This is a true and genuine review by a general Joe. Went in to see if I can reconfigure my unlimited plan billing arrangement. Lily was very helpful but she needed to escalate to manager Logan. Logan came over and spent quite a bit of time reconfiguring the plan and setting up the new billing plan. There was an error on my part that I won't get into which caused quite a bit of confusion, but Logan stuck with it and did everything he could to help resolve things. He was incredibly helpful. that is one particular experience but generally the car wash has proven to be very effective. I use it often in the unlimited plan and find it to clean my truck very nicely. I love the ability to quickly drivedrive through and vacuum it all in about 20 minutes. Because of my great experience over the last three years, I upgraded to the unlimited full service car wash, which includes the express drive-through as well. Something I didn't know about. My whole experience was strange. I was told to drive my car up the oil change ramp and had to step off the ramp to get out of my car. Not the safest practice especially for the elderly. I wouldn't want my mom to have to do that. Then it took over 15 mins for the lube employee to get my info into the computer while I was standing out in the cold. The company sent me an email asking for my feedback. When I provided this feedback the lube manager, Marcus, called me. He dismissed my concerns and told me they "weren't a big issue". He said due to covid they do not drive the car a up the ramps. They have customers do this then they disinfect. He didn't even take into consideration my suggestion of disinfecting the cars and using spray prior to pulling the car up the ramps in order to avoid customer injury. He was an inexperienced manager who didn't listen to customer feedback or inform the customer he would consider their suggestion. Not sure why he called me if he didn't want to listen to my concerns or empathize with me. He also told me "yeah sometimes it takes a while for us to get the right info into the computer so you'll be waiting outside for a while sometimes". I will say the seat shampooing was phenomenal and the detailing side was great. Unfortunately, I won't be going back due to the oil lube side. read more

Took my vehicle in for a platinum wash and detail. I could not be more disappointed in how the vehicle was cleaned. There were only 2 other vehicles getting cleaned, but the rushed and did the worst job of cleaning anyone could image. They never opened the back tailgate which need vacuuming and windows cleaned along with cleaning all the dirt along the rails. The vehicle had tons of water spots that were not wiped and no fragrance was put into the car as they said would happen. For the money paid the service sucked. I would recommend not going here. When I contacted the location, the person on the phone did not seem to care the job was not completed properly. If you have your vehicle washes here, I recommend to look over every inch of the vehicle before leaving no matter how busy they are. read more

I have come across this place of business when needing an interior shampoo/clean detailing done. I cleaned and vacuumed my car before dropping it off here, so it was pretty clean to begin with. I needed to have more detailed clean in the hard to reach areas and shampooed seats. Bret promised the very best service/clean. Paid over $100 for a VERY poor job done. The interior was lightly vacuumed and nothing else's was cleaned! Don't know what chemicals they used for the exterior clean, but the paint was chipped on the hood of the car when I got home. Very disappointed!! Came home and had to clean it myself yet again. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless just to lightly vacuum the vehicle for you, which you can do with basic car wash and free vacuum offered right outside. I just had my truck washed there as a full service wash. I watched several trucks that were behind me in the check in line for full service put thru the wash tunnel before my truck. Mine just sat there. I watched them pull around my truck. I asked the attendant was there a problem with my truck. His response was the air dry time on the other side. I just walked away. I just took my car to Cobbleston . I received EXCELLENT service there. A young man by the name of Brent helped me. He was very friendly, professional, helpful and kind. I used to have to monthly package for the premium detail. I live in Casa Grande, Arizona and do not go to Gilbert as often as I used to, so I now go to Clean Freak. There is NO comparison of the two other than the car gets wet. Casa Grande is growing by leaps and bounds. It would be wonderful if you would put a Cobblestone in Casa Grande. I have been going to this Cobblestone since 2017 on ValVista Rd. All experiences have been pleasant until this year when I got a new car and brought it in to be washed. I had purchased a multiple Ultimate full service car washes and still have $100 left to use but unfortunately I will not be using them. On February 3rd 2022, I brought my car in for a quick wash and my spoiler was damaged by their automade car wash as well as a scratch on window. Mind you this was a new car that we only had for 13 days at this point. Zero damage before entering the car wash. I showed them the damage and the manager tried to say he wasn't sure it was their machine that did it. Made a pointless report and said they would get back to me in one week. They said they have a $300 "limit" for small damages and mine was $350 worth of damages. Not including the cost to replace it. My husband came in two days later to make sure they were looking into it and was told he'd get a call back. Didn't receive a call until I called one week later and left a message. The manager asked for me to send photos of the damage a week later and I sent those off and I received a phone message a few days later saying it wasn't their fault and they will not fix the damages and took zero responsibility. This is beyond disappointing. For them to say their machine did not do this is a complete lie. They have rotating plastic strings that embrace your vehicle which left gashes in my spoiler and knocked loose our spoiler as well. Which is very loose now since we waited patiently for them to get back to us. I am not one to leave any negative reviews but I'm at a loss. Would've hoped that they would make it right and fix the damages. I don't recommend going here anymore. I used to be a big fan but no longer am due to the lack of customer service. read more

