Angel cleaning review I was the "actual customer". Owner hired sub contractors to come out and clean. She does "touch ups and the things to make home shine". The efforts by the subcontractors was subpar. Coming from military, the attention to detail on the service received was lacking. Mud and dust in door frames. Walls still had mud in areas where my dogs stayed and even other areas. When pointed out the owner stated that the wall was cleaned thoroughly. She said the dirt would not come off and would need paint. She is also referring to this in her post to my wife's post. However, I told her I would get some hot water and a rag to get it up. She came back by saying look I'll show you it won't come off. Once she started to clean the wall the mud was coming up. Also, after calling my wife due to just out right fruststion, she came and pointed another spot on a door that was dirty. Again the owner said it wouldn't come off. She then actually licked her finger in front of us and to our surprise was able to get the spot up. She the stated then "oh it is coming up". The only reason I am writing this is to clarify things and also provide the "actual customer" experience. This company was way more expensive then others I researched but the other reviews are what convinced me to use them instead of others. I don't know if it was a fluke on the company's end to how the experience was but if this is any indication of how they actually clean then you are better off doing it yourself. I passed inspection however am not guaranteed my deposit for my home. The company actual told me the reason I passed was they are going to clean it anyways for a house showing to sell home. I was lucky to have the company I rent from to be selling the home I rented. Also if you leave a bad review she will offer you a refund to remove post or she will "call the rental company and see how you like that". Obvious pay for post and if you don't agree threaten you with calling rental company. Oh and after inspection she was still cleaning the floor and agreed with inspector to finish cleaning and he would go ahead clear it. She sent two attempts for "additional cleaning after inspection" and "fail to pay for services". Again this was all after my wife's bad review. Attached are pictures for the claims of $50 each time. I'm sure there is a reason the company will come up with for the $50 extra trying to be claimed. She did however waive the fee to clean the stove which we did not put on self clean and to put items in fridge in a the bags of garbage I already had in garage. That cost extra is you have them bag trash apparently. There is suppose to be absolutely nothing in house. There is nothing on website discussing additional charges for bagging trash (which I would consider cleaners to put in with a service) but there was a note to put oven on self clean. Below is my wife's post if you'd like to review that but according to the owner she is not the "actual customer" so take it as you would like. Good look on your cleaner search and hopefully you have a pleasant experience whoever you choose. Attached are images judge for yourself. The images are after the sub contractors "cleaned the major stuff" and I was inspecting with the owner. Owner wanted me to point out unsatisfactory cleaning spots so she could clean them. It shouldn't be a customers job to tell them how to clean as they are a cleaning service. There is also no balance due. Owner is trying to threaten and collect after a bad review. No admission of unclaimed balances in the post, all services have been paid in full and company is still trying to collect extra stuff. Phone calls with owner offering me "to refund $50 to take bad review down " proved to me she will pay to have reviews. I will not acknowledge anymore post from the owner nor will I post anymore. This is left here for the people to review the business. Again good luck to however is looking for a cleaning company. read more

Would not recommend them to anyone. Had to take time off work to come inspect a dirty home because my husband was frustrated so I had to show up to try to calm him down. She explained her process and tried justifying why it wasn't ready. Also when I pointed something out she said that doesn't come off rubbed the area and the spot came off right away. She stay cleaning the house and we did pass inspection. After I left a review on google about my experience she began requesting $50. Update apparently she wasn't trying to request money. However she threatened to call rental company about my review. My rental company does not decide how I felt about the experience. Update 2: she was trying to request money. According to the request for staying after passing inspection. Just fit you were told by the rental company to finish cleaning which you have stated it's part of your service. Also if you are so confident about your service why do you keep updating your reply. It has been 7 times so far. I hope you may find closure and accept that you cannot control how people feel. Katrina came to do our move out clean and left the place in better shape than what we originally moved into. Very polite and informative. I was very stressed because I had to drop off my husband for his deployment and do some last minute errands. She took the time to talk to me and make me feel better while she was cleaning even though that obviously wasn't part of the job. You can tell that she takes great pride in her business and makes sure that it is cleaned to your expectations. Definitely would recommend her for any cleaning you may need! read more

