From the time I walked in until I ended my quick lunch I was catered to and cared for. The food was delicious and lite (necessary for my long day ahead), my drink was well made and the service was excellent. I let them know that I had to get back to a meeting and I had a limited amount of time to dine but had heard wonderful things about Ciclo and just had to try it out. They accommodated my time constraints without sacrificing quality in food or service. Totally recommend and I can't wait to have a longer visit next time!
Each year, my husband and I participate in Lent by giving up something meaningful, such as meat and desserts. Lent is a 40-day period of spiritual preparation for Easter, beginning on Ash Wednesday (symbolizing the need for repentance) and ending before Easter. Its main goals are reflection, repentance, and renewal. After observing Lent, our treat was brunch at Ciclo (Four Seasons Hotel). Ciclo hosted Easter Brunch and an Easter Egg hunt including the hotel's lake-level ballroom. The celebration included live music and lawn activities for hotel and brunch guests. The brunch included a cold buffet, hot buffet, carving station, benedict station, and dessert buffet. You also could order customized omelets from your table. Ciclo's brunch features gluten-free and vegetarian choices. OMG...the Four Season's Hotel and Ciclo restaurant looked as though a lush bright flowered garden had been quietly grown there. Flowers spilled over every surface from the hotel's entrance to the Ciclo restaurant out onto the patio. The floral arrangements were stunning. They also served as a beautiful backdrop for photos. In addition, we ran into ole friends at brunch, which was a pleasant surprise. The standout for us was the lamb chops (one of my favorites) and callosal-sized shrimp. The sweet potatoes and ham were memorable as well with perfectly spiced sweet potatoes. All desserts were good today, however, the Oreo cheesecake and sugar cookies were the highlights. Our server was so attentive and pleasant. Also, Abribal, the restaurant manager, came over to inquire about dining experience. Such excellent service... Dining a Ciclo today was superb! It was fantastic end to our Lenton season.
Ciclo is hidden in the Four Seasons hotel and I wish I had known about it sooner. I started off with the ceviche. It had the right about of acidity and it was well balanced with the mango. For my main course, I had the salmon. It was absolutely delicious. It had texture and bold flavor. I love the granola and the roe with it. For the sides, I had the potatoes three ways and the carrots. The potatoes were tasty. I loved the complexity of the whipped potatoes and the crisp potatoes on top. The carrots were perfectly cooked and sweet. I told the waiter I was celebrating my birthday there and he was kind enough to bring out the chocolate mousse. It wasn't overly sweet and it paired well with the raspberry chocolate that came with it. Overall, I had a great dining experience and I would definitely return for dinner again.
Had an amazing experience at Ciclo. We were in town with friends attending an event. For some it was a return visit and they could not speak highly enough. Outstanding service provided by the staff. Denis was our tables primary attendant. He is super. He provides impeccable customer service which makes your experience even better. The garden backdrop to the restaurants decor is a perfect pairing. Our meals were excellent. We shared the Tomahawk in addition to our individual dishes. My salmon entree was really good. I'm calling it premium surf and turf. Great night with friends and dinner. Ciclo did not disappoint. Well done.
Food is always outstanding at this place, the menu changed a bit recently and that was refreshing. The service is also outstanding and the waiting staff is very well trained to tend to all of the guests needs. The ambiance is nice, dim lights but you can still read the menu and it's also kid friendly. They had a display for Christmas going out outside that I was able to check out, and an ice rink. Very cute and entertaining. The only thing about this place is threat bathroom location, to access it you have to exit the restaurant and go across the hall to access it, minor inconvenience.
Ate dinner & breakfast here and we got to have Grace as our hostess both times! Grace is so sweet! Breakfast with Edwin & YuHee the wonderful servers who got our kids crazy order exactly the way they wanted to try it and they loved it!! Order the Wagyu tomahawk chop extra rare bc it's served on a 500 degree salt block and is so freaking delicious!!!! Flambéed table side and we could cook each piece to our liking on the salty slab. I seared the heck out of crunchy fat cap pieces and it was salty crispy juicy pure joy in my mouth. Wonderful service! Beautiful space! Best breakfast dish I've ever had: French toast with macadamia butter (freshly ground macadamias in butter) vanilla butter and maple syrup. bacon was so good. Great great restaurant!
Outstanding dinner at a corporate vendor event. We ordered three Flambéed Texas Wagyu Tomahawk steaks and split it for a table of twelve. The meal with assorted side was utterly amazing. What a treat!! Our waiter was very good and they handled a group of twelve with ease!
