The biggest issue is the consistent "cold foam tax." I pay the extra $1.00 for cold foam every single time I visit, and every single time the drink is handed to me without it. It's reached the point where I have to double-check my order and ask them to fix it before I leave. If you're going to charge a premium for add-ons, you should actually provide them. On top of the order accuracy issues, the drive-thru management is a mess. On my last visit, I was told at the speaker that they were "too busy" and that I had to come inside to order. If the drive-thru is open, it should be functional. Once inside, the staff seemed overwhelmed and were out of basic staples like eggs. There were only 2 people inside when they told me they are "too busy" for drive thru orders. Unless you have extra time to go inside and double-check that you're actually getting what you paid for, I'd skip this location.