STOP LOOKING and HIRE THEM! I found Them on Thumbtack when I became overwhelmed attempting to clean our home that had former tenants in. I just sent out a bid at 11:45pm on a Friday night and within a minute, I received a bid for a exit cleaning from them. she immediately called me (remember this is a FRIDAY night at midnight!!!) I needed someone immediately and she asked, "is tomorrow morning too soon"? I almost flipped while on the phone!! I hired her immediately and she arrived 8 hours later ON TIME with her associate Rene and OMG CLEANED our house like new! I should warn you that I am a RN and my husband just retired from Uncle Sam's camp club (U.S. Army), we are kinda anal with our cleaning needs......Katrina is amazing and reliable and so sweet! I was repainting a wall and she revealed she's about to graduate from Texas A&M with a BA in Business. She is also a single mom of a young teenager (girl). Now that's dedication! I contacted Angel Clean AKA Cleaning Angels on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled clean. I requested a move out clean and the person who answered the phone looked up the square footage of the house and gave me a price. It was not stated as an estimate as I have sometimes seen her claim in other reviews she has responded too. We agreed on that price and I filled out the scheduling form online as she requested and selected Saturday at 10:00 AM. I then paid the $50 for the required deposit. Come Saturday at 10:00 AM, they were not there, no call, no email, no communication at all. After almost an hour we finally called them and were told they were running late. They made up excuses about how the previous client had grossly misstated what needed to be done and the terrible shape his property was in. I get it, things happen but there are such things as phones. The person I spoke to assumed that just because I had originally told them I wasn't going to be at the property when they arrived, they didn't think it would matter. So at 1:30 PM, 3.5 hours after the scheduled appointment, they finally arrived. Because there were a few minor items of trash left in the house, they tacked on an extra fee because apparently cleaning out the trash is not part of a move out clean. They sent before pictures which matched what I knew the condition of the property was in when we left. Mind you it needed a good deep cleaning but it was not littered with trash. There were a few bits of minutia that always gets left behind or forgotten in a move. A few papers here, maybe a lid in a cabinet, a few items on a missed shelf. Nothing serious. Certainly, nothing that warranted an extra fee but whatever. I paid the requested amoung and they began cleaning. About 4 hours later, I began to receive the after photos. Most of them were staged in darker rooms or didn't take pictures of problem areas. They appeared to look good based on how they were staged. The problem didn't arise until the inspector from the leasing company arrived to do they move out inspection. Normally they don't contact you, they just send you an itemized list of deductions from your deposit but because I had sent her the receipt she felt that I deserved to be notified. She described a few of the problem areas and said that when there is a cleaning company involved they will usually contact them to come back and rectify any deficiencies but because the deficiencies were too numerous and the work that had been done was so poorly done they would not even consider it. Based on the pictures she believed the employee who cleaned the house to be incompetent and would never be able to properly clean the house to any reasonable standard. I would not recommend them to anyone. For the price, I paid that house should have been the diamond of the block. Instead, it was still in the same shape more or less as it was before they showed up. I have attached all the pictures provided to me by the leasing company. All these pictures were taken by the property inspector AFTER the cleaning had been performed and the cleaning crew had been done and gone for almost 2 days. No one entered the property after the cleaners left until the inspector came to do the move out inspection. read more

I'm a Momma of two with a hubby who's in the military and gone for a while. I had gotten in over my head with my house and was just absolutely stressed and embarrassed about having to hire someone. Katrina was such a blessing to me! She was a joy to meet even if she hadn't performed a miracle in my home! Found Angels cleaning on Yelp based on previous reviews and I am so glad I called! My house has not been this clean since I moved in. My kids room was a kiddie disaster but it looks amazing now. I'm appalled that this is a business specializing in cleaning. If I could post the video I would of this lazy job. Katrina (owner) or her workers (also known as her "children") left dried running blue cleaning residue everywhere! She claims to have swept the carpet but I have a video that proves otherwise. Why not vacuum if you're a cleaning service? Grant it, the task of cleaning a home after a irresponsible tenant moves out can be quite daunting however, her lackadaisical approach of cleaning this house warrants this bad review. I viewed the owner, Katrina, respond on another bad review stating "it's not the job of a cleaning service to drag tires to the curb." WELL she and/or her children most definitely took it amongst themselves to take 6 isolated boxes in our garage to the curb for trash because "something in the boxes were ringing." When we got home thankfully 3 boxes were in the trash bins and durable curtain rods/drapes were missing. Ironically the three missing boxes were the most valuable and one contents had nothing but electronics (phones keyboards)...no wonder the boxes were "ringing." How did you know what's in the box capable of ringing if you didn't rummage through them yourself?! She hung up in my face after I pleaded with her to explain WHY would you take isolated boxes inside a house to the curb? Did I mention it wasn't even trash day and our new house was the only house in the entire neighborhood with trash bins on the curb! This simply screams to be fined by the HOA. She claims to be insured and bonded.... well the sentimental value lost after doing business with this janky cleaning service is priceless and I'm determined to warn anyone that can read DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS IN YOUR HOME! . read more

I hired this lady to clean a rental property on Monday she "finished" the job today on Tuesday. I asked her to do the best she could and do a cleaning around the remodel job (the house is still having some work on it done.) She sent me pictures of the "after" of her cleaning and I told her to expect payment the VERY next day before noon so that I and my coworker had a chance to look at the property the next morning and verify it was indeed cleaned by her since she was charging $200 for 2 bathroom and floors. She then threatened to call the police for an unpaid job which is ridiculous as no one was trying to steal from her. I ended up paying her $210 today to get her off my back and stop the threats and texts from her even though we saw the house in person and she did NOT do a good job. If you see her other reviews she threatens other customers too and will probably respond with an essay just like she's been texting me. If you're looking for a cleaning lady you can trust she is not the one to go to! read more
