Donut Capital is located on Valley blvd. and they do offer parking. When I'm in the area and need a quick pick up for lunch this is my spot. My order always consists of their ham and turkey sandwich. Its tastes fresh and the price is right. I have also try their ham and cheese croissant and that is always delicious. There is always something about a croissant at a donut spot that is so yummy. I'm not sure if its the big croissant the size of your face or the melty cheesy goodness inside once you tear it apart. When I arrived, there is always a couple of people waiting to order but I can always get in and out pretty quickly. All the staff are really nice. Nice ladies working here in the morning! They're welcoming and very efficient. Price is affordable for all item too. Donuts are always fresh and big. Never a bad option. Ham n cheese & w/ jalapeno is always ready + you can ask to heat up. The other croissant sandwiches may look empty in display but they can make for you. Coffee is always freshly brewed. Who knew one can get a bomba$$ breakfast chorizo burrito at a donut shop. This is my go to spot when I need to get breakfast on the run. Their chorizo burrito is sooooo good, greasy & cheesy. Trust me, it's good! My other go to is their egg and cheese bagel with mayo, so plain yet flavorful, I think they put soy sauce in the eggs. I used to come here often for the milk tea due to their great prices Used to have great service, the old man and the kid. 4 milk teas for about 5$ BEWARE: they have raised their prices. Today I got 4 milk teas paid about 11$ They charge extra for card transactions. New lady that works here is RUDE Honestly I would come for the milk teas affordability. That is no longer the case. The prices have been raised but quality has not. Taste is not as great as other milk tea competitions. So really no point in coming back. While trying to kill time as I waited for my oil change, I noticed the donut and sandwich that I usually passed by on my way to my usual chipotle binge was within walking distance. Curious, I walked in and decided to get something light, a small sandwich would do, right? How wrong I was, it was a pretty big panini sandwich hot off the grill. I ordered from the incredibly nice lady a teriyaki chicken sandwich with added avocado and jalopenos, thinking that It'd be a quick messy affair. Instead, it was more than that. Savory, meaty, a little bit of kick from the jalopenos, and most importantly CRUNCHY. I LOVED IT. BTW, remember that it's also a donut place too! And another tip, if you're eating alone, bring cash as a purchase needs to be over 10 dollars in order to be charged with a card. Under 10 and you'll pay. 65 cents. I have not visited this establishment in El Monte, but I have been a regular customer at Donut Capital in the city of Paramount, Ca. Since I live within 1/2 mile away. The staff who are Bo, Kimberly and Kim are very pleasant and easy to speak to. Their merchandise is very similar to what I've seen in the picture of the El Monte store. Their pastries, sandwiches and the wide assortment of beverages they have would satisfy the majority of most if not all of the customers that come in. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who likes to deal with this type of business. The only thing I would have wished for is more room for customers to eat inside since it only have enough space to accommodate only 8 people to sit. The absolute worst I've ever experienced. Terrible, simply terrible customer service. It's evident that This company cares more about money than an actual customer. I hate to be that person, but my experience at this location with some employee name, Stephanie, has to be addressed immediately. Not only was I belittled, disrespected, overcharged but also discriminated. I ordered a total of four smoothies. I wanted a smoothie with boba and this lady tells me i can't get whip cream on it. What smoothie does not come with whip??? I'm already paying extra just for the boba itself. Why would the drink not come complete. I am a regular customer here and this is the first time I had this issue. Stephanie continued to argue with me stating that she'll go broke if she adds whip to my smoothie. She then continued to yell at me regarding the whip cream and how I "need to read their menu properly before ordering". She implied I was blind and couldn't read a simple menu. I'm not about to argue over whip so I simply asked for my money back. The smoothies are all watery and disgusting at this point. This lady continues to argue with me over whip cream. It's extremely ridiculous. She was then asked to remake the smoothie by her manager. Stephanie grabbed my smoothie and just dumped it into another cup. Absolutely revolting. Boba all the way on top (all soggy) and a centimeter of whip on top. Two employees had to go to the back and "remake" my drink. That's major red flags if i'm being sincere. I think it's safe to assume that after confronting this lady about the whip , she probably did something to my drink because of how mad she was. It took her a while to get my drink to me. She simply dumped my original drink into a new cup and added whip. It shouldn't have took that long. She was rude and was not wearing gloves. Something has to be done about this situation this should not be normalized. I wasn't getting my meal free. I'm paying for this and this is how i'm treated. They couldn't remake my smoothie nor give me my refund. After ten minutes of listening to this lady insult me, my smoothies have become watery and inedible. Everything ended up being tossed. This is absolutely ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and go to any other donut shop because trust me, this one is not worth it. These people are insanely disrespectful. read more

I only had a great experience with the young lady taking orders and the kind man. But this employee named Stephanie with glasses was so rude to me i asked for a smoothie with boba and she proceeded to raise her voice to me and said "do you see here only this (slushy) has boba do you see it" even though in previous visits I got a blueberry blast smoothie with whip cream AND boba and i also had a pomegranate smoothie WITH boba and whipped cream. If it wasn't for the kind employee who asked her to give me the whipped cream along with the boba i wouldn't have had the drink i so badly wanted. Lots of things to try out; had a nice BBQ chicken sandwich and my mom and sis shared a yogurt for $5 with any toppings, and they liked it.
