So I was totally hesitant to try this place just because most good pho places name themselves "PHO##" or something along those lines. Well, 3 years after moving just around the corner from it I decided to drop in for a visit. What the heck! My bowl of pho came out PIPING HOT. Like melt the roof of my mouth, can't eat anything crispy for a week kinda hot. IT WAS MOLTEN. And it was GLORIOUS. I haven't had pho this hot since living back in L.A. and I missed it so so much! Flavor wise, it could definitely use more but for being right around the corner, I can go anytime during the always rainy season? It's fantastic. They don't do the fatty brisket here, and the beef balls or the tiny ones that are a bit too mushy but it's great for Vancouver! Make sure to ask for nuoc beo (soup butter) on the side. It adds a whole nother depth of flavor you never knew you needed! Bun Bo hue leaves much to be desired. Not enough flavor for sure and not the right toppings. Bun Cha Ha Noi isn't authentic here. They just make it like regular bun in a bowl with veggies, noodles, and meat. With sauce on the side. But they don't give enough sauce either so it's not that great. Banh Mi is great here! I've only ever tried the BBQ Pork one because it's so good I don't wanna risk trying one of the others and not liking it LOL! Mayo tastes homemade and super delicious and the veggies are super fresh. I like to get one to dip in my pho. So freaking good! Service is usually pretty good when you get one of the Asian servers. There are 2 new white servers there that have no clue what they're doing. I only like 3 cuts of meat in my pho so I tried showing her how to input my order so that I get all 3 cuts but she kept insisting I was ordering wrong and proceeded to put it in her way. My pho didn't come out how I wanted it and it wasn't even hot so my meal was extra disappointing. I also asked for my side of Nuoc beo (soup butter) and she tried to tell me it's an extra charge.. excuse me miss. I've been ordering Nuoc beo on the side my entire life and have NEVER had anyone tell me they'd charge me for it. So annoying to really enjoy a place and then you get that kind of service and the entire meal just sucks after that. All in all, I'll be back because it's one of the better ones in the area but I might swerve if I see the two white servers who swear they know how to order the food of my people better than I do.

Both food & drinks (Pad Thai & Combination Pho) were so good! Everything came out so fast, they were nice. It's definitely a hidden gem!

A little Viet shop in Vancouver outskirts and located near the ice rink. When walking in, initially it looks like an open boba shop, but come to find it is an actual restaurant. My family 6 tried a bit of everything, but truly came with for the Banh Mi's Apps: 1. Crab Rangoon: not a ton of filling, mostly wonton wrapper. Kinda disappointing 2. Fried Tofu: Absolutely loved the additional fried basil that was included. Super flavorful and on point Drinks: 1. The Unknown: adding popping boba, the overall flavor was nice and fruity 2. Berry Guava Lemonade: unfortunately as pretty as it was; the taste was very artificial 3. Passion: the passion green tea was refreshing for sure, but pretty watered down 4. Honeydew Melon Slushie: the slush was good but eventually turned into water, and the lychee jelly wasn't the best topping Entrees: 1. Combo Pho: loved the fresh herbs and mix of meats. The broth was extremely hearty and homey 2. Steak and Meatball Pho: the broth came out piping hot and never fully cooled down. The meatballs were a bit tough 3. Chashu Banh Mi: the chashu had a great flavor. Loved the meat for a good savory bite 4. Beef Banh-Mi: the beef was sweeter, but still amazing **The Banh-Mi's were definitely the highlight, HOWEVER, they had a ton of mayo- may opt to ask for light mayo*** Overall I would come back for the Banh Mi's. The bread was a winner. Service was mid. Server got a few things wrong, but fixed the bill

It looks closed but on the website it's says it's open

The drinks are wonderful, the pho is great! The only bad thing is the service hours! It's like they open up or close the store whenever they feel like it! Came here at 12:00 pm (linch rush hour and they're closed! It's looks like they are closed down or just closed for the day! But this wasn't the first time! They don't have store hours posted and it doesn't even look like the store is operating. What's GOING ON?

A cute lil Vancouver hole in the wall. This place gives cozy vibes and comforting classics. Along with solid dishes they have surprisingly good boba drinks. My favorite is the Floral Thai Tea. Think creamy thai tea with strong notes of fruit and floral. Cloud 9's offerings are enjoyable and satisfy a craving. The Combination Pho was served hot and tasted traditional and flavorful. The Shrimp Fried Rice tasted more smokey than the first time I had it but was still palatable. Reasonable prices for the serving sizes. The service was prompt and the women working were sweet and attentive. Parking is not an issue as it's in a suburban area and they have a parking lot.

