Juany cleaning service great! Got a deep cleaning and Fernanda and Amsy did a terrific, detailed job. Home feels sparkling clean! Appointment setting and quote process was also very easy. read more

I have used Juany Cleaning Service for years and I am very happy with the quality of their service. The cleanings are consistent and thorough. They will also accommodate special requests of additional cleaning such as patio. Team #02 - Ana & Zuly read more

Mostly clean, but lack of effort and work ethic, most things left out of place with little care, dropped wax from a wax warmer on the floor, cleaned it when about to leave and the 2nd cleaner noticed it from the first, not when it dropped. Communication was lacking as well. read more

My first experience with Juany and they did not disappoint! My home is incredibly clean! Fernanda and Amsy were absolutely amazing. Looking forward to my recurring service with them. read more

The Juany team always does a great job. Even better, I trust them in my home. The ladies have all been very friendly and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Juany house cleaners are careful, detailed and thorough house cleaners. Our regular team couldn't come today and team 4, Karina & Wendy, did just a thorough job as our regular team. They were careful to clarify what we were asking them to do if the directions weren't clear and were cheerful their whole visit. They're reliable and send regular updates when they're scheduled to arrive. We plan to continue using them! read more

Always have a great experience with Juany. For my most recent clean, Ana and Zuly were fast, polite and thorough. Thank you!

I wanted a deep clean on my apartment, so I went about securing bids from various companies. Also reading the reviews, of course. Juany's Cleaning Service was recommended by my mom's realtor, so I had confidence going in, plus Jauny's bid was less than ANY of the companies on my list. Once you accept the bid, you pay a deposit, then request some preferred dates and times. My cleaning was scheduled within 2 days of accepting the bid. The 2 super sweet house keepers came exactly on time and brought their own equipment. The cleaning products did not have a strong odor, for which I was grateful. Overall, I was happy with the outcome. My bathroom is sparkling, I have clean sheets and even a clean duvet cover, my blinds and ceiling fans are dust free, and I have clean floors. Even my dust bin and broom are clean! A few things weren't perfect-- a smudge on the bathroom mirror, a few fingerprints on the freezer door, a small pile of fiber/dust bunnies/dog fur left in the corner of the sunroom, but these took a few seconds to take care of. I will definitely use Juany's again. read more

Our tenants used Juanys after moving out. When we went to check out the house we saw that they forgot to clean a few things. I messaged them back and sent a few pictures on areas that were not fully cleaned. They apologized and agreed to re-send a few people for a re-cleaning. They did not charge us for the re-clean. I really liked that they did not try to fight us back about asking them to clean the areas again. I think it shows that they have great customer service and want the customer to be happy. It also shows that they are a business with good morals. There are so many other businesses out there that don't care about their customers. This business wants their customers to be happy. Because of this, I would recommend Juanys again. read more

This is a great service. Compared to other options - Juany does a great job and for an even better price. The ladies who came to do the job were great and I love how responsive the team is. The reviews that are negative are from more than a year ago and it is clear that a lot has changed since then. read more

Delores and her team did an amazing job on my son's apartment. I didn't think it was possible the place actually shines now. I've been using Juanys cleaning services for over ten years now and I find them to be very reliable and their service is excellent. read more

We've been with Juany's Cleaning Service for fourteen years. I'm surprised when I read the negative reviews. There's a reason I've stayed loyal to this company. They show up on time or early, have the best prices in the area, do a great job cleaning, and the girls are fast and efficient at what they do. Once in a blue moon, they might miss something, but the owner is quick to send them right back out to fix anything. The girls are so nice too. If there's anything you're not happy with and you can point it out while they are there, they will fix it immediately and with a smile. I also love the new payment system. Satisfied customer, here! read more

Terrible customer service. Very rude on the phone, showed up late to cleanings repetitively and did a very poor job on site. Highly recommend using another company. read more

I used Juany Cleaning for a few years now, long time customer. Been very pleased with their professionalism, quality of cleaning, and reliable cleaners. read more

If you need a deep, move-in-ready cleaning, JUANY Cleaning Service is excellent. Many thanks to BLANCA and MARIA for a FANTASTIC job yesterday. Our landlord sent us some pictures because we couldn't be there and described their cleaning job as nothing short of a miracle. We will continue to use Juany and request Blanca and Maria in the future. It's well worth it! read more

Juany was extremely timely and incredibly friendly. Both cleaners did an amazing job and took their time to go above and beyond!

Update: A lot of positive changes have happened since my original post. First and foremost, this business is under new management and I immediately noticed the change. They have implemented new protections to ensure clients receive something in writing before a service is delivered. Additionally, new management is just so much more pleasant and helpful! I will also note that I had no complaints about the cleaning services, themselves. I wasn't home to meet the ladies, but the house was spotless. Original post: Do not recommend, their business tactics are appalling. We apparently had a miscommunication over the phone and because they don't put anything in writing or text you to confirm the agreement and their prices aren't listed online, I received a bill for $75 an hour that I wasn't expecting. When I reached out to work it out, I was instead told I had 24 hours to pay or a collections agency would file a lien against my house. That part they managed to put in writing. read more

Going on over a year now and I remain quite satisfied with Juany. Their crews are conscientious, friendly, and effective. My place always looks great after they do their work. Shout out to the crew of Ana and Yeny for being nice and kind to me as I fumbled through speaking my rudimentary Spanish! They were bilingual but I wanted to try communicating in Espanol. They also left my place sparkling clean! read more

