I love this interesting location of a restaurant. It was located in the center of the market, so you could people watch or decide to come last minute if they aren't too busy. You could choose to dress up or come casual. The service was great. Many waiters tended to us, so we would not want for anything. The focaccia bread was SOOO yummy we could have ordered 3 of those and been fine haha. The cacio e Pepe was yummy and flavorful like Parmesan, plenty of sauce. I will say the pastas were al dente (which I think is actually the norm in Italy), just not what we are used to! The texture of the Cacio e Pepe was a bit tougher than the truffle pasta my husband ordered. His food was so good and truffly! He spared some truffle to go on my pasta since they loaded it up. The tiramisu was soooo yummy but just wish there was more cake! Drinks were good but really sweet. Overall yummy and we'd be back to try something different! :)

Absolutely fresh and delicious. I had the Mallereddus Alla Campedanese. The sauce is basically like Bolognese but uses sausage only. Wonderful. Fast service. Nice seating at the bar counter.

We visited around 3pm on Sunday, perhaps during an off-hour, but the experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the host told us there would be a 20-minute wait despite several empty tables. Shortly after, the shift manager said it would only be a 5-minute wait. Once seated, no one came to our table for over 10 minutes. When I finally ordered a glass of wine and a pasta dish, the wine that was poured for tasting was clearly off--both in color and taste. I requested a replacement. After waiting more than 20 minutes, my food arrived, and I could immediately tell something wasn't right by the smell. I tried one clam, and it was inedible. I honestly don't understand how the chef was comfortable sending out that dish. And this area is in the middle of eataly, the atmosphere is similar to cafeteria.

A wonderful experience at Il Pastaio di Eataly. Was hoping to get some oysters but it was my fault for coming late on a holiday weekend. Waitress recommended mussels instead and they were quite pleasant. A little heavy on the butter but that's how we like it right?! Also how could you go wrong with some prosciutto and arugula on flatbread alongside some fresh burrata and mozzarella? It was nice to be able to side down and get all of these things in one place. I would have tried a pasta but I'm currently on keto. I strongly suggest you do though because they all sounded amazing! A little on the pricey side but otherwise friendly service, in a casual ambiance dead center in the middle of Eataly - what more could you ask for?

We've eaten at every dining setting in the Eataly here in Dallas many times, and I must say this was by far the best experience we've ever had here! Eduardo was a phenomenal server! Everything he recommended was by far the best food and beverage we've dined on here! Eduardo did not miss a beat! We will definitely be back and request him as our server. When someone told us they'd finished the coffee service, Eduardo went and made me a cappuccino himself! Amazing!

This place has a great, relaxed vibe for hanging out with friends and enjoying a nice glass of wine at the wine bar. Our bartender, Brendan, was amazing; he interacted with us and recommended some excellent wines. He also suggested some sushi options since we were discussing it. If you're shopping around North Park Center, stop by, grab a glass, and enjoy some people-watching!

One of my favorite things to do is to stop at the little wine bar inside eataly and grab a glass of wine after some shopping. The servers are very knowledgeable and have a good sense of Italian wines. Brendan was our server and he helped us find a good wine with good value too! The atmosphere is great with a mix of folks enjoying a date night, catching up with a friend, or taking a shopping break. These kind of places are my favorite cause you have a great experience while also drinking delicious wine!

My friend and I sat at the food station bar where they make all of the apples, salads and pastas...FUN TO WATCH THE ACTION! Our server, Daniel, was excellent. We had a couple of "hiccups" that were easily resolved. Wonderful food. Don't miss this gem!

The fresh pasta is amazing, the location of the tables are in the center of the Eataly Market so this part of the three restaurants is smaller and open but still nice. The service was great, everyone was so kind and knowledgeable of the menu. Drinks were also really good and cute!

Prosciutto e focaccia appetizer. 20 year aged prosciutto, amazing cheese, fresh focaccia, arugula tossed in olive oil.

I sat at the marble bar with a glass of excellent Pinot Grigio and a light lunch - I just got the prosciutto e focaccia appetizer, which is perfect! I won't lie, this place is pricey. You're paying for the name and the ambiance, for sure. However! Every once in a while, I highly suggest this splurge. On a random Tuesday afternoon, Eataly isn't super crowded and the servers (mine was actually Italian!) are attentive and helpful. It made for a great experience. The guy next to me ordered a mussels and homemade pasta dish that looked amazing; he raved about it. The thing is, everything is literally being made right in front of you. The bread, pasta, etc. it's a fun place to people watch and see how things are made. Their ingredients are either made in-house or imported directly from Italy. It's AMAZING. Quality ingredients = worth the higher price tag, in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

