I requested Mystik Cleaning Service to clean my house after my tenant moved out to prepare it to put the house on market. Needless to say based on my 1 star they did a horrible job. The only thing they did well was communicate via text message. As far as what they were paid to do - they did not do a good job at all. When I reached out to them I was very clear and said there are lots of spiderwebs in ALL the rooms that need to be cleaned. They acknowledged. They also said when the crew comes out - you can tell them what needs to be done so they can give proper estimate. Well the crew didnt speak English (not an issue, but dont tell me to communicate with them if they cant speak English) . So I had to communicated with the office staff via text, which they were responsive at. Told them exactly what needed to be cleaned for the entire house and what they didnt need t do in text message . I specifically said "all bedrooms should be dusted for spiderwebs and windowsills and blinds" EXACT words. OK - now for what they were paid to go .. They came and "cleaned" the house. They missed cleaning half of the spider webs in the house-I kid you not. Now cleaning spider webs is relatively easy - but they messed that up. They also didnt clean one toilet and left one shower with mold in the soap nook. they also didnt clean a 15 year old newspaper at the top of the kitchen cabinets and obviously didnt dust that area either. And they didnt mop 3 areas with stains on the LVT floor (which was easy to see). so they said they would come back out and fix those. I said fine. No this is not my residence - so I already went once to try to explain what needed to be cleaned and then again to check on the work once they did it the first time. So they came out another time - and said they would address it as "Top priority". They came out. Asked me to come out before they left - I said Im at work and cant make it - but i gave you pictures of what needed to be done. that evening i went back out to the house to check the work. Well guess what - one whole bedroom has spiderwebs in all 4 corners and walls. They didnt clean the shower mold that i gave them a picture of. I reached out and said you missed spots and instead of them coming out a 3rd time - I said i would clean it myself as its easier then trying to get you to do it as i dont have time to babysit you to do a job I paid you for and shouldnt be too hard. They said that we didnt charge you for the 2nd time we came out. Im like yeah cause you didnt do the job the first time. - what audacity to say they did me a favor to come out a 2nd time to fix what you missed the first time. Needless to say I told them to return $100 of my $300 fee($253+$50 deposit) given they couldnt do their job properly. They refused and I am disputing with the cc company. Anyways - I would never use them if they cant clean an empty house- how good a job will they do in an occupied house. The owner seemed very nice and professional but their cleaning SUCKS. I have attached some pictures of what they missed - and my invoice so they cant dispute and say Im not a customer. This section is in response to the incorrect response from the owner: He is correct - they did return BUT still missed spider webs that I mentioned. I never asked for old things to look new, this was a move out cleaning not a remodeling to make things new - dont know where that comment came from. Total Lie. Also he totally is lying when he said I asked for a full refund - I only asked for $100 - I was clear about that in my review. NEVER did I ask for a full refund as they did clean some of the house- but they didnt do a complete job as they were paid to. I gave videos and pictures of what was missed. It all documented. As far as credit card dispute - its still open as of today - I just submitted more documentation they wanted. You couldnt do the job you were paid for - not an issue with my expectations. Stay away - plenty of better cleaning companies that are honest and do a much better job. See my messages to the owner regarding the PARTIAL payment - I never asked for full refund.. Owner is lying to discredit my review. Well I have proof - see attached pictures. read more

After hosting a full house for the holidays, my home desperately needed a deep clean and Mystik Cleaning Service absolutely delivered. Scheduling was incredibly fast and easy. I requested a quote and received a response within one hour, and they had me scheduled within 24 hours, which was a lifesaver. Isabel and Estelita were amazing! They're detail-oriented, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They paid attention to the little things that so many services miss, and my house feels truly clean (not just surface-level tidy) when they were done. After a year of being disappointed by other cleaning services, Mystik is a total standout. I'm already planning to set up a recurring monthly clean and will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends. So happy I found them. Fantastic service from start to finish! read more

