WOW - Don't judge a book by its cover! This place has some of the best wings around and the flavors are good - the hottest sauce has flavor and the dry rubs pop in your mouth with taste! This place is confusing as there are multiple ways to get in, one in the bottom outside bar which will take you to the inside bar or you can go tomorrow the right (if you are facing the place) and go up a few steps to the top bar. If you are looking for a place to host a very large party... this place is not for you, but if you want a good drink, good vibes, and good bar food, then this place is definitely for you. Either park on the street or in a large parking lot right now the road. Everyone was extremely friendly and the prices were not bad. We got the nitro dry rub and the psycho wet rub on whole wings and dang they were good. The Italian hoagie had a nice crunch to it from the toast. The buffalo chicken wrap is unique as it is grilled chicken with your choice of sauce (pick from wing flavors) rather than fried chicken - my wife prefers fried but it still had very good flavor. The food was great. Everything from the Cole slaw, wedding soup, wings and pulled pork sliders was full of flavor and multiple levels. The service was awesome. Serving staff was kind and attentive to detail without being "in your space". The atmosphere is fantastic as well. Not too loud and plenty of options to keep you entertained. Short review time! I stopped in late in the evening for a quick bite. I had their homemade chili and was seriously in love. It has great taste and consistency (not soupy at all) and a delicious spice to it. I would rate the spice a 6 on a scale of 1-10. So if you can't do spicy foods, don't get it! I hadn't been to Jigger's in probably 15 years when my husband and I decided to check it out again. I was shocked how packed the place was, only one table in three stories for us! The service was a little slow, but I could tell they were short staffed and our waitress was definitely trying her best. The ltalian I got was really tasty and large. My husband got two types of wings. We really liked the salt and vinegar dry rub, we didn't really like the hot butter garlic. There was a ton of that pre-minced garlic and it just had a weird artificial taste. Overall though everything was good and it's a cool place to hang out. We'll be back soon! read more

So I love this place.... No where I'd rather be besides ppg paints arena for a pens game. The owner, barmaids and patrons are all so friendly. The wings especially are legendary with plenty of dusts and sauces to try, Mississippi mudd being the classic hot sauce and butter base and West Virginia moonshine being the spicier version. Those two are my favorites with hot butter garlic being a close third . Tuesday is the special for 1$ wing dings! My daughter and I ordered the sloppy fries to start. If you've ever been to NPL, this is Jiggers version of NPL lounge fries. These fries tasted good, but I wasn't wild about the nacho cheese they used, and the portion was barely enough for 2. Still, they were enjoyable. How can I give this place 5 stars after that start? Read on, friend. Next we ordered some wings. Out of this world! Big, crispy skin, juicy and tender. They give you 15 or so flavor options. We chose the wannabes. I'd say they were some of the best wings I've ever had. Then we split an Italian hoagie. Once again, spot on. Fresh bun, generous meat. Simply delicious. Again, one of the best I've ever had. I went to Jiggers to try it and thought is was a smoking bar. But they changed to non smoking and I was glad. I had wings and they were very good. My wife had a Rueben and she said it was also very good. We will go back again for sure. read more

Someone told us about Jiggers Pub at a recent family event when we said we like biking on the bike trail in Export. The outside looks a little like a dive if you're just driving by, but it turned out to be a pretty decent nicely kept restaurant with serving on 3 different floors. Lots of TVs for watching March Madness games and pretty busy on a recent Saturday afternoon. We ordered a baloney sandwich (my husband gave a thumbs up), Reuben sandwich and pork quesadillas. Also a good beer list and lots of Irish themed drinks. An extensive wing list, and we got garlic Parmesan which smelled and tasted like fried fish. When we told them they said they hear that a lot, it must be the recipe. So I'd order another kind next time. Also the wait for food was a little long, so probably couldn't make this a weekday lunch stop if you were on a schedule of less than an hour. Other than that a great find in Export. read more

Went to Jiggers last night with my family for wings. I ordered some wings and my 5 year old grandson ordered a burger and fries. Our drink order arrived promptly but that is the last positive thing I can say about this place. After waiting about an hour and a half for our food so I asked the waitress to cancel our food order. She said nothing and left only to return with the manager. I informed the manager that we had been waiting an hour and a half for our food and this was unacceptable and we weren't going to wait any longer. The manager began posturing in an aggressive manner and told me it had only been 1 hr and 20 mins since my order was placed (not an hour and a half). He also informed me that it takes 40 minutes to make wings which is obviously not the case. The manager made no apology or effort to remedy the poor service. I will never go to Jiggers again. read more

I grew up in Export and had always wanted to try Jigger's but just never got there. When I was home for Christmas we got some take out pizzas and wings. Too say I was impressed is putting it lightly. We went to pick them up and I was expecting this dark dive bar. It was bright, clean and decorated nicely. We were greeted by a friendly bartender. Our food wad ready at the time we asked. Stopped in a few times. The wings are great as everyone knows. There are dozens of seasonings. Some dry some wet. My favorite item is the spinach artichoke dip w pita chips. Very good and light if your are not eating heavy. Down stairs bar is more like a man cave with a really cool bar. Abigail the bartender is helpful and pleasant. I have actually been back a few times since my initial review. I usually get wings, on Tuesday nights they have .60 cent wings, so I try to make it out on that night. They have about six different types of dry rubs. The wet sauces are pretty decent. This is a local bar, with local people serving bar food that is inexpensive and decent. read more
