Really have been happy with ClearDefense since switching over last year. Have seen little to no pests or even a sight of a cobweb since hiring them! I usually don't answer sales calls but i the group is very genuine and prioritizes customer service with high quality product for good value compared to other competitions that have lower quality chemicals. He thoroughly explained where he'd be spraying, gave me a lesson in pest prevention (which was truly eye opening), and we even ended up with our own inside joke by the time he left! I've been using them since last year, and I've gotta say the service has been fantastic. We called them due to some ant issues, and since we started with them we've not seen a single ant or other critter in our house. Plus the pricing is super reasonable. From the first call I made I was left throughly impressed with their customer service. I mentioned that I was shopping around for pest control services and they took the time to explain why they stand out from the competition. After calling around I ended up going with ClearDefence due to how they went out of their way to address each question I had and they were able to start service within two days. Yes they are pricier than some of the competition but these guys are super responsive. Trevor came by our house to treat it. In the hot Texas summer heat and all. The guy was out there working hard and when it came time to do the inside of the house he wore shoe covers without me having to ask him to. They are easy to work with and do a really great job! All the employees who have come out have been very knowledgeable and informative. They don't just do the job, but they educate you on how to take care of your home to prevent pests. Trevor, PJ and Ryan are the ones who came out and would surely recommend and work with them throughout. There were geckos and a tiny snake that was caught in the stick pad inside the garage. This company isn't trustworthy! In October I tired to cancel with them because work got slow and it wasn't need at the time. I wanted to stop services. They had told me that I couldn't because I was on contract. That was something I was not aware of. When the sale guy came to my house he reassured me that it not contract company and that I can cancel at anytime. Lies!!!! Jokes on me! So they told me that since my cancelation wasn't until March of this year. I called them on Feb 28 to reminded them that I no longer want to contuine with them. The manger Trevor now was saying that my contract ended on April. I had one of my friends attorney to look into the paperwork and they told me that on the paper I was able to cancel before any treatment or before the third business day before midnight can cancel. So I did yesterday and still they continue to lie with now my cancellation isn't until May!!! At this point its becoming frustrating to hearing their lies and their me scamming ways just to continue with them!! Don't trust them!!!! read more

I am a new homeowner and chose to go with ClearDefense Pest Control because I prefer to support more local businesses! They have been great. They treated my house, and even came back out to retreat it when I found a wolf spider in my garage. As we all know it is not uncommon for pests to be found in a new home, and since I have been utilizing their services I have hardly encountered any insects which is great! They are a very responsive company and they will not belittle your feelings. All the technicians I have encountered have been so friendly! We live in a neighborhood that's still being built, so obviously bugs are a problem. These guys are super sweet and the price isn't bad AT ALL. PJ is who came to our house both times- he made sure to ask if I had noticed anything in particular and then gave me an update of what he had noticed when he was done. They are willing to come out at anytime if you run into any extra problems between sprays, which is super nice. We just got our second treatment and we've already seen improvements. Clear Defense Pest Control is great. Donya and Cade came by today to get us set up, as we were unhappy with our current(past) pest control services. They made sure I knew everything they were doing, made sure I didn't have any questions, and were very thorough. Both were very kind to my pups, and made sure I knew when to let them out after service, and to make sure they didn't lick the walls. They even gave me their cell number so if I had any issues I could reach someone, and get it taken care of. One of their technicians got sick on our initial service day, but they were extremely responsive, and they were able to have Donya and Cade out just a few days later.
