A sandwich with shredded meat, sliced cucumbers, and herbs on a baguette, accompanied by a side salad and dressing.

Enter the Dragon---Bruce Lee film I love Eugene. Eugene can be sleepy and restaurants can close early. So when the vegan and veg food trucks were closed along with Morning Glory.... enter Claim 52 Kitchen. I went here and was greeted by friendly server who recommended a vegan option aka Vegan Banh Mi aka sub chicken for lemongrass marinated grilled tempeh and vegainaise. The sandwich came with pickled veggies, fresh cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro served on a French baguette. It was tasty, healthy aka packed with veggies, flavorful tempeh, and went with a house salad with an apple cider vinaigrette. Besides the amazing food and friendly service I watched hoops on the tele aka Summer league basketball aka NBA Summer league. I happened to catch the NBA debut of the leauge's number one draft pick aka center from France aka point forward with handles and range along with being maybe 7'3". It was fun watching his NBA debut in Summer league and after the game caught the beginning of my beloved Warriors play. Claim 52 Kitchen has good food with vegan options that hit the spot and is a sports bar to catch basketball if you are a hoops fan like me. Recommended!

The beers: Private Eyes Hazy IPA, 2towns Cosmic Raspberry, Admiral Red NW Red Ale

What's up: Continuing on our beer tour, this place was along our route so we decided to try them out as well. Parking: Street parking is available. There's also paid parking lots nearby. Environment: Outdoor dining and indoor dining is available. We were seated and given menus to look through. Restrooms are located towards the back, on the left of the TV and are clearly marked. We placed our order and our drinks came shortly after. What was ordered: - 2towns Cosmic Raspberry - Admiral Red NW Red Ale - Private Eyes Hazy IPA - Sweet Potato Fries (crispy and sweet) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The drinks were pretty good and the sweet potato fries were a good snacking item to go along with our beers. We saw a poster advertising the Eugene Ale Trail, but they also didn't have details about it. Boo! Credit cards are accepted.

Didn't initially come up when I did a Yelp search of restaurants in the area but it totally should! Sandwiches were good, guava cider was delicious, and gluten free bun amazing! Servers were kind and place was cute. Would recommend!

Our experience here was amazing! We came with a group of 6 and all of us shared a bunch of yummy appetizers and flights. The beers were so so so amazing and unique and fun!! Our server Brayden was the best! He was so patient and kind. Thank you Claim 52!! Our new favorite spot

Thick beer with boba

I've been here an insane number of times but somehow never left a review! Claim 52 is soo good! I don't think I've ever tried a single thing on their menu (both food or drinks) that I didn't love. My go to is the Birria Beef Tacos with either a salad or sweet potato fries. But I've tried almost everything they have to offer food wise and it always hits the spot! They have awesome options for vegetarians as well. I'm also obsessed with their specialty cocktails and specialty beers. I highly recommend literally any flavor of the Thicc Beers or spicing it up a little with a Margarita made with a Thicc Beer (Thiccarita). You can also add boba to your beverages which is a fun little aspect. The staff is always amazing. They offer indoor and outdoor seating and the service is always great. Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed!

The selection of beer is great. However, the chicken strips were very dry and chewy. I only got three little pieces for $17.

A cute area with plenty of free parking spots Very spacious inside with sports playing in a low volume so you can easily talk to people Waiters are pretty attentive without too much pressure Slider is really good. Need to try it. Really juicy patty with caramelized onions Pretzel is kinda too soft for me but huge portion Fries is big portion as well. Really crispy on the outside So yeah, try all the happy hour appetizers if you can Main courses are not so exciting. The cottage pie is mostly mashed potato with a thin layer of meat. Not very big either Sausage is pretty bland as well. Not very quality sausage Brownie is very disappointing though. Very dry and chalky. How can someone messed up with brownie? But for the price and portion, still recommend to visit

