Love the idea of this place! There are 4 restaurants to choose from on this menu including Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean, and American foods. I've tried a dish from all of them, and they've all been delicious. You order online via a QR code and the food is delivered to your table. Service is extremely quick and servers are very attentive. It's especially nice that they have indoor seating as well as outdoor spaces where a live band can play and a garden room area.

City Kitchen is a great place for groups. There is plenty of seating, and so many options to choose from on the menu. My personal favorite is the Tom Kha Ramen. It is a little spicy but (not too much) and overall delicious. You can order from a QR code on the table for minimal interaction with the staff, although they do come around occasionally to make sure your food came out correctly, clear plates, and ask if you need a box. The drink options are extensive and they also have a decent selection of mocktails!

I love that there are so many options! The decor is bright and inviting. Food was good, and also a great place to catch a game.

I hate the new peppy vibe of Pittsburgh. This is the epitome of that. Food good but insanely expensive. Service was great. Came to the table a bunch. There's a scan QR for the ordering and drinks come fast. Good to go once to check it out. Would rec the summer instead of winter to sit outside and enjoy the ambiance more.

City Kitchen is a great option if you're not quite sure what you're in the mood for, as their menu is extensive and covers just about everything one could be craving. My guest and I opted for some comforting, warm carbs in the cold weather. She went for some ramen, and I chose the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Her food was brought out before mine, and she finished it just as mine was brought to the table, so needless to say, it was full of flavor, warmth, and comforting goodness on a cold day. I, however, didn't love my alfredo. I found that the sauce didn't have the richness or flavor that one expects to find in an alfredo sauce. The chicken was very juicy, though. I put in a request for a refill and a to-go box (all orders are placed via web), but neither were ever brought to our table so the service left something to be desired. Overall, I will continue to go back to City Kitchen. Though this time may not have been our best experience, the menu offerings change frequently enough that it is worth giving it more chances to shine.

Grilled cheese with pulled pork....it was ok.

We met up with some friends here for dinner. We loved the green space for kids to run around while the adults are food. Ordering is easy via the QR codes and service was pretty fast. I started with an order of potato skins as an appetizer to share, but ended up eating 3 of the 4 because they were pretty small. They were good, but felt pretty expensive. I had the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich with a side salad . The salad was fresh and diverse but I wasn't a fan of the pulled pork. It was somewhat slimy with very little texture, almost like it was so tender there was no substance. Overall a decent experience though.

This was a happening place during the week! We came for dinner on Friday, and the outdoor vibe was so chill. Kids were playing on the lawn, adults were sitting at the tables with a DJ playing music. I got the Kalua bowl from Shaka. It was a good portion. I liked that they could do half greens and half rice. The pork though was a bit too salty and not quite what I expected for Kalua pork. Food came quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a good spot for groups and parties. Free garage parking is also a plus.

I've come here a few times more recently and had a much better experience. The service is pretty quick and all of the runners are friendly and helpful. They also sometimes have a host seating tables which may be helpful with managing the flow better. I still think some of their prices are outrageous ($6.50 for an IC Light is criminal!!!) but they do have good happy hour deals. I got potato skins from Charred the other night that were sooo good.

Came for brunch with a friend with our dogs. Staff was super friendly/ we shared the spicy ahi tuna bowl and the truffle chicken sandwich with a side salad. Both were delicious! It was a 90° day and the fans overhead helped us not feel overheated on the patio especially with the dogs. Great spot!

Great place that will make the whole family happy Pros: + Four different restaurants in one convenient area - Hawaiian, Asian, Burgers, and American + Everyone can order whatever they want + Friendly staff + Amazing desserts Cons: - Some of the dishes run out quickly IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

I came back to City Kitchen with another friend to watch another Steeler game. When the weather is cooperating, I think City Kitchen is one of the best places to watch a sports game. The ambiance is great and I like how you can just pick a table and order off of your phone as you please. Even though everything is ordered by phone, there was still amble staff checking on tables to make sure the patrons were satisfied. I really enjoy spending time at City Kitchen. Now that it is colder out, I want to sit indoors to see how that experience is!