For our splurge dinner in Austin, we booked Ciclo, a Latin American seafood-steakhouse place located in the bottom level of the Four Seasons. My wife loves seafood, and the other reason we chose Ciclo was for the grilled octopus, which our son ate the night before at Ezov. Ciclo also sports a pretty big kid's menu as well. They also serve breakfast and brunch. The restaurant is gorgeous and has an even pretty outdoor patio with stringed lights and well-maintained gardens. The food and service were both exceptional, and I'm not saying that since one of the friendly waiters looks like he could bench 500-lbs. You have to watch out for appetizers and sides since they can fill you up quickly: * Rosemary Popovers with Eggplant Dip are worth getting - crispy, fluffy, and savory. * Sweet corn empanadas have a nice savory cheesy filling with that sweet corn but its definitely very filling with that thick, crispy crust. * Potato three ways are a creative mix of whipped potatoes and chips, and maybe a third variation I missed. Again, a bit heavy so be sure to share. * Grilled asparagus is definitely worth getting - plump and healthy. * Yes Spanish Grilled Octopus was even better than the one from Ezov, but our son refused to try it. Toddlers and their picky appetite - SMH. For the entrees * Kid's Chicken Quesadilla (extra cheese) and fried were superb, and was a dish even adults can enjoy. Everything served piping hot and so crispy. * Sakura Pork chop was a bone-on cut was cooked perfectly. * The absolute best dish was the Mariscos Macho - a seafood lover's dream with large pieces of seabass, yucca, whole tomatoes, and even more of that awesome octopus. It had a small amount of broth so its literally a dish to be enjoyed using fork, and not some soupy cioppino or fishermen stew with tiny morsels of seafood. * Definitely save room for dessert - highly recommend the passionfruit tart for some noce balance of sweet and tart.
We were pleasantly surprised that for a hotel restaurant the prices were fairly reasonable. The food and service were great. Their outdoor area is gorgeous and would have been lovely if the weather was better. The sweet corn empanadas were yum.
WOW. The service and food were incredible. I actually got lost trying to find the place at first, but it's tucked one floor down from the lobby at the Four Seasonsworth.. The hamachi tiradito was on the smaller side (as expected), but it was packed with that classic Nikkei flavor. The Cusco chicken, though... insane. Huge portion, ridiculously flavorful, and I could honestly drink the sauce. My server, Jon, was unbelievably kind and attentive. I don't think I've ever had someone go above and beyond like that. Can't wait to come back.
The place is nice. Inside the 4 seasons hotel so we expected lavish and got it. Looks like a great place to visit in the spring with its outdoor seating and welcoming aesthics. The service was OK. We felt forgotten at a point and that made us pay closer attention rather than just be in the moment. We ordered the Caesar salad, tomato & burrata salad, filet mignon, smoked ribeye, mushrooms & lobster Mac and cheese. The filet mignon was good. The smoked ribeye was too smokey. It seemed like the smoke of an old fashioned. The temp and cut were great though. Just too smokey. The Mushrooms were great. With the lobster Mac and cheese, noodles were perfect but the cheese was too loose for my liking. The lobster part was sweet and not dried. I wish there was more lobster throughout rather than a few pieces on top..The drinks were great. We had the white cranberry Cosmo and the living spirit. Overall this was not what we expected for what we paid but I'm sure others really enjoyed it & by the looks of it, this is a happening spot.
Ambiance: 5/5: We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful view and weather. It was a very calm brunch experience. Service: 4/5: Our waiter was nice and checked on us often. Food: 3/5: The food was ok. Nothing mind-blowing, but it wasn't bad. We ordered the enchiladas, which weren't spicy at all, the pancakes, and the chicken & waffles. Portions were pretty small. Definitely overpriced. Could probably grab same items at a different brunch spot for way cheaper and tastier. Drinks: 3/5: Ordered a carajillo and it was fine. If you want a calm restaurant with a nice view this is your spot. Other than that don't really recommend it.
Fantastic Sunday brunch at Ciclo! The crab eggs Benedict and prime rib were both delicious, and the service from Gihvon, Ava, Liz, and Seth was exceptional as always. One of the best brunch spots around!
We booked Ciclo for lunch right after our courthouse wedding, and they truly made the day feel so special! When we arrived, we were seated right away. After looking at the menu, we realized that a few of the dishes we had seen online and were excited to try were only available during weekday lunch. We were a little disappointed, but the staff went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Our server was incredibly sweet and brought us champagne to celebrate. Then the chef personally came out and surprised us with waffle entrées for each of us, followed by dessert. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected! Our server even took us outside afterward and took photos of us to help us remember the day. We left feeling so taken care of and genuinely impressed by the hospitality. Of course we made sure to leave a good tip, and we'll absolutely be coming back to try dinner or weekday lunch next time. Thank you, Ciclo, for making our courthouse wedding day even more memorable! read more
Had a return trip to Ciclo. Had hibiscus tea and a Hippie salad. Kai was a greater server. Food was well prepared and healthy. There is indoor and patio seating. Decor is nice! Loved the festive game day lobby. Even with parking validation at Ciclo, parking was $15. Walk if you can! Great experience!! read more

