I paid this company to come out and clean my mattress. They had my roommate sign that it was clean because I wasn't there and then when I came home to inspect to work it was not done in any standard. We had such a GREAT experience with these guys! I called, they came to my house, moved every mattress from its' room to their truck and then once finished cleaning/sanitizing, placed them all back. I originally called for one mattress and ended up getting all of them cleaned (including my babies crib mattress) because it was such a valuable service. Their website is really informative, and getting quotes and talking through different options was a breeze. He took care of everything, and I'm so happy with the results. I have a mattress that I really love (and have been loving for 7 years) that I was really starting to worry about. After getting it cleaned, it really does feel and smell and sleep better. Very awesome service! My mattresses weren't visibly dirty but everyone in my house suffers from allergies. I was so excited to hear that a local resident, Jason, had expanded the brand to Austin. He and his team were thorough and professional. They did all the heavy lifting. In fact I felt so comfortable with them I left the house for a little bit while they got to work. I saw this concept pitched on Shark Tank and thought it was brilliant. We have an expensive, 13 year old mattress that had never been cleaned. Had these guys come out, amazing how much better it looks. There was confusion on the time and they came out an hour later than scheduled and as an apology threw in a free mattress cover/protector. I stumbled upon these guys on accident when looking for a cleaner. We recently got a new cat and have also gone through puppy training...our mattress has seen a lot and definetly needed some love. The guys were able to come out the next day and seriously worked some magic. We needed the deep clean--our mattress came inside looking the best it has ever looked. Both the guys were great. I scheduled our appointment online, but could only get it on a Wednesday. Jason called and said they could come earlier if I need them to. I did! We were moving and didn't want to put a mattress that had been in storage into our new house. They came on the day we were moving in and cleaned two of our mattress and then carried them upstairs which, in it itself, was a big help. They explained the process, which I found very interesting. And they even offered to help move in other furniture, which we didn't need help with, but we appreciated the offer. They were extremely friendly and the mattresses came out so clean and fresh smelling. The next day at church I told several people about this service. This is the best thing I have done in a while! Jason was pleasant from the moment I spoke with him on the phone! He arrived on time with his partner and got the mattress out, worked on it and brought it back in all in about an hour for a deep clean! My mattress had urine stains from potty training, my mattress protector started sleeping through since I washed toooooo many times so needless to say my mattress was gross! I was so happy with the result, this technology they have is non toxic and works wonders, no stains, mattress smelled great, practically dry!!! Talking to Jason after he said they do couch cushions and pillows and everything will certainly be calling them again soon for the rest of stuff I can get cleaned with this technology.