First and foremost, the customer service was good. I'm not the type to come to yelp and leave reviews but the smallest details can turn into big things. I came here to get my oil change done. The service was a steady flow due to how busy it was, they finished in a reasonable time & I will say that. But Two days later, the first time driving my car after leaving the shop. My undercover of my car was hanging and dragging. I didn't notice the sound until I was driving to work in the morning. Now, Arizona hwys typically always have debris. Anything could've happened & messed something up, under my car. I had to search 3 different locations just to find that one screw that resembled the one screw hanging on for dear life. I get it was busy and was fast pace, but always make sure you are putting the screws back and tightening them. I was missing 4 screws in total. read more

As with other car washes, they may try and up-sale you with leather cleaner, mat washes, or glass chip repair. Just stand your ground and they'll respect your wishes. The manager should absolutely not be a manager. He has no problem solving abilities. Someone started a new account for me when I didn't want that. I just wanted to understand why my barcode was not scanning. It gave an error and when I presented a new card, the attendant walked away and came back saying I have a new account. I was charged an additional amount and started an ADDITIONAL account when I already had an active one. When I asked her what I do about the other account, she directed me to go into the store to speak with the cashier. When I walked in, I told the cashier what happened and that I now have a new account. He started becoming visibly upset and verbally said "I don't know why she would do that, ughhh, so stupid". He could not look up my account. He didn't know what day my account opened. He knew nothing. I asked if I could get a refund since I've already made my monthly payment with my existing account and he said he couldn't do that. I asked if I could speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I went home and I reached out to customer service by phone which is a crappy process of hearing voicemails and no one answering. They only do email. When I emailed my frustration of the experience they asked me what I wanted to do and I said I want a refund and to cancel my account. They couldn't give me a full refund because of policy but I'm just enraged by the experience itself. I've been getting my car washed here for YEARS. I won't go back. Due to coronavirus, on my last visit they wouldn't clean the inside of my car and that's understandable. But they still charged 100% of the normal charge. And told me I could "go over there and do that myself." I haven't washed my own car since I graduated high school over 50 years ago. They already charge more than all the other car washes I've been to in Gilbert, but apparently they can't see the logic in charging less to do half the job. THE OILESS, OIL CHANGE!!! DO NOT GO TO COBBLESTONE!!!! Ok, so my husband took my 2019 nissan pathfinder to cobblestone car wash for an oil chainge. 2 dayslater I had to take back because they forgot to put my shroud back up. they also forgot to put the sticker on my windshield telling me when the next oil change was due. 4 weeks later, my car started to knocking really bad. So we parked it. I was devastated because I love this car.I called a mobile mechanic to come and help me out. He checked my dip stick and said there was no oil in my car! I was like, we just got an oil change a month ago. He said that obviously they forgot to put oil in my car! WTF????? So we went back to cobblestone to ask WTF? The manager was very professional and helpful. He actually followed us home so he could see what was going on. He checked my car out, had me start it and had me tune it off immediately because of the horrible knocking sound. He then put oil in my engine. 3 quarts, until oil was viable on my dip stick. I mentioned the thing about the shroud and the sticker, and he said he knew who probably could have forgotten that. He said he had to talk to cooperate, and would get back to us that evening. Long story short, the next week, after numerous calls to the cooperate office, and a dozen voice mails, because none ever answers the phone, someone actually called us back. The district manager of the oil and lube department. He came out to our house to inspect our car. He actually jacked up the car, and crawled underneath. He said there is no sign of a leak, everything looked good (to him), He left after saying "Im gonna talk this over with my mechanic." And, (ill get back with you tomarrow, when we figure out what to do.)3 days later I call him. Left a message. Because apparntly hes off on wedsdays, and Thursdays. Quality is horrible. Guys used the rags with windo spray on my paint. Didn't clean interior windows. I had to ask and had to specifically request the quality guy to wipe them down and he only wiped front and back windshield, not side windows. Thats the whole reason I purchased the upgraded service. Sooooooooo let me tell you about today.... we got there at 12pm our claim ticket said 12:09pm. We sat there for a HOUR for our vehicle! I literally sat there watching the guys move from lane to lane cleaning every car but ours. After a hr I had to go up front to get a manager! This kid comes walking up and was giving me the it's a holiday and they are slammed now that might work on a normal person but I have managed high volume competing car washes. I told him look dude I understand you are short handed and it's a holiday but dude a hr!? I asked him in what convo did your dm say it's ok to keep any customer waiting for their car that long!? An the only reason it got done then was because I complained only after he told someone to get on it did it get done, and a shitty job too! He literally had 4 guys drying cars and these guys were taking their sweet time drying each car! It was insane to me on a holiday! Anyways he offered me a gift card for a free wash and I was like dude I didnt want free shit but Thanks for trying to make it ok. I went for a one time car wash. A car wash attendant approached me and told me that I can get unlimited car washes for one month for the price of $20. I confirmed with him if this is a month service and I'm not signing up for a year good. He said yes it's only for a month and nothing longer.