I asked our waiter if the portion size of chirashi was good and he said it's a good size and that they have carry out boxes if I don't finish. Tell me why this was the smallest chirashi I have ever seen anywhere. The slices of fish were thinner than the sliced ginger. If you stacked all of the slices, it would make a normal size of one piece of nigiri. The slice of tuna was so thin, you could see through it, much less taste it. I was still starving after and got the fried chicken nuggets which were a good portion, with good crunch. The sauce on the chicken was devoid of flavor except for the SALT. They were even able to take the chicken flavor away from the meat which is kind of an accomplishment in itself. My friend got the Sichuan pork dumplings and the dumplings were drowning in soy sauce so much so that you couldn't taste the Sichuan spice (if there was any). There's a sushi restaurant nearby that gives me food poisoning every time I eat there and I would have much rather have eaten there than Soba. I would definitely recommend this place to my enemies because they'll leave broke and still hungry.

I'm a spicy marg lover so I tried-new person same old mistakes-it didn't really strike me as spicy but more so smoky and I wanted spicy. We did the khao yum-it was unique, I think I would really have loved this. If it was hot out it seems like it would be very refreshing and light and more ideal for the spring and summer and like I said we went in the dead of winter. I did the beef tenderloin as my main and it was good, it wasn't too spicy, had a nice flavor, but I don't know that I would order it again. If it wasn't so hard to get a reservation, I would definitely come here more. I really liked the vibe and the aesthetic.

I wouldn't really call this a supper club to be honest but the place definitely carries a house music bar vibe and the back bar area and seating is very dimly lit, perfect for cozying up and enjoying a drink late night. The ladies' room was so dark, I mistook it for a storage area because I could only make out a white ladder in the corner that was being used as cute shelving. The place is seat yourself. Our waiter was not super friendly and didn't offer to give us napkins or anything when our wobbly table caused our drinks to splash all over the place. The cook served our chicken with a big smile and happy interaction and we really loved his personality. The bartender also stopped by to bus our table and he was very pleasant as well. We enjoyed the perfectly fried small plate cauliflower with the plum sauce and the fried cheese/garlic wonton bites with the sriracha mayo spicy dipping sauce. The fried chicken breast on the large plate was slightly overcooked with a maple gochuchang sauce that was very bland. We were so thankful that the large plate fried chicken came with a side salad to offer some respite from the heaviness of the fried dishes. It would have been great to have some side acidic or fresh vegetable options like Kimchi or something. Maybe we tried the wrong dishes and there are other not fried things that are delicious? The dirty martini cocktail was just so-so, not really much flavor at all, but the mojito was very good and refreshing. It's probably a good late-night place for a bite and drink.

This was a combination that I did not expect to actually work, but it does. The bartender does an amazing job that very few in my experience have been able to do, which is blend the drink to where it is not just 90% alcohol and 10% whatever else. This allows you to really experience the drink and its fancy little name. Food: Entree - Godzilla: This was recommended by my waiter at the time because it was the first time ever that I have tried sushi and I was not disappointed. This dish was sooooo delicious. Dessert - Churro Cheesecake: What can I say? It's cheesecake and churros. Not a big fan of sweets, but I do love me a good cheesecake. Service: 5 / 5 - No complaints. Waiter was very attentive and made sure to check in periodically. He was very passionate about his job and provided strong recommendations with his opinion on the choices when asked. When he found out that this was my first time having sushi, he took the time to explain how the menu works, which I have horrible memory, but appreciate deeply. Wouldn't mind having him as a regular waiter in the future. Vibe: 4 / 5 - Restaurant and food presentation is very pretty, clean and aim to provide you with that "fancy restaurant" experience, that so many people have come to expect. It's a very chill vibe and lighting is not bad at all. Overall: 4 / 5 - Normally, I have a rule that I don't have ocean related dishes in an area where the ocean is not readily accessible. However, an acquaintance once said, "you have to have several mid dishes before you enjoy a really good dish" and she was right. Although, I wouldn't call social house mid. I enjoyed my experience overall and the staff was very friendly. The cost-food value is on the higher end, but in my opinion it was worth it.
