After reaching out to several cleaning companies in Austin, Ema's Housekeeping not only gave me the best quote but also had the best communication from the beginning. They arrived right on time and made the entire process very easy. Ralph handled the cleaning and did an incredible job. For just one cleaner, the amount of work he completed was impressive. He took the time to bag trash, organize items, and then do a full deep clean of the apartment. What stood out most was the attention to detail. You can tell they don't rush through the job just to finish quickly -- they actually take the time to do it right. The apartment looks and feels completely reset. Payment was also very simple through Zelle after the service was completed, which made everything convenient and stress-free. Overall this was a great experience and the best price I found in Austin after contacting multiple cleaning companies. If you need a deep clean or even regular maintenance cleaning, I would absolutely recommend Ema's Housekeeping. I will definitely be booking with them again.

My husband is very territorial over his garage and was having a hard time letting things go. However, Melissa won him over within 30 mins. I came home from work and was singing her praises. Her ability to understand the emotional connection to material items is one of her most valuable gifts! Lux Conscious Cleaning home cleaning left my house spotless--every surface was gleaming, and even the hard-to-reach areas were thoroughly cleaned. My walk-in closet has never looked better; she helped me organize everything in a way that maximized space and was esthetically pleasing. But the standout service was her over all home organizational skills, knowledge about the real estate market and staging homes. Melissa is patient, kind, and hardworking. If you find that you need more help than you anticipated, like I did, Lux Conscious Cleaning will bring in reinforcements. Melissa schedules just enough time where you don't get mentally and physically burnt out but, feel good your accomplishments. I cannot recommend Lux Conscious Cleaning enough, from start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly efficient. Simply amazing! Five stars!!

The bathroom and refrigerator were left unfinished, and there were also dishes left undone. When I brought up my concerns, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was told I was being "petty" for leaving a negative review after the fact my appointment was cancelled again and was even called a "bad person." The communication became very unprofessional and personal, which was completely unnecessary. I paid the amount they requested and expected the service to be completed properly. If something is not included in the service, that should be clearly communicated upfront not argued about afterward. I'm leaving this review so others can make an informed decision. My wife and I both work full time, and we have 2 children, so having a housekeeping service has been essential for us to maintain not only our home, but also our sanity.
