The Server (male) had no idea about the HH specials even after stating "I've worked here for over a month and no one has ever asked me about specials...". Ok, no worries. He left, confirmed the specials were all throughout the whole restaurant then took our order. We went cheap- IC Light was $3 so I got one. Dad had water. Monday is wing night and they were only $.50 so we each ordered 6 (my basket arrived with 7- BONUS. Lol). We also ordered Loaded Sidewinders for $6.50 (HH price). The wings were really good, the sidewinders were basically 's' shaped mashed potatoes, fried like French fries with bacon, cheese and ranch. They were ok, but I won't order them again. Overall- this place is beautiful and it's worth the visit. Check out my video...

Needless to say, the indoor seating is quite nice also. This place is very unique, seemingly four restaurants in one. I was determined to try something a little different, and while they have many sandwich options, I went with a Poke bowl that included salmon, ahi tuna, and shrimp tempura. It was amazing. Ridiculously fresh and so tasty. I want to go back and eat outside, maybe while watching a game on their huge screen.

A bunch of family members gathered here after a funeral service on a Thursday night and found that…read moreit was a perfect spot to come together to grab food as there's a little bit of everything for everybody and beverage. They have a lot of outdoor dining space available, which is great and they have a large green area that #MIN kids were running around on. They were watching the world soccer game amongst other things. There are several different kitchen options to order from everything is done through the app. There is a parking garage nearby, which I highly recommend parking in as parking is super tight in this area. There are multiple other businesses here and dining experiences, which is great because you can walk around and experience them all if you want to. It is super loud outside, so it's very hard to hear people even just sitting across from you and having a conversation. We ordered from the City kitchen and chose the beef Bulgogi eggrolls to start with. Only two come in order which I was disappointed by so we ended up ordering two orders, but the food was good. Later on in the evening, I also ordered the coconut curry stir fry with chicken. Definitely a hearty dish with great flavor and there are noodles in this. I honestly wish that there would've been more of the curry in it because the noodles soaked up everything so there was really no additional broth or anything in the bowl.

My friend inquired about one of their special event and the chef came to talk to her, he seemed like a very nice guy who cares a lot about his food! I would come back more often if I lived closer!

Our waitress stopped by for drink orders and offered her favorite foods when we asked her for some recommendations. The draft beer was cold and fresh and the BBQ bacon burger was really tasty, with delicious beef and thicker cut crispy bacon. She was on top of everything, keeping our drinks full, checking in at just the right moments, and making us feel truly welcome. Service like that is rare! I do have to go back and try the Reuben because I saw a number of people eating it and it looked really good. Some diners are slipping, but not Joe's Rusty Nail! We stopped by on Saturday around 3pm to specifically use the karaoke room. I called ahead of time…read moreand was told that the karaoke room didn't take reservations and that we just had to show up. When we got there, there was a group in there but we were told it would be a half hour wait. We decided to wait at the bar. It was a little difficult to flag down a bartender. We the played the giant connect four game but out of the two available, one was broken and would just hold the chips in place. After the group got out of the room, it took a while for the staff to clean the room but then we were able to use it. The room's technology wasn't great - when you were using the tablet to pick another song, the screen with the lyrics would sometimes freeze. Additionally, there were two mics but most of the time the one didn't work and the other one required that you stand in certain spots in the room. It was only $15 per hour to use the room but I'm not sure I would come back and use it.

I was really looking forward to trying Shorty's at the Waterfront, but unfortunately our experience…read morewas extremely disappointing. We were visiting from California and were excited to eat here, so we had a few questions about the menu. The Black female employee who helped us was very short and rude when answering our questions, making us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply for asking. To make matters worse, the cups we were given were dirty. When we politely asked for the tab because we no longer felt comfortable staying, she responded by saying, "It's cool, you all can just leave." That level of customer service was shocking. Earlier, she had also rudely asked our group if we could move to another area of the restaurant because they had a large party coming in. We were happy to accommodate the request, but the way it was communicated came across as dismissive and disrespectful. I understand everyone has difficult days, and I always try to give people grace. Throughout the entire interaction, our group remained polite and respectful. We simply wanted to enjoy a good meal while visiting from out of town. I'm genuinely disappointed because we went out of our way to come here based on its reputation, only to leave feeling unwelcome. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness issues and the level of customer service, because no guest should be treated this way.
