Welcome to wintertime in Gilbert, our first full service car at this location Friendly greeters but later found not helpful. Cashiers excellent, friendly, happy set a mood inside. Our name is called, a great touch at the finish line, car is ready, or not The first vacuum was sloppy, front mats appeared to not have been not removed and not vacuum under? They did not wipe out trunk lid, or gas cap area. When challenged, Josh's accepted responsibility for coworkers poor work, apologized, gave coupons for future discounts (they expire New Year's Eve) He drive it off from the finish line and re vacuum interior, the extra effort make it better. We went back to the starter and he did not care. He had not ask what seant we wanted, just put down black ice? He knew it was our first time. He make no effort to correct our problems. What started off as a great experience ended with a fissile. By the time they re-did the vacuuming, you are better off at the $3 express wash and do the interior yourself. read more

I pretty much want to switch where I go for car washes because you have someone standing there in the express lane to help hit a button. It's beyond annoying. It makes it harder to pull in to an already tight space and no one needs help to pick what kind of wash or to push a button. If they did they would go inside. I end up being rude to them because they're in the way and again, it's pointless and beyond annoying. Stop having them standing there making it more difficult. read more

I purchased a prepaid carpet and interior detail on 12/30/2022 along with a car wash that day. Since then, my father died and worok has been extremely busy. This is a company vehicle, and the services are paid for with a company card. I don't have time to leave my car at the location for the 3 hour service, and my company uses a competitor for the membership services on our fleet. With that being said, today I asked them if they would let me use my prepaid gift card for a car slwash, and was told no by the pushy salesman, and then he said he would get his manager. Gustavo is the name of the person that was supposed to be a manger, and all he did was reiterate that they will not allow that gift card to be used for the wash. Gustavo was unprofessional, put his hands on my face, and clearly was willing to be as trashy as I was willing to take it. I was at the car wash on Val Vista & Williams Field Rd. Upon leaving about 2miles down the road I noticed that my truck antenna was missing. I did the full service & I've had other experiences before with the same issue. I called they said they would look & ask the crew (there was only like 3 pple drying/cleaning) & also said he would review cameras to see if they actually placed it back on & would call back. I didn't hear from anyone...I looked in all the possible places it could have fallen & nothing, again it's happened on multiple occasion before, didn't find it. Also I cancelled my monthly due to not using it as often to make it worth it, but most inportantly due to the lack of attention my truck gets, dash is dusty, cup holders dont get wiped, sh**ty vacumming job etc. This time around after about 3 months of not using them, not only did the lack of service fall into the same ole same ole, now my antenna gets misplaced & no call back is just an indication of the quality of people that cobblestone hires! I will say the upselling that the guys at the line try on you is superb, annoying & persistent that I don't want to return! read more

I have taken my car here several times before and was so happy to have found a full service place so close to my home... however was not happy with the job done today..I had to redo the windshield and rear window (inside and out) and finish dusting the interior....altho I just get the basic $22 wash I always tip $5 and today I don't feel that I got my money's worth. read more

My car came out nice and clean but the vacuuming was sub-par. I paid $35. BTW, I wasn't expecting them to vacuum up dog hair like they said. The driver's floor didn't even look like they tried to vacuum it. The guy in the floppy hat kept saying he couldn't vacuum up the dog hair. I only complained about the driver's floor; nowhere else. He made it a whole car issue. He seemed put out because I wasn't happy with the driver's side floor area. What? I can't complain if I'm not satisfied? The rest of the car looked fine and I left a $5 tip for those guys. read more

I got a "platinum" wash or whatever they call the best one, so I expected my car to look pretty good. When they said my car was done, I looked at it and immediately noticed tons of specks of dirt still on the car. It looked as if they just sprayed it with a hose and called it good. The tires also had a lot of grime on them, but they were nice enough to smear some lip gloss to make that grime shine. Upon entering my car, there was less dust on the dashboard than before, and most of the leaves were gone. I asked for the cherry air freshener, but it smelled like someone sat in my car and thought about cherries. Like my grandma would say, it's "Better than it was." read more

