However, on a weekend morning, we were able to get parking no problem. OD has both limited indoor and outdoor seating. It appears to be in an old Weinerschnitzle building. On our visit there were some sketchy people outside including one man apparently sleeping it off at a table outside. Comparable to other local mom and pop donut shops, there is a glass case with donuts and limited other items, breakfast sandwiches, and burritos. We got an apple fritter and a chocolate cake donut with peanuts. The apple fritter was super huge, but thin and not as dense as Uncle Joes or Rosemead donuts. The quality was good. The cake donut was comparable to elsewhere. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and efficient enough. In comparison, Uncle Joes (UJ) and Rosemead Donuts (RD) have comparable quality to Olympic Donuts (OD). However, OD has the best parking and RD the worst and OD has the sketchiest neighborhood and UJ's the best. On the whole UJ is the best, RD second best, and OD comes in third. If you are in the area and can deal with any sketchy people that might be around, OD is worth a try, otherwise, just go to UJ to deal with less parking hassles than RD and less strange people than OD.