The chicken quesadilla ravioli with chipotle cream, yum! The chicken gorgonzola with walnuts ravioli, which I served with my simple recipe of brown butter balsamic sauce. We also dropped off a lasagna with Bolognese sauce and the chicken divine to some family members and a chicken spaghetti to a neighbor who is on the mend. These casseroles also received raved reviews! Holy Ravioli, thanks for making our tastebuds dance! oxo

It truly feels like you've stepped into a legit Italian market. It's packed--in a good way--but be prepared to rub elbows while you shop. If you don't have social anxiety, it's all part of the experience. We met another couple there for sandwiches, and they absolutely delivered. I had the Italian beef, which was delicious--but definitely spicy. I even asked for light peppers and it still brought some heat. So fair warning: if you're sensitive to spice, you might want to pivot to something else. My wife has been missing New Orleans, so she went with the muffaletta. Let's just say it was a much cheaper solution than flying her to the Big Easy. No gumbo on the menu, but the sandwich hit the spot. After we ate, we did a little shopping and grabbed some fresh Italian ingredients imported straight from Italy--which is always a win in my book. Great food, great vibe, and a true Dallas institution. We'll definitely be back.

SERVICE: At…read moreapproximately 6:15pm on Thursday, March 5, 2026, we stopped by Il Bracco. The restaurant was very full, and we only planned to quickly grab a decaf cappuccino and some bread at the bar. I am 36 weeks pregnant. There was one open seat at the bar, and the two people sitting on either side were with other guests and did not appear to be leaving anytime soon. I asked the gentleman who had just stood up if he had closed his tab, and he confirmed that he had. Based on that, and the hostess directing us toward the bar, I sat down while my partner stood next to me. When we went to order a cappuccino, the male bartender immediately told us the bar had a waitlist and that the seat was "reserved." There was no reserved sign, and the guest had literally just vacated the seat. I explained that I was only grabbing a quick cappuccino and would not be there long. I even said, "No problem, I won't be here long," and made my intentions clear. Instead of working with that, he told me he would have to ask me to get up. I would have been perfectly happy to move once the party arrived or if the seat was actually needed. However, the interaction was handled abruptly and without basic courtesy or flexibility. What makes this more disappointing is that we had actually enjoyed the restaurant a few nights earlier. During that visit, Ashley took care of us and she was an absolute gem--warm, attentive, and exactly what great hospitality should feel like. I would highly recommend sitting with her. I had even met one of the investors during that visit. While I don't frequent Il Bracco regularly, I do know many people in the Dallas hospitality industry, including owners and operators, and situations like this are exactly the kinds of service breakdowns we discuss so they can avoid them in their own restaurants. Unfortunately, after this interaction, I will not be returning. The bartender's approach to guest interaction and basic hospitality needs serious attention. Good luck guys!

However, the quality has changed significantly in the last few years it seems. I was here with my partner yesterday before we went shopping. We've both worked in the service and food industry, so I'm just hoping I can highlight some constructive feedback. I want to emphasize that while the ingredient quality has taken a downward shift, the staff is still on point (i do have some feedback for our waiter but I will get back to this) -The mixed drinks were perfect. Presentation was nice and they were well balanced - despite the lackluster ingredient quality, I can tell that whomever was in the kitchen was doing the best with what they had. I am gluten free, and usually when ordering pasta somewhere they come out mushy. However, my noodles were cooked to perfection, same with my chicken. There was just something about the sauce that tasted like it wasn't fresh, which tells me that the ingredient quality is going down. This isn't the fault of the kitchen staff-- this is a corporate issue, and I will not fault them for that. - the bread was entirely too salty for every day folks. Look, I love salt, I crave salt, but my partner said it was like biting into a salt lick. I tasted the butter and it was almost too salty for my taste, which tells me it's too salty for most people. - my partner ordered the wagyu stuffed shells. I have the same feedback for the sauce that I gave for my sauce before-- it just wasn't fresh. There was something about it that was just not reflective of my previous experiences with Maggiano's. The meat was incredibly greasy and overall it was just not visually appetizing. In terms of taste, the description said "spicy" and it definitely wasn't spicy or even close. My partner just described an overabundance of onion flavor. - In terms of our waiter, she was nice enough, but I did notice a pattern I'd like to address. We saw the wait staff that day- making rotations, circling the dining area and checking on their tables. However, we didn't notice this with our waitress. In fact, any time we asked for anything it took 20min before we would see her again. For example, it took 20 minutes after we received our bread before we received water. We were seated right after another party and they received drinks, their food, and bill before we even saw our appetizer. They were being attended by a different waiter, which tells me there is room for improvement. -Our total bill with tip came out to about $135 dollars. I don't mind paying good money for food, but for the quality the price is a bit insulting. I understand that things are getting more expensive lately, I really do. However, as a long time customer I wouldn't mind if your prices increased if it meant retaining your quality. Otherwise, i may as well go elsewhere in the meantime.