Let me start by saying... one star is being generous. I signed up for a monthly unlimited membership on July 28 and a week or so later I had my front windshield replaced, therefore I lost my sticker. I went back the following day to cobblestone and they apparently could not find my name or phone number in the system. They told me to go inside to see if I could resolve the issue. The person at the front desk was no help either and spoke to me as if I was lying about ever having a membership. They told me they had no info of me being in the system and they could not look me up by my credit card. They then gave me the number to corporate to reach out and see if they could assist me further . Here's the problem... I have contacted corporate over five times and the issue has been going on for weeks. No one from corporate has ever returned my calls even though I have left multiple voicemails stating the issue. I even reached out via email and it took over a week for a reply. Someone by the name of Ethan sent me an email asking how he can be of assistanceI then again had to explain my entire situation.. his replies have been very few and far between. This has been drug out yet another week. I am lucky if I get an email response every two days or so . My issue has yet to be resolved, I still have no sticker for my windshield and cannot use the monthly membership that I am still being charged for. It has been going on over a month and I am still continuously being charged and not being able to even use the car wash. It's funny how they don't have my name or number in the system, but they have my credit card on file where where they are happily charging me monthly for a service I am not receiving. I would absolutely not recommend this car wash by any means seeing as they don't take their customers into consideration and no one even has the decency to get back to you in a timely manner. This has been going on for over a month, nothing has been resolved and like I said I am continuously getting charged for a service I am not receiving. I signed up for a monthly express pass thinking it would save money and instead I've only purchased 2 extremely expensive car washes. I've only been able to use the service twice in the five months I've been paying for it. One of the major reasons I haven't been able to use the service is they always have a line 5 cars deep which means I have to wait in the lobby for over an hour with my extremely active boys. Additionally I tried to cancel the service over two weeks ago. I was told I would be contacted. I have not been contacted, I have not been able to contact an actual live human being and my bank account has now been over-drafted $50 that I am not able to afford. I am only able to hope to that my bank will be able to help me so I am not continually charged $35 a month for a car wash service I DO NOT WANT any longer. If you need to run you car through a wash and maybe dry it off on your own. It's fine for that. Nothing special. Do not purchase any upgrades or packages. They don't work on cars in order. If someone comes in with a car cooler than yours or if they pay a premium they will bump your car out of line for someone else. This has happened to on two separate visits. (Detailer no longer in business) I took it here and he gave me a reasonable quote and took extra care fixing my car. They were able co get a lot of it cleaned up! I came in desperate for a quick oil change as I have a family member I need to attend to in the hospital 300 miles away. There has been zero indemnification on this matter! The person that finally contacted me, Shawn Liberge, had last emailed me on 3/7/2020 stating he would be out of town for 1 week... He has since refused to follow through with any activity, whatsoever. This includes him failing to respond to my emails and anyone making the slightest attempt to return my calls, thus disregarding left voicemails. This is beyond frustrating AND completely unacceptable. It has gone on far too long. I expect a solution to be presented to me by your firm within the next business day. Doing nothing up to this point has only encouraged me to take further necessary steps to force the issue here. You clearly do not care about your paying clients, nor carry any values, as proved multiple times in this situation alone, in regards to their personal property investments - which ironically are the only reason you are in business to begin with!!! I can only assume this must be a taught culture within the company's executive training and their approach, to absolve ever having any accountability, and to disregard any and all customer service issues referring to employee theft. This also must include the mishandling of the expensive vehicles that people trust you to clean... NOT depreciate the value of. I will look forward to taking further action, if there is no contact with an absolute resolution plan by Thursday morning. read more

Had my pick up truck cleaned. It is used to tow only, so covered in dust. Asked to have it washed, vacuumed, windows in and out and tires dressed. It took almost 40 minutes - but when I got the vehicle the wheel wells and door jams had not been wiped down at all. The back bumper was still covered in dust, as were the running boards. I came home and literally poured a 5 gallon bucket of water on them and they are clean- the tire dressing they did 3 tires well and one tire they only did about 3/4 of the tire. Sloppy sloppy job and when I asked for help, I got pointed to one person who points you to another. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. This was my first time visiting any Cobblestone Auto Spa. A fellow yelper recommended it, so I gave it a try. I usually prefer a hand wash. The greeter was very friendly and described how things worked. I selected the $13 wash which is basically a drive through wash and you vacuum and do the wipe down yourself. My car came out mostly clean as it was very dirty from driving from CA. I would go back again. It was fast and friendly. read more

After years of coming here because it was convenient and close to home, today was the last day. None of our vehicles ever come out really clean it basically just gets the dust off. Something is always broken and not fully working but today they were putting cars through so close together I told my husband the guy in front of us better be paying attention our were going to get pushed right into him. Turns out the guy in front of us was an empty truck and the employee that was supposed to get in to pull it out wasn't paying attention and we ran right into the back of the truck. The guy pulled the truck around and tried to discreetly walk back to look at the front of my car to see if it was damaged. We got out only to find the front t plastic at the bottom was cracked and there was a big chip across the front. After my husband argued with the guy and he pretended to not know anything happened and refused to do anything he was so mad we just left. I paid $89 for the wash and dash and door console which I was told they'd make sure the wheels were clean, floor mats vacuumed, dash and door pockets would be cleaned, and door jambs. All the above I had to complain about once it was done, then one employee told me they don't do that and that and was rude about it when I explained the guy when I drove in specifically told me they would. For $89 this is the worst car wash I've ever had and used to get the platinum package bi-monthly from you guys. Terrible job, no door jambs we're wiped down, floor mats are filthy, didn't even get the dirt off the rear spoiler, rear glass, or rear license plate areas and the front bumper was covered in bug splatter. The greasy dash and console goo they wiped all over is streaky and they missed about half the dash and consoles I paid for extra. Glass is still dirty on all edges. Ive had better car washes with the basic package in the past. Since they had to redo the vacuum and still missed all the areas I pointed out, not to mention the wheels weren't cleaned at all just tire dressing applied... I didn't have time to wait around for it to be redone.. for the third time. I feel bad because you can tell the sales guy felt bad because we went to speak to the employees to fix it but the work they perform is just poorly done and the other washers who returned the car are extremely argumentative and unprofessional. read more

