Guess it must be the inflation dough kicking in. Donuts were nice and fluffy and they have a drive thru! Reminds me of another nearby spot not too far (hint). I didn't have a chance to check out their entire menu but I saw drinks as well. Maybe next time on the beverages. Service was quick as I used the drive thru to get to a meeting. My kids enjoyed sine as well. Donuts with marshmallows!! I needed a hot chocolate or milk to dip it in. Lot of options here, just be sure to bring your dough.

It appeared to be an employee chatting with coworkers at the window while I waited. After several minutes, I slowly inched forward, and only then did the conversation finally end. When I got to the window, the employee who had taken my order told me she had forgotten my order and asked me to repeat it. I ordered an iced coffee and a chocolate glazed donut. While preparing my drink, coffee dripped all over the outside of the cup, and I had to ask the employee to wipe it off before handing it to me. Then I had to ask for a straw because it had been forgotten. When it was time to pay, I realized I never received my donut, and the cashier said she hadn't heard that part of my order. After finally getting my donut, I noticed there were no napkins in the bag, but by then I was just ready to leave. As I drove away, all I could think was, "Please do better." I understand everyone has an off day, but this wasn't just one mistake--it was a series of avoidable issues, combined with employees appearing more interested in socializing than serving the only customer waiting in the drive-thru.
