Friendly greeting rolling in with understanding of my needs and pet peeves of previous car washes at other places. I told the kind young kid that met me when I rolled in that I need the inside of my windshield done. Seriously, it was worse than the outside of the glass. He could tell that I've never been to a Cobblestone before and was thankful for the opportunity to give me his best and make me a regular customer. I was pleased when I rolled out to have an almost perfectly clean and clear inside windshield. He listened. Yay! I received a very warm hello when I came inside. Comfortable leatheriish chairs to sit in and free fresh hot popcorn to munch on while u wait. It's clean and everyone working there was very nice. I thought it was so cute that the girl at the counter was dressed for Halloween. She was patient with me. I didn't know the typical drill at all. Like I've never been to a car wash where u wait inside in comfy chairs and listen for ur name to be called. It took quite a while which most do especially on a Saturday so no biggie. I'm still unclear on the pick up process when ur car is done. When they call u on the speaker it is so difficult to hear what they are saying. It would be nice if they had a digital screen to just show peoples names when their cars are ready. My center console and cup holders weren't wiped down and my sunroof was smeary but other than that, pretty g I will def be back, it beats Jackson's by far! Been back, still cannot hear ANYTHING they say over the speaker. read more

Rating for self car wash basic wash in comparison to nearby self done car washes. Check in: 4 out of 5. One of the better systems but annoying to go through multiple screens to finally get to purchase basic wash. Generally do not have staff there trying to upsell you on unlimited plan. That alone is worth it. Wash: 3 out of 5. quality of the wash itself is fairly similar to competitors. Post wash : 4 out of 5. Vacuums generally always working, don't play music, air nozzles generally always working. Towels generally have some moisture on them and aren't dried out. Overall 4/5 and seem to be the best in the area. read more

What nice gentlemen!!! I like this location because it opens 1 gate and then it have you wait until other cars aren't piled on top of one another before the second gate opens letting you in. Love that!!! Although, I have my preferred location, this one is my second preference. The only thing I'm just now noticing is that, this location also provides " full service" where you are able to get oil changes and also the car detailing experts will vacuum your vehicle and clean the inside for you...(with paid full service) but this service is not included in my membership which I'm just figuring out after almost a year It's ok though, because I prefer to clean my own inside, due to covid and because I like using clean clean towels inside and not smelly moldy ones that some will use over and over on each car ( not saying that they do) Anyway, this is a great location with great service ,as well as, they always have clean vacuum stations, stocked with clean fresh towels, for those of us who do our own. I did notice that their towels aren't as good smelling as other locations with the nice smelling fabric Softener but, at least they don't smell bad ‍‍ I will return when in the area read more

They have zero quality control. They will leave streaks on your windows, they will do a bad job vacuuming your car. They will not care. Oil change: They will forget to top off other fluids or just won't. They will try to upsell you. They will often not reset the maintenance light. This is procedure, one procedure being ignored is concerning. read more

I would like to update my review. The cracked screen was NOT their fault! I would have sworn that it was them. One of the managers took a look at it and let me know it was due to air getting into the screen. He said that it would get worse with the summer heat. He was absolutely right. I stopped going and it got worse on its own. I appreciated that he took the time to come out and take a look at it. Everybody at this location is very nice but they could still use some vacuuming practice! Lol I do just drive it through myself now because there's no point in paying to have them clean it if I just have to drive to the vacuums after and clean it myself. Save your money & time. Go somewhere else. We used to be regulars and recently brought my car back about 1 month or so ago. They did a terrible job on the inside and outside. After we talked to them they told us to request a free upgrade next time. Fast forward to today, I decided to give it a chance. Told the guy about the upgrade he said "what upgrade?" I said, an upgrade on the car wash. He said it would only be for the outside. He wasn't very friendly and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. (Spoiler alert- the outside looks terrible lol) safe to say, even though I told them about our experience last time they couldn't have cared less. My car was still a mess inside and outside. I miss the days you could drive up to a cobblestone and know you'll get a great wash. Will not be returning. read more

So bummed out with the quality and service. Admittedly, it's been a minute since I've taken my car for a full-service wash, but I had no idea what a waste of money it was. Paid $32 for The Works car wash. I expected the car, including trunk, to be vacuumed. Also expected the interior to be wiped down. When they called me to tell me my car was ready, I noticed bird poop on the exterior hadn't been washed off. The back seat was not wiped and the front drivers side hadn't been vacuumed. I told the guy that I wasn't happy and pointed out the issues. I explained that I'm an ex-service worker and therefore a good tipper, but expected more. He schooled me on Cobblestones policy to not vacuum trunks since there could be valuables stored in them (I wish this had been explained up front). He also explained that the inside is only 'dusted' with a dry cloth rather than wipe with a damp towel. He agreed that the rest of the car hadn't been vacuumed well but that wasn't part of his area of responsibility. I wasn't expecting a detail, just a wash. But, for $32 plus a $15 tip, I shouldn't have had to pull into the self-service free vacuum with the blue towels to finish the job. read more