I love this Cobblestone. I have an unlimited car wash plan, and have had it for about 2 years now and they always do an awesome job. I've also had them do my oil change. What I love about this one specifically is that the initial car was attendants are not nearly as pushy as the ones in the other Cobblestones I've been to. They definitely offer upgrades and let me know when they are running detail specials but if I say "not today" they just let me know they are there if need it and drop it. At other Cobblestone locations I feel like I get berated with offers until I feel like I need to be rude to get them to back off. For that reason this is the only location that will do upgrades. read more

I just had my car washed and cleaned. Unfortunately, I chose the wax that protects the paint on the car. As I left the restaurant right after the car wash, I noticed the EVERY SINGLE black panel was RUINED!!!!!! I asked them specifically to skip the black panels. My car has less than 30,000 miles on it, so it's still pretty new. There were streak marks, the shiny coating was gone! I have no idea what they used on the inside it the clear panel over the speedometer area is ruined. Drip marks, stream marks. I can't wash it off!!! I'm so upset, I cried all the way home. Generally a pretty good place with thorough service and a nice setup: you can drive your car right in and tell them what you need then go inside their shop to sit and watch the washing or the TV, or have a snack/drink. I have had my horribly messy sister's car cleaned a couple times, the first time it was smeared in feces and nicotine and the second it was just lightly dirty. The job in both cases was about 90% done, there are a few things that are left to do yourself but they get most of it, if they get the majority of it done which is what I need, and not too expensive. read more

We went to the car was again, after a few bad experiences because we got some Groupons for Supreme washes. They had to have gotten better right? Wrong. It looks like nobody tried touching the interior. The exterior was full of dirt and grime along with fingerprints galore. The fingerprints though, mean someone at least tried to touch it. Other areas where there was a lot of dirt had no fingerprints. They didn't care about touching the car in these areas. This place doesn't seem to care about doing a good job cleaning our car. RIP OFF if you are paying for anything other than a basic wash, you need to change what you're doing. They enter your wash at the tunnel and they do not enter it for the ultimate or any of the upper level washes regularly. If you don't watch, they are making money and not providing the service you're paying for, eight out of 10 times. I tried this to have a reasonable number to see if it was consistently happening and I talk to the managers every time and they blame it on the poor young man that is entering the wash at the tunnel then they offer you a sport wax where they're going to give you the special spray as a wax for the whole car and it's supposedly better than all of the features on the above basic wash package, but they don't do that on the line. I got fed up with it and approached the manager for the last time and they tell you there's nothing they can do. It's a corporate thing, this is not a reputable company to be trusted. Believe me I tried for months to see if this was a pattern or just a one time thing. It's a pattern rip off management doesn't care corporate doesn't care. read more

My hopes for this place were quickly dashed after spending nearly $40.00 for a car wash. I had previously had my car detailed for $50.00 by a private party, but this place turned out to be a joke. I brought in a small car that is garaged and rarely driven, and mostly just needed a light wash and interior dust-off. I barely got that. My only special request was that they give the dash cover a light vacuum because my cat got into the car for a couple of minutes, and there was just a small amount of cat hair on the cover. I was told they would vacuum it, but they didn't touch it. It was like they would promise me anything just to get me to buy that expensive wash. When I got home I realized that they had barely even vacuumned ANY of the interior, and it looked like a car that had been driven regularly for a year and never vacuumed. The outside of the car looked pretty good, although the windows had water spots and I have no idea what a "ceramic glaze" is because the paint looked no different. It looked like it had been washed, nothing more and nothing less. When I got home I called about the carpet looking as though it hadn't been vacuumed, as well as the dash cover. I was told that I had to bring it back THE SAME DAY in order to get the service I had already paid for. For their prices I was hoping that if I explained what happened, gave them my name, I could possibly bring the car back the next day. BUT NOOOOOOOO. By the time I got home and checked out the car it was around 3:00 pm, and I could not get back there that day. So, I paid about $40.00 for the same service I get for $5.00 when I drive my car through the do-it-yourself Chevron station car wash on Guadalupe and Gilbert roads. Next time I'll donate $35.00 to St. Vincent de Paul, go to the Chevron station for a car wash and vacuum my car myself for $5.00. One plus to this place. Since this car is rarely driven I knew the tires were low on air. I was not given correct information about getting assistance with this problem when I was talked into the $40.00 car wash, but when the "cleaning" was finished I finally found one really nice young man who took his time, put air in all the tires, and explained to me why they were so low. I tried to give him a tip, but he graciously declined. Hopefully, he finds employment somewhere that will appreciate him.
