I emailed them inquiring if this service was still happening and to please let me know. The hour window came and went and in that period and after I had called twice, left a message, and even used their contact form because I had fully exhausted all my options of communication with them. I chose to go with Maidsway based on a high recommendation from a friend that has used them for years. Even she was shocked and said that if they were running late they always called to give a heads-up.