I've been going to this Cobblestone for almost 10 years. I have 2 unlimited accounts. Today was the most inefficiently run I've ever seen it. They had more people on staff than I've ever seen, but the couple of regulars weren't there today, fewer guys run it way more efficiently. They left huge gaps between full service cars and were holding cars in the express lanes far longer than necessary resulting in both express lanes getting back. Get the regulars to train the knuckle heads better. read more

I recently visited this place and paid for the Supreme Wash service. After the service, I took off but I noticed that my car wasn't cleaned enough. I returned to the shop and asked them if I can have the service redone, and after waiting for another 15-20 minutes, I was informed that the rework was complete. Unfortunately, my car still wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I decided to go home rather than ask for a third attempt cause I was disappointed with the outcome. Zero, zero, zero stars.....worst car wash experience I have ever had. I drove from California and my car was full of bugs on the windshield so I drive to this place since it was near by my hotel. The attendant asked what kind of car wash I want and I said the basic one just to clean my windows, then he asked me several times do you want me to choose a car wash for you, and I said NO every time. I go to the cashier and they are charging me $40 for the wash which was some type of detailed car wash. After 5 minutes my car is done, it was half wet, it still had some bug residue on the windows, noticed that after I left. I went back and asked for a full refund and the manager told me they used "special soap" so they can't refund me. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! read more

Cobblestone is a decent place for a car wash. I usually go with the $10 express. It's a relatively fast process, and they have no shortage of vacuums you can use once you're done. The only poor experience I've had with them was when one of the attendants tried to sell me a membership while I was paying for my express wash. He was being annoyingly persistent about the matter, using the recent string of storms as a reason to sign up (I was vindicated that we didn't have any storms after the wash in question). I tell my guy, "I'm just going to do the express wash today." In response, he tells me, "That hurts, bro." Is there some commission for getting customers to sign up? Maybe so. In short, come for a quick wash and plenty of vacuums. But, if a short fellow with a patchy beard approaches your car -- roll your windows up stat!! read more

Absolutely do not bring you car here. My girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change. They tried to upsell her a cabin filter change which she politely declined as I had already changed it less than 5000 miles ago. She gets the car back it's making a weird noise in the cabin filter area. So I open it up see all this lint stuffed in there. I clean it up boom. Noise is gone. If they actually checked it, they would have at least come back and said look all this stuff is in there we gotta change it out. Because it's not like the noise was quiet and any competent tech would have been immediately been able to tell Or they stuffed it with the hope the car comes back in and they can get that easy upsell. Absolutely horrible service, seems like they are legitimately running a scam out of here. Call them to lodge a complaint tell me no they wouldn't do that and that I should have just brought it in for them to fix. At this point why would I bring it in to fix if they already messed it up. Was promised $17.00 a month my first year. It has now jumped up to $25.00 and now it is at $28.00. That is my fault for not catching that earlier or I would have cancelled immediately. A teenager signed me up so I'm sure management does not explain actual terms and conditions. read more

I paid for the ultimate wash. In fairness the exterior was clean. The interior was 3rd rate. There was still trash and dirt throughout the vehicle. I ended up vacuuming and cleaning the windows myself. When I asked the Quality Control Manager if he we ensuring quality his response, "not really." At least he was honest. read more

paid for an interior detailing and first guy gave me a complimentary basic wash so it started off great but I didn't get what I paid for. They finished the wash and vacuumed to prepare for detailing. A car was parked inside finishing up the detailing so my car got parked to the side. It stayed parked for an hour untouched so I took it they were waiting for the other car to get moved. Someone got me to let me know my car was done, I seen it in the same spot it was the last hour. Went to check the work and realized they didn't even detail it. They thought it was done and just had me and the car sitting wasting time. Went to let them know and showed my receipt (ticket) and he told me that he didn't know it was paid to get detailed also. No communication what so ever. Waste of 2 1/2 hours just for a basic wash when all I wanted was an interior detailing. Said I can come back another day since they were closing but I refuse. I went when I had free time for a reason. Got my refund but definitely don't recommend this location. Employee working inside the store was great although. read more