Ciclo is really good! Went there after getting engaged and it was beautiful sitting outside. You get a nice view of the walking trail and water and a view of any of the installations the hotel has up. The staff is very friendly and prompt. We didn't wait long for our food at all. I think this is a good option if you're looking for a "lowkey" brunch spot. What I Got: - Chicken and Waffles: This was yummy! The chicken doesn't have the taste of traditional fried chicken but it was very good. The waffle is cut in half, so you get half a waffle and two chicken breasts. It was filling and I didn't finish feeling stuffed. - Hippie Salad: This was really good! I got my salmon made well-done and it was cooked to perfection. The salad was light and still hearty at the same time with the added protein from the fish and chickpeas. I believe there is some type of vinegarette on top, not sure. Either way it was 10/10. read more

We started with the Fredericksburg Roasted Peaches Salad (GF) baby spinach + cranberries + red apple + goat cheese + spiced pecan & honey dressing, which we ordered another one as it was so phenomenal. We wanted one with our entrées as well. The corn empanadas were good but the Tuna Tostada (GF, DF) sesame-guajillo sauce + fresno emulsion + pearl onion + crispy leek + cilantro was the most excellent For dinner we had the steak tartare along with several of the fillets. Not only were the steaks cooked to perfection. The garlic served on top of them, and the béarnaise sauce was just the icing on the cake. The sides were excellent, although the mashed potatoes were overworked and sloppy as in soupy. However, the fingerling potatoes and brussels sprouts meet us forget about the mashed potatoes. Beverages in service were outstanding. This is always one of my favorite places in Austin. read more
Solid breakfast menu. Pricing on par for what you would expect at a Four Seasons (not cheap, but quality is high). My pancake duo was delicious and well made. Bacon was crispy and comes 4 to an offer. Staff are courteous, but service was pretty slow this morning. Coffee is also pricy but decent. All in all, not a bad option for breakfast if you don't want to or don't have time to leave the property. read more
I came here on vacation with two of my friends. We sat on the patio (which was gorgeous) and ordered from their brunch menu. We ordered vanilla lattes, the ceviche, steak, and pancakes. The food was amazing!!! Our server Edwin was so nice and gave great service! One of the better servers that has waited on us in Austin! I was also pleasantly surprised by a surprise birthday desert with chocolates and a cupcake!! Edwin was awesome! read more

SERVICE: 5 STARS. We had the best time at Ciclo for our fur baby's birthday. You read that right, FUR BABY'S BIRTHDAY! Our waiter, Benjamin, was THE absolute sweetest and best. He truly made our experience memorable and one we'll never forget. Benjamin was attentive to not only us, but our little guy as well. He came in with a plate of beautiful donut cookies and fresh water with ice cubes served in a stainless steel bowl, without even asking! FOOD: 3 STARS. Sadly, Ciclo doesn't have much to offer for breakfast, and everything is incredibly overpriced. I would suggest coming for the beautiful patio views and exceptional service. read more
Located inside of the four seasons we dined here for the brunch buffet. Expect an upscale dining experience with great vibes and service. Only downside for the brunch they only offer the buffet and the menu isn't available during brunch. You get just about everything on the buffet from your traditional breakfast items, prime rib, steak, lamb, potatoes, pasta, and non traditional items as well. There is also an eggs Benedict station too. Service is top notch, great food, and a beautiful patio that overlooks the lake for a great vibe. Prices are a little expensive but that is to be expected dining at the four seasons. Also they have a wide variety of dessert options and they were all great. My personal favorite was the chocolate peanut butter mousse with the peanut butter cup on top. A great spot to get brunch at for a special occasion read more

Ciclo is actually a restaurant in the Four Seasons which I did not know until I got there. Needless to say, it was very niceee and the impeccable service started from the moment my Uber driver arrived at the hotel. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance. Very romantic and dark but the outside had the real view. You can see the gorgeous water. Our waitress was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. We ended up getting a couple appetizers and they were so kind to give us an extra one on the house. We got the signature house bread(10/10), sweet corn empanadas(9/10) and the pork belly Mac n cheese(10/10). The highlight for me though was the lamb! I got medium and it came perfect. Very tender and flavorful, I would most definitely come here again just to have it! read more
One of the best brunch buffets in Austin! Delicious cold selections and desserts. All displayed beautifully! The selections are not plentiful but what they do have is exquisite. I enjoyed the lamb chops the most! The sushi was decent and not upscale sushi restaurant quality but it was truly nice to have it as a selection. We highly recommend this place for its outstanding service. The staff is always friendly. It's one of my favorite places to eat at for brunch! Live music available during certain weekends. read more