Me and my husband have been Sunday regulars for several years. North Fork used to be a true…read more"farm-to-table" and that was one of the big reasons why we loved it. The staff has always been (and still very much is) top notch in everything they do...but the food quality has dropped significantly to the point we can no longer justify the expensive. We've learned the changes began shortly after a new owner came in. Some of the changes we've noticed: The fish in the fish 'n chips is now buried in deep fried batter to the point I had to peel away most of the breading just to get to what little fish was there. The steak and eggs ($30) offers barely 4 ounces of steak, small heap of potatoes and two eggs...not enough to justify the price. They downgraded their organic, thick-cut pepper bacon to some odd, paper thin variety that is not very appealing and it would seem they no longer make their biscuits gravy in house! It now looks and tastes bland and pasty...industrialized. They used to have magnificent herbed gravy made from scratch so this is particularly disappointing. They no longer have real maple syrup. The prices remain that of an organic, farm-to-table but the food no longer qualifies and is very overpriced for what it is. I will really miss my Sunday mornings there but I just can't stomach these shortcomings. Very sad to see our favorite restaurant reduced to this state. If I could, I would give the staff 5+ stars and the food 1.

It's less than 1% of the places I visit that are true beer clean glassware astute. There are many that do a good job, but when you see the lacing on glassware that I saw tonight, you know you're in rarified air. FOOD: ok I know most people don't need out over glassware the way I do so let's discuss the food - I went more unique with a lamb sausage and a boar sausage, plus my new friends next to me shared their fries. My opinion? Awesome. Well executed sausage, the fries were really good - crisp on the outside and still perfect potato texture inside while being hot with a fry sauce side that perfectly complemented Service was great, met regulars, had tasty food - but the whale in this adventure was the care for the glassware. This is special - the owner truly cares about your experience when they nail the small details a lot of folks miss. I didn't miss this detail because it's massive in the nuance on your beer but takes special care and pride to get right. Bangers takes pride in giving you a beer in a properly maintained glass, and that's uniquely special. Applause to Bangers for attention to detail!

The food was good, but the pricing felt a bit steep. $17 dollars for a basic Seattle dog and fries feel a little high for counter service. That said, the overall vibe makes up for it. Great place to grab a drink and hang out, just be prepared for slightly higher food prices.

Rye - I had chicken Marbella, hubby had seafood gnocchi. So damn good. Nothing left. I love this.

I had the Marry Me chicken meal, which had a delightful cream sauce with spinach, broccolini squash, and sun-dried tomatoes. The cream sauce was deliciously sweet and the chicken was as tender as I've had in almost forever. I also had a green salad with blue cheese dressing, which was very nice. A couple of my friends had cocktails and they thought they were very good. Other meals to my friends included the Poutine Fries; The breaded pork chop (schnitzel) and the shrimp pasta. I've lived here for around 5 years, and another 15 years up in Salem and this little restaurant is a gem in every respect. I've been to Rye at least 4 times since moving here. I had heard about it from friends and so my partner and I first tried it out and were highly impressed with the food, the servce and the ambiance. The menu is just a bit limited but between the specials and the menu offerings, there was plenty to choose from. Above all, what they do, they do very well. I and my partner ate at Rye three nights ago and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience in every way. AMBIENCE... The dining room is terrific. Lots of dark wood. The lighting of the room is especially conducive to privacy but not isolation. Inasmuch as it was raining to beat the band when we arrived, entering felt like a welcoming respite. The patrons' chatter was subdued but clearly they were having a great time. FOOD... We ordered cocktails (I enjoyed a Cocchi Rye whiskey cocktail which was delicious. The French onion soup I ordered was also very tasty and loaded with mozzarella atop the cup. I then dived into a "special" plate of a Chinook salmon fillet, finished perfectly and sitting on a bed or pureed squash. Excellent, I thought. Afterwards, we shared some sort of fruity pastry, sharing with two forks. SERVICE... From where I sat I could watch the bar activity, even the service window into the kitchen allowed me to watch all the activity. Our server was very efficient and cheerful and engaging without being overbearing in any way. AFTERTHOUGHTS: I will be coming back, of course. Rye is where you want to go to have a very good time eating out. You're not going to spend an arm and a leg to eat there but Rye is definitely not Denny's. I think this was my fourth trip there and all four times I felt thoroughly satisfied in every way.
