Overcharged and Underserved. I come here at least 3x a week. Usually around 9:30 so it's nothing like the morning rush. Yet, I always have issues. The biggest issue is the consistent "cold foam tax." I pay the extra $1.00 for cold foam every single time I visit, and every single time the drink is handed to me without it. It's reached the point where I have to double-check my order and ask them to fix it before I leave. If you're going to charge a premium for add-ons, you should actually provide them. On top of the order accuracy issues, the drive-thru management is a mess. On my last visit, I was told at the speaker that they were "too busy" and that I had to come inside to order. If the drive-thru is open, it should be functional. Once inside, the staff seemed overwhelmed and were out of basic staples like eggs. There were only 2 people inside when they told me they are "too busy" for drive thru orders. Unless you have extra time to go inside and double-check that you're actually getting what you paid for, I'd skip this location. read more

This Dunkin was clean and bright, but the employees seemed lost. We ordered through the app, and drinks took awhile. Maybe 2-3 cars in drive through but no one inside. After waiting a few minutes we inquired about our drinks. And she asked our names and rushed to make them. We got all of our drinks in like 2 mins. Which I thought wow! They are good. Overall, great experience I don't come here often actually hardly ever, but was really craving an iced coffee. The guy at the counter was super helpful and gave me his honest opinions. I ended up going with the dunk latte, which was phenomenal. Really enjoyed it! Location was clean unfortunately the bathrooms did not work. They also have to sign that says no public restroom so I'm not sure what that's all about. Not super close to my house but they sometime have some great digital offers on the app. Todays was their Ham and Swiss Pretzel Sliders and they were really really good. I just want to change this review. I went in the next day because I did want to ask if I can just get my drink from the night before. After a good night's rest and a calming conversation with my husband, I went in the store for a conversation. The manager on site was so nice and understanding and apologized profusely about the experience. She also let me know that she will have a conversation with the employee since she was new. I ordered the blueberry donut iced coffee with an added shot -- & initially it tasted super milky & not sweet but I went back and the worker kindly adjusted my drink for me. Either your machine needs a cleaning or IDK. If you can please check it out, like taste it. It's terrible specifically your hash browns and sourdough sandwich. So I will say.....since this experience- they have stepped up service. I haven't had an incident since this one with the pour amount. Depending on who is working, sometimes it gets filled to the very top with no ice and other times just at that top line. My son has insisted that I update the review because he loves Dunkin so much. I stopped in on a Saturday morning to pick up some donuts and coffee. I ended up also picking up the bacon snack, bagel bites, and hashbrowns. For my coffee, I tried the cappuccino. The young men who helped me were all friendly, and the order was prepared in good time. There are lots of tables inside, and it looks like it would be a good place to actually sit and maybe get some work done. The audacity of this location to make me happy this early in the morning. I am not a morning person... this location has always been on point with orders never dropping the ball I never have to correct them and it's usually a pretty quick interaction. The foods good the drinks are good but today what stood out and I feel deserves a positive review is the man who handed me my food looked me dead in the eyes and said "bro you have a really nice nose it's like perfect" and it didn't feel weird or anything. Came back for the blueberry cold brew with oat milk through the drive-thru. Was in and out in a matter of 5-7? mins! Not gonna lie, the only reason I started coming to dunkin' was cause Tmobile gave me $2 to spend on dunkin' a couple weeks ago. I downloaded the app and dunkin' has been having a special on cold brews - $3 for any cold brew with sweet cream until 4/27. I thought that the oat milk would be included in the $3 but it wasn't, no biggie (it was .79 cents extra) - whatevers. But the oatmilk was very watered down. I could hardly taste it and perhaps I'm biased to the oat milk used at starbucks cause I used to be an employee there but I wouldn't get oat milk from dunkin again. The blueberry flavor wasn't chemically like the toasted almond flavor but I wish it was stronger in taste. Maybe I need to ask for extra next time? I think someone else mentioned in their review that the blueberry flavor wasn't very strong at this dunkin. I'd want to try this drink again at a different location so I can give a comparison lol.
