. I know I am pretty picky about how my car is washed and not being towel dried and the manager made sure it was done just the way I asked he too kept a smile on his face. I am glad I gave them another try. Things to note, they have some of the best popcorn and they allow you to watch your car being serviced and washed. I am from Flagstaff, and I always use this wash when I'm in town. I took my Dodge Ram there around 10 a.m. this morning, and it was packed. I figured I would be waiting, but I was okay with that, as long as my truck came out clean. When I pulled up I asked for the works. I also asked him to remove the Country Thunder parking pass from my window, it has been there since April. He said no problem, but they never removed it. I waited around an hour, and it was ready. I got in the truck, and there was still dog hair. I paid for a cover that fits the backseat, so there isn't dog hair everywhere. It was minimal hair to begin with because I vacuumed it at a gas station before I came. The Weathertech floor mats still have dirt all over them. My cup holders weren't even cleaned or the top of my center consul. You couldn't even tell if they had wiped down ANYTHING in the interior. The exterior looks great, but the interior needed some TLC. I wasted an hour, and I didn't have time to run it back through. NEVER going there again. ***Update: I included pictures from the truck that disprove his response. Do not go here! Purchased a detail package and was told a couple of scratches on my car would be repaired. Not only did they not fix the scratches they did not clean interior at all, which I was told was included. Manager Joe gave me the run around and then never called me back. I had to call him three times! He even told me the couple of scratches that were maybe 2 inches long would cost " thousands of dollars" to fix and offered me a free car wash. I had my oil changed at a different location a couple of weeks ago. I was experiencing difficulty turning the steering wheel so I stopped in the location at 2297 Val Vista and they were super helpful, welcoming and friendly! They checked all my fluids, filled the power steering fluid and could not have been nicer. They didn't even look up my car in their system to verify I was a customer. No charge & excellent service gave me assurance my car was safe to drive. I highly recommend them! read more

Its hit or miss .. I have two vehicles. But ,..Only one under the monthly plan since they don't have a family or multi-vehicle discount. Seems like it would be a good thing for them to consider since I hold back on my second vehicle and either use discount or finish it myself using express wash. That being said they didn't vacuum on this past wash Sunday ( how does one miss that ? :) They took care of it of course . So they get a 3 star :) Please consider a muti-vehicle discount ... Seems far cheaper than all your endless coupon marketing efforts. Never had been to a Cobblestone Auto Spa prior and I had dropped off my car and went and had breakfast. After picking up my car I noticed the rims not done well at all, tires half done with wet shine, the interior wasn't complete with the detail. After have driving off I realized that I was not given my spare key back that I had gave them to use for my car. Went back to speak with the General Manager and had explained my issues and concerns. He (Joe), the GM, did a complete walk around of my car noting the issues as well as inspection of the interior. He agreed my concerns were valid and that if I gave him ten minutes he would make it right! That's exactly what Joe did, my car was looking so nice after the extra attention and I as well had my spare key returned. I could had given this a 3 star but Joe, the General Manager, made the situation right, was friendly and one for the customer/people. Will do business with because of Joe!! read more

My family has been coming here for 8+ years, including the time this location wasn't cobblestone. 3 years ago, we bought a prepaid detail for when it was time to sell one of our vehicles. Last week, I took in our SUV along with the prepaid detail. Unfortunately due to their systems "changing", we still had to pay $108 in addition to our prepaid detail. After being frustrated and talking with Logan (the manager on duty who was professional and understanding), he was able to fix this problem and get our detail without us paying an extra cent- As he should have since this was a prepaid detail.. So my advice, never buy a prepaid detail with them because they said their computers and prices change so it's hard to honor previously paid for products. On the other hand, they do excellent work. read more

I went through the menu and selected the package that was what I needed. The works $23.99 and included "wheels cleaner" and "interior vacuumed." Surface glass was most important to me. Then My Boyfriend took the vehicle in and brought it back to me as I was working. When I called Cobblestone to say I had noticed that the driver side of my car had not been vacuumed and that the wheels were not clean I was told by the wash manager at 3pm yesterday that he needed to "educate me about car washes". So - just thought I should pass along that education. Wheel cleaner does not mean the wheels will be cleaned. It means they will wipe over them and whatever comes off comes off if you want more than that you need to tell them so they can charge you for detailing. Interior vacuumed does not mean under the seats. Although, my passenger side was completely vacuumed, the seat was moved as it was pushed all the way to the dash. This side was done the way I would expect. Apparently the driver side was done to his expectations with dirt left under and around the seat. I spent too much time listening to why $24 is not a lot to spend on a carwash and why I should not have expected what I did. So, in the end I spent 2 hours pay to get the windows done ( they turned out fine). Maybe worth it since I am the streak queen, but next time I will spend an hour trying myself. : I see below that their reply is that they have no record of this happening. Well of course not. No one asked me my name or info because the manager called the wash manager was clearly not interested in anything I had to say. So the reply below is just as helpful as the reply I received on the phone so hey, at least they are consistent. One less star for your shady remark. read more