Amaaaazing! I was visiting Portland and was looking for something comforting that also was going to be a bang for my buck. And I can confidently say I found that place. I ordered the seafood pad Thai, pho and a Thai tea. Seafood pad Thai was delicious, noodles were springy and had soaked up all the sauce. Seafood pad Thai consist of squid, scallops and shrimp. The pho was also amazing, the broth had a deep flavor especially for a cafe setting restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. Last but not least, the Thai tea was refreshing and didn't have that overly sweet flavor to it.

Pho was ok but not great. Teas were BOMB. Service good Ambiance: very cute Parking Prices are good The taro tea, black milk tea, green milk tea were delicious. I love the cups

My husband and I stopped by Pho Zone in Vancouver, WA this weekend and I can honestly say it was…read moresome of the best pho I've had in a long time. The broth was absolutely phenomenal! It was rich, flavorful and clearly simmered with care. You can taste the depth and balance in every spoonful. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the portions were generous, and the fresh herbs and toppings really elevated the whole bowl. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Even without snapping a photo (I dove in too fast!), this is one of those meals you remember. If you're in Vancouver and craving authentic, comforting pho, Pho Zone is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

I'm going to be honest, this location under its different names has not done well in my opinion…read more It was previously under a different name (Pho 777) and had similar issues. Today my partner and I went in for lunch. There was a table ahead of of of four people who had not ordered or gotten drinks yet, and a table in the middle of eating, and us. It took 17 minutes before he took our order. To his credit, he was the only person working up front, but he seemed more focused on the kitchen and doing to go orders, which is okay, but still, not great. I've tried three times in the past 4-5 months to go in for a raw beef salad dish they have. EVERY time they tell me there is SOME reason they can't make it "this time" but that they "normally have it." Every time. So today yet again, I was told they "normally have it" but it "takes a while to make" and wouldn't have any today. Okay, bummer (btw, it doesn't take a significant amount of time to make, it's literally raw beef and veggies/herbs in a lime vinaigrette which "cooks" the beef. You can eat beef raw, so it's not like it has to cure for a number of hours like a ceviche, but okay, remove it from your menu if you can't reliably have it. We order our food. My partner orders a dish he has had at this location numerous times before. It is a dish of stir fried veggies and chicken on a bed of crunchy noodles (looks like a birds nest). He orders egg rolls as well. I order salad rolls and the P1 pho. My salad rolls come out first, maybe 10 minutes later. No worries, they were tasty and well made. And we wait. Another 15 minutes and both our entrees come out, and his egg rolls. His dish is on a bed of stir fried soft noodles, and they give me a refrigerated, plastic wrapped dish with a lemon, two slivers of jalapeno, bean sprouts, and Vietnamese coriander (rau răm). No basil. So I ask him for some basil since that is STANDARD with pho. He goes "Oh okay" and comes back HOLDING two sprigs of basil, and tells me how the flooding in Hawaii a few weeks back makes them unable to get thai basil, so all they have is Italian basil. Okay, interesting...but why wouldn't you tell someone, at a Pho place, that not only do you not have limes but you don't have basil. The pho with the basil we got was good. Good broth, nice amount of meat. But my partners egg rolls had some weird HARD thing in them that he spit out and we left on the plate, which the guy serving us had no idea. He said he'd check with who supplies them. All in all, it was disappointing. Given their menu consistently advertises things they don't really carry regularly, and they seem to just be fine swapping things out without even letting you know when you order, I don't think we will be back. We gave them a lot of chances, from when it was Pho 777 and even here, and given how much it costs to go out to eat, its not worth it. To the servers credit, he did comp my partners food but I insisted on paying for mine since I actually ate mine. My partner decided to eat elsewhere given how much he disliked his. I gave it a two stars instead of one because my pho was good and they did comp my partner, but I think this was our last time.

I will definitely be back to give it another chance. The location isn't huge but isn't tiny. It was very clean and welcoming. There is an outdoor seating area but I wasn't about to sit out there in 90 degree weather. The thai tea was very good. The gyoza was delicious. We also got some of the freshly brewed iced tea that was more on the herbal side and it was okay. They bring a simple syrup for sweetener and it is much better with that sweetener. Everyone in our group loved their food. One of our team went strictly off the website and with a shellfish allergy did not eat but they said they could do something for her she just didn't want to chance it.