They told me they could do an oil change on my car so I went inside and waited for over an hour and 30 mins, then they came to me saying they didn't have the oil my car needed. They then told me I could wait outside for them to bring my car to me and 15 mins later is still wasn't brought out so I went around to the back and my car was just sitting there. Paid $40 for a platinum car wash, they didnt even clean out the inside. Dust, crumbs, hair still left in the car. We usually vacuum the inside ourselves but we just signed up for the full service membership because we thought they'd do a better job than we could...so wrong. Unbelievably disappointed with this service. Edited: all areas missed are within the full service package. Console and doors are what are pictured; were still completely dirty and not wiped down. Only have two rows which were not vacuumed and the floors which are within reach. I'm extremely irritated by cobblestones response to my review as when we paid for the service on its own, all these areas were cleaned thoroughly. Now that we have a membership, it's somehow missed. I waited over 45 minutes to get my car washed. I am used to it taking about 20 minutes that I have experienced at other locations. I spoke to the manager and he said "there's nothing I can do." This location is clearly short staffed. If you don't just have free time to wait for a car wash, then don't go here!! read more

Car washing: A necessary evil. This place is barely a step up from the gas station auto wash. I don't know where the breakup in communication is, but numerous times I've had issues with the service. As an example, I always request "no fragrance" yet one time they went ahead and sprayed it anyway. As I drove away I noticed it and immediately came back. Three, yes 3, different staff members all concurred that the vehicle had in fact been sprayed with a fragrance so I requested a supervisor. To my surprise, he was adamant that there was no fragrance in the car whatsoever. He wouldn't even acknowledge the smell at all!! Offered no resolution and walked away. After having the vehicles sit in the garage for two months, I wanted to get them cleaned. Being close by, I looked up Cobblestone where the website states: "For the safety of everyone, we are providing masks and gloves for our staff. We are asking employees working on interior cleaning and sanitation to also wear masks." I figured I would give it a go! I took the two vehicles on different days, yet neither time was anybody that was working on/in the vehicles wearing a mask, except for one of the four (4) vacuumers at the start of the process. Very few employees were wearing gloves, but certainly not the "supervisors" on the floor. Not leading by example nor following stated safety protocols as noted on their website. AVOID!! read more

Not pleased with having to wait 15 minutes for anyone to gwt to my truck in the drying area while other cars that came AFTER my truck were getting serviced, up to three employees at one time. The greeter guy was fantastic so he is NOT a part of the problem here. It's the mismanagement of the cars and hard workers....except dot the three that stood by my truck and had an animated conversation. Not returning here. read more

I have an unlimited membership and went in for a wash today. As we are going through the wash, it stalls twice. Ok whatever. The car in front of me is going through the dryers, worker guy pops into the car to take it over to the detailing area... as my car is behind him moving on the conveyer belt. He literally sits there and I had to blare on my horn as I'm about 1 inch away from crushing into him and he's just not moving!!! At the literally last moment he did move thank god but if I hadn't been honking so much at him I think the front end of my car would be wrecked. Never coming here again. Careless... read more

Called to see if there was a manager on the premises so I could come back and show them...was asked "what kind of manager?" Really? I was on hold for 16 min. while driving back there. Got there and was still on hold. The incompetent attendant had no clue there was someone on hold. I showed her my phone to prove it. Thankfully, my money was refunded. If they even did that right. I always been a member at Cobblestone for three years. I've always went to the one on Alma school and German rd in chandler. I came to Val vista location for three times and two of these experiences were horrible and last one is when my car came out of the car wash it had a rim scratch. And the Manager Gustavo and Sam keep trying to convince me it's not from the wash and not showing any proof. They sent a picture for me to look at in my email and said well it came with it. unfortunately the picture they sent, the scratch on wheel was hidden and it wasn't the right spot for it. He just wanted for me to believe it wasn't them. And even cooperate email and phone number, it's impossible to reach them left voice messages, no one called me back. read more

This is a true and genuine review by a general Joe. Went in to see if I can reconfigure my unlimited plan billing arrangement. Lily was very helpful but she needed to escalate to manager Logan. Logan came over and spent quite a bit of time reconfiguring the plan and setting up the new billing plan. There was an error on my part that I won't get into which caused quite a bit of confusion, but Logan stuck with it and did everything he could to help resolve things. He was incredibly helpful. that is one particular experience but generally the car wash has proven to be very effective. I use it often in the unlimited plan and find it to clean my truck very nicely. I love the ability to quickly drivedrive through and vacuum it all in about 20 minutes. Because of my great experience over the last three years, I upgraded to the unlimited full service car wash, which includes the express drive-through as well. Something I didn't know about. Also, be sure to ask about the new family plan. Again, kudos to manager Logan for insanely good Customer Service! Shout out to Lily too. read more
