Conveniently located in the hotel next to the bar. . We went the first day for a FIFA match day and it was packed with a 30-40 min wait. They were helpful in getting us a to go order and we ate it at the bar. Went the second day and there was no wait but still got it to go. Don was very helpful in getting us out to go order. Breakfast was perfect. Ambience beautiful with the camel color tufted leather furniture and wonderful potted greenery. MaNae was polite and attentive. Breakfast was such a relaxing experience with the perfect curated music selection. The only reason for one less star is because of the price. Vibes and food were 10/10 at City Hall Bistro. We went for brunch around 9:30 on a Sunday. The restaurant was pretty sparse when we got there, but was full around 11:00 when we left. The overall feel is modern and fresh and there's lots of seating options from bar tops to tables and booths. The coffee was good and the Bloody Mary was decent. I loved the omelette with brisket. I also got to try the pecan french toast and it was phenomenal. Everyone at the table was pleased with their food and everything looked excellent! The only hiccup was the service. When we got there the restaurant was mostly empty. Unfortunately we waited a while to put in drink orders. Then our waiter changed and we waited another long while to order food and were scarcely checked on. A tablemate put in a drink order that never came, and I never got a coffee refill. By the time we left they were swamped and the waiter was apologetic about the forgotten drink. I will always give staff the benefit of the doubt but it was noteworthy during our trip, unfortunately. I would definitely come back, but might aim for a less busy time. read more

Very surprised this restaurant has 4 stars. To begin, the food is beyond mediocre. Very comparable to a fast food chain like ihop. Our food came out cold, and simply nothing to write home about. Also, the coffee was very bitter. The prices definitely do not reflect quality- very very overpriced for low quality food. Additionally, our waitress was nowhere to be found for upwards of 25 mins after we finished our meal. We had to snag a different waitress just to get our checks. And to make it worse, there is an added 20% gratuity to all checks- even if you are one person per check. Makes it feel like the servers abuse this with poor service because they know they will get tipped anyway. Beyond disappointed in our experience here and would not recommend. read more

Breakfast was decent and satisfied our appetite for a continental breakfast, a cold brew, and iced latte. Food came out quick and service was impeccable. The server was super nice and was fairly attentive to our needs. The size of the entree was very filling. Only con I have was our inability to get ahold of the restaurant..I had called several times prior to try to place a pickup order, and also still could not get thru from the main hotel desk transferring my phone call over. Having to go there to eat slightly changed our plans with this situation. Otherwise, this is a solid breakfast spot that would meet the needs of a quick in and out meal. read more

Great food and service, the hotel itself is very nice and you can tell there is a lot of history associated with it. The City Hall Bistro is the perfect restaurant for this location which adds to the overall ambiance. Johnny was my server, he was quick and very attentive. Exemplary service, delicious food, lovely atmosphere... eight of us enjoyed omelettes, waffles, bread baskets, egg sandwiches, eggs, potatoes, specialty coffees, teas... the vegetarians in our group were able to make substitutions for the meats, and our vegan had delightful choices. The littles were given the choice of regular glasses or covered plastic ones with their coloring children's menus.