Fabulous. Went alone for a dining experience in Austin on a weekend getaway. Ciclo showed up on my search for steak and $$ pricing was promised on OpenTable (I did make a reservation). Didn't realize it was in the Four Seasons; you have to travel a short distance through the hotel down a staircase to get there. Attire was fine dining, but I wasn't treated any differently wearing nice jeans, leather boots, and fleece. Service (Nick) was attentive, kind, welcomed me in. The food was phenomenal. The house rolls are legendary, a skillet of four with a side of butter and honey. Recommended you eat 1-2 before dinner and save some for desert. Hickory smoked ribeye (medium rare) was perfect, subtle on the hickory not overpowering at all, came with a sweet garlic round to squeeze on top (optional), a side of BBQ sauce and sprinkling salt. Whipped potatoes complement very well, crispy brussels were also delicious. Paired with a red cab sauv blend. Final kindness was a dessert, chocolate-covered ice cream bon bons, ice cream sourced from a local shop down the street. Dark chocolate center. Paired excellently with the red wine. Forces you to slow down, as the ice cream comes very cold in a glass over smoking dry ice. WILL be returning! read more

An Austin Must at the Four Seasons! Food: This restaurant has great food and good drinks. The food ranges but they have a little bit of everything for everyone. They have a solid lunch and great dinner. I enjoy the Poke Bowl but I loved the new Toast Del Mar for lunch. Service: We have been here several times and every time the staff has been amazing. Four Seasons sets the standard for hospitality and their Ciclo does not disappoint. We enjoyed our server, Alix, who made our lunch amazing. She was knowledgeable to the menu and made great recommendations. Ambiance: The property in general is the best in the city. THE BEST Tomahawk steak experience is at Ciclo! A House Signature Experience, the 45oz steak was wheeled out to our table side on a huge slab of Himalayan pink salt for a unique one of a kind presentation. We watched the chef prepare our steak with garlic & herbs, pour tequila over the top, and light it on fire. He removed the bone, sliced the steak and served it sizzling on the salt slab. Phenomenal! Melt in your mouth medium rare, by far the best steak we have ever had! Potatoes & asparagus sides paired perfectly, the Potatoes Three ways were amazing! I scraped the bowl clean! Dessert was delicious & fun, The Tres Leches was served dusted in gold with a sweet cream vile to pour over the top and a wooden mallet to crack the sugar dome! 9/10 - Sweet Corn Empanadas - Bone-in Ribeye and a Lamb Chops with a side of Whipped Yukon Potatoes and Pork Belly Mac & Cheese - Watermelon Basil Margarita and a Hibiscus Gin Martini This fine dining experience is located in the Four Seasons Hotel so you would never notice it walking by. But I highly recommend you find you way here as the food is amazing. Everything we had did not disappoint and I have no complaints. Our waiter was also very lovely as well, and personally made your drinks himself. So what are you waiting for? Make your way to this lowkey spot and enjoy a good meal with some good vibes. Ciclo was a great experience for our party of 6 (including a toddler). We came in for an early dinner and were treated to excellent service from start to finish by our waiter John. He was super nice and explained the menu well while providing some recommendations we took for the apps. I got the short ribs which just fell apart. Others in the group got the filet, ribeye, and salmon, all to rave reviews. It was a little pricey but you're in a Four Seasons so that's to be expected. Great spot for a fancy dinner or if you're staying at the hotel you have to check it out for a meal. Will definitely be back to try some more apps and entrees. read more

We had our rehearsal dinner here a couple of weeks ago and it was OUTSTANDING. My husband and I were greeted with champagne and amazing service. The food was delicious, timely and well thought out. We were a party of 20 and all of food came out together, hot and ready for us to indulge. If you go, you need to try their bread and butter with honey...to die for. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. read more
A Sunday brunch at Ciclo at Four Seasons is always an awesome experience for special events! We came here for a friend's birthday and a post Friendsgiving celebration! The ambiance was festive, the food spread was fun, fresh and delicious! The service is always attentive and efficient. It can be a pricey brunch with $78/ person as the base & then add alcoholic drinks, taxes and tip. But, for a special event, quite worth it! read more

Service was amazing. All the staff were attentive. We got the tomahawk steak and the presentation by staff was both creative and informative. Food is immaculate. We sat outdoors and it's airy and ambiance is very relaxing. read more