Overall, would not recommend based on our experience. Hired to clean our house before a party and instead of informing us their vacuum wasn't working properly, they just mopped over dusty/dirty floors (I have a bunch of crotch goblins so there was definitely some significant debris). There were large areas of wet bunched up dog hair, dirt ETC. it was just left that way, no letting us know. read more

Juany has been servicing my condo for over a year and Aurora and her team always leave my place in immaculate condition and have a high attention to detail. Great communication and support. Highly recommend her team and juany! read more

15/10, will continue to use Juany for monthly cleanings! On time, thorough and friendly! I tried out a couple other cleaning services before, and none of them were quite as detailed as Jenny and Ana. They even cleaned up a fly-ridden mess from an animal getting into the trash that my boyfriend forgot to take care of before they arrived D: For the pet owners: I have a friendly 40lb pup, and while she stayed glued to me for the most part, they seemed pretty comfortable around her! I was relieved that they didn't mind her initial barking. read more

My neighbor referred me to Juany a few years ago, and I have had a great experience every time they clean my home. The cleaning teams are on time, thorough, and do an amazing job every time. The operations team is excellent at communication and responsive to feedback and requests. My family and I are very grateful for the Juany team! read more

Quick response, good value and the two ladies that came and cleaned our home did a fantastic job. I will use again.

5 Stars for the deep cleaning of our home. Our realtor recommended Juany and we were extremely pleased. The crew was here on time and did a superb job. 6 stars for the girls. The attention to detail was amazing. The price was very reasonable. read more

I've used them twice for rental properties. There won't be a third. Both times they called needing extra time, and I still had to do extra cleaning on my own. read more

We admire this company. Lorena, one of the managers, was extremely helpful and flexible . The team we have ,Cynthia and Kenia are beyond a five star rating!! We've had other cleaning services, but these ladies are so sweet, so positive and such hard workers! we feel blessed to have met Lorena and now Cynthia and Kenia and have high hopes for a very, very ,very long term relationship. And what We can't get over is they have such sweet spirits in addition to being such hard workers: truly blessings To assist us in our housekeeping!! read more

The cleaners did a great job; they worked very hard and listened to my preferences. They cleaned the fans, light fixtures, burner grates, and cabinet fronts, in addition to the bathrooms. They also mopped some floors, vacuumed, and dusted. The cleaners were kind, polite, pleasant, and not stressed. I will definitely use this service again read more

Came an hour late after giving very specific directions for the second time. After giving a detailed list of things I wanted done that did not include the kitchen, they spent an hour of my 2 hour service in the kitchen even when I told the worker, "no more kitchen" twice...using a translator app! One of the 2 women was on her phone the whole time either talking or scrolling...moving at a slow pace. I have used Juany for 10 years and ever since they changed owners it has gone down hill fast! $30 trip charge!? 2 hours costing nearly $200!? I owned my own commercial and residential cleaning business for 8 years....I know what I am talking about and I wont be using Juany again. I miss the old Juany....why fix and change what isn't broken?? Isnt that why the new owners bout a successful business from her? You lost the secret sauce recipe for sure! read more

Juany Cleaning Service was perfect four our new home move in clean. They responded right away and scheduled us for the next day. The team was very detailed and we look forward to using their services again. read more

Awful company with even worse cleaning. They came and cleaned for us and I think my 3 year old could clean better than them and when we spoke to them about it they said "we don't do this and that" and still demanded the going rate. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They charge a ridiculous rate for absolutely nothing. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible Horrible Horrible. STAY AWAY! read more

I have a house that is about to show to be put on the market. They came in and did a top to bottom cleaning and the place looked great! They did a great job and saved me a lot of time doing it myself! Highly recommend. Thanks! read more

I've been using Juany Cleaning Service for many years and their teams are well trained, professional and prompt. Even if my regular cleaning team isn't available, they always send someone else rather than cancel my appointment. Ericka and Yaxceni are particularly thorough and professional and always go above and beyond with detail cleaning including bathrooms and floors. I'm very appreciative! read more

I used Juany's service for a few years. They are very professional and do a great job. When I need to change add or change services, Juany's team is very responsive. This is very helpful during the holiday season. Would recommend trying their service! read more

They were pretty decent. I made an error in the estimation of the sqft of the house which caused an issue with pricing at first, but it was resolved relatively nicely by them even though it was my fault. They did ask for an extra hour when there which I thought may have been a bit unnecessary but as long as it got done, I was happy. It was a vacant house and I will update later if the clean was not to the level of excellent. read more

Juany Cleaning Service is who you need for all your Cleaning needs. Not only are they professional but on time! I highly recommend this cleaning service. The two ladies that cleaned my home did an awesome job and paid attention to detail. Finding a cleaning company that is professional and does a great job is hard to come by. Great job cleaning my house. Arrived on time and started working right away. The workers nice and easy to communicate with.

I have been using Juany's for over 5 years. They have been with me at two houses, plus my rental properties, plus my in laws and several friends. I highly recommend them. They are always on time or else call. They clean very well and make sure I am always satisfied before they leave. I also love that I have had my same lady, Ada. She has seen my children grow up and always inquires about them. She feels like family at this point and we wouldn't have it any other way. I've read a few reviews that mention language barriers -- please be thoughtful and show grace. Lorena in the office speaks great English and can assist in translation if needed. I am proud of these women out working hard day in and day out. They have families, they have children, etc. Patience and kindness goes a long way. read more