Hired Mystik to do a moving out clean in preparation for new tenants. As part of that job I specifically stated I needed the fridge/freezer thoroughly cleaned and would need the garage to also be cleaned. Now, I gave them 3 stars for a few reasons including bc in general they did a good job with the general basic cleaning the house; However, if the rating was purely off of how many jobs were left for me to correct/ do properly or the bad attitude displayed, I would give them 1 star. The issue that pushed over the tolerance meter was definitely the nasty attitude I received when I asked a simple question but there were also a couple of smaller issues that ultimately just caused more work for me which is actually opposite of my goals when hiring a professional cleaning crew. For starters, they did not even sweep out that garage or make any other attempt to clean it - so that's something I will have to take care of myself as there is dirt, dust, dead bugs and minor stains that need to be scrubbed throughout the garage. Not a big deal except that I specifically asked that the garage be cleaned & was assured it would be as part of the job. Despite having shared I was having the windows professionally cleaned, they lifted every window treatment which I didn't want them to do, and left on fans & lights throughout the house - not a huge deal but gives me extra jobs to take of myself which at this point is just a mild annoyance (bc not only do I have a bunch of other jobs to do while I'm there but I also have other professional services trying to work & needing my attention)... but again, an annoyance but not a huge deal. In the primary bedroom, there are roller shade window treatments with extra long curtains; When they lifted the roller shades, they did not take proper care of ensuring they did not get stuck on the curtains so all of the roller shades were crunched up from the weight of the curtains causing deep creases, which gave me yet another job of needing to return with steamer to straighten out the fabric on the roller shades - the lack of care exhibited is quite frustrating as this will probably take me about 2 - 3 hours time to fix on top of having to make an additional trip out to the property to take care of it which - 1.5 hour drive round trip. Then there was the simple question I asked one of the two women that were working which was if the fridge was cleaned, she said yes... Please know this question did not come out of nowhere as they had informed me they were done & they wanted me to look around to make sure the work they had done was good & complete. Upon looking at it, it had not been properly cleaned if it had even been cleaned as there were numerous spots with dirt/ grime/ food crumbs missed. I asked if they were sure it had been cleaned (bc mistakes can happen), and got an attitude back from the one woman. She then takes a dirty rag and wipes one of the shelves, throwing grime/ dirt/ food crumbs from the shelf onto the clean kitchen floor, again with a really uncalled for attitude. At this point, I'm extremely frustrated with the attitude & now throwing the dirt/grime/food onto the clean floor, and the growing list of jobs that I will just have to do myself, that I did ask them to go ahead & leave so I can take care of it properly. This adds 2 more jobs for me as I will need to do the fridge/ freezer myself so it is properly cleaned, and clean the kitchen floor again; Which means I have added about 5 jobs that will roughly cost me 4 hours of time I don't have which is why I hired a professional cleaning company in the first place. Frustrating & disappointing is an understatement. At any rate, to be fair the one woman called the office so they could ask if everything was cleaned, and I told them no it wasn't but I also didn't want them at my house anymore & would just do it myself. I do understand that it was my choice to just have them leave at this point; However, there is also a limit to how much bad attitude & having them waste my time that I will tolerate, and throwing the dirt/crumbs/grime on the floor went past my limit particularly when I know I am not only paying several hundred dollars but I'm kind enough to give a tip - it's not the great big tip that they would have received if the job was done correctly & without the attitude but it was a tip of appreciation for the part of the job that was done well (bathrooms, fans, floors). As I elected to have them just leave, it's also why I gave them 3 stars instead of the 1 star that the behavior actually earned. I've worked with several cleaning companies for move out/ move in cleaning preparations and this one was really stood out for being particularly disappointing & frustrating. read more

I hate to leave a one-star review but my impression of this business has not been good. The person on the phone was very nice but the crew did not show up for the appointment like they said they would and they did not call me. I had to call them. I never got to take advantage of the cleaning services. This was the time when I really needed some help around the house. To be honest I'm pretty upset about it. I ended up canceling all together because it was a red flag and not allowing the reschedule. I had made a deposit the day before to reserve the appointment. I was expecting someone to arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 and by the time 2:00 p.m. rolled around and no one was there I decided to call them. I couldn't hang out and wait because I needed to go get a prescription so they offered to come later but by then the first impression was already bad and I didn't want them cleaning while my husband was home. I like to get that done before he gets home from work. Based on my very limited experience and the red flag that I got with them not actually showing up to the appointment that I had made the deposit for and scheduled, I would not recommend working with this company, sadly. read more
