This Dunkin is located across the street from Grand Park Inn with its own parking lot. There location also has a drive thru. My husband, our little girl dog and I decided to stop by this Dunkin location this past Saturday. We came by around 3:15 pm. When we ordered, we could hear a few employees laughing as soon as the intercom went on and an employee asked us what we would like to order. After telling the employee what we wanted, he had asked us several times to repeat our drink order and then said he would have our total at the window. During the time he spoke on the intercom, you could still hear another employee or 2 laughing in the background. Anyways, we ended up ordering: 10 count Munchkins, assorted, $3.19- I actually was able to get this for $2 through a special deal on my Dunkin app. When I ordered this, the employee asked if it was okay to get assorted and then said after that they only 2 flavors. I always get assorted when I order donut holes but it was kind of disappointing that they only 2 flavors left, which were cinnamon sugar and chocolate. I actually ended up get 11 munchkins but I think it is because one was smaller than the rest. I thought this tasted standard to other Dunkin locations that I have been to. Medium Hot Chai Tea, $3.89- This chai tea seemed kind of off. It tasted as if there was way too much cardamon, which was a very strong flavor. Although it didn't bother me too much and still found it to be drinkable, that is not normally how chai tea should taste like. My husband didn't like it at all. I don't know if this is how chai tea normally taste at Dunkin because I have never ordered this drink before at any of their locations. ------------------------------------ (Total= $5.89 after discount) At the time of this review, the overall rating of this location is 2.5 stars with over 100 reviews. I can see why since the employee who took my order clearly was not paying attention and had asked me several times what drink did I order. He also had asked me again when we came up to the drive thru window. I also would have preferred a variety of flavors of the munchkins. It was odd that I could hear laughter from another employee while this employee had taken my order over the intercom and found that to be a little bit distracting when placing my order (and obviously this employee did too because he asked me way too many times what drink did I order). Overall, I wouldn't come back to this location. read more

This Dunkin' is a good choice to satisfy one's coffee, breakfast or sugary dough treat cravings. It's right off the 10 Freeway with easy access back on. Came in for the first time 2 days ago, have never tried dunkin before, and it was amazing. Asked the manager for help with recommendations and she was extremely helpful. The pistachio shaken espresso she recommended was really good. It paired nicely with the vanilla cream donut she also recommended. Very clean very nice staff will be visiting soon! read more

The reason I continue to come here is because the food taste good, but the service sucks. It's been twice that I've come and the order is delayed, so they don't want you to wait at the window, they want you to park on the side and wait, second time I waited almost 10 minutes, and had to get off my car twice to go check on my order, had to make sure nothing was missing because she didn't even hand me a receipt, thank goodness I had one item with the order number, otherwise I might not have gotten the rest of my order. First off, there aren't that many Dunkin Donuts in the area so a Dunkin coming here was a treat. I always hear the ads "America runs on Dunkin", I would have to say that this American does NOT run on Dunkin. I have came here a few times, I have tried the coffee and to donuts from here. The donuts here are consistently good, no doubt about it, but the quality is so-so. They taste very hollow and you'll need to eat a few to get a satisfaction. My biggest gripe here is with the drinks. Consistently the coffee here has been a miss. On occasion they will run out of cold brew, vanilla flavoring, and almond milk. The cold brew is part of their happy hour and they try to hide their happy hour prices at this location, they used to have a sign but started not to show it. I don't know how a coffee shop runs out of vanilla flavoring and almond milk consistently. Now the ice situation, I ask for easy ice and I literally get a cup of ice. They warn you that it's less liquid, so for science I bought two cups. One that is "less ice" and another that is normal. The one with "less ice" had 1 1/2 of liquid. The one with regular ice had 2 cups and a little bit more of liquid. Moral of the story? Do not order "less ice". On occasion, the coffee will taste like machine, a metallic taste. This Dunkin needs to get their act together. 1/5. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Avoid this Dunkin' Donuts location at all cost. It is not worthy of being called a Dunkin Donuts. I tried this location 6 months ago once before and thought maybe they would have fixed the problems by now, boy was I wrong. The Donuts are always soggy and stale. This franchise owned location is unsupervised and poorly managed. Because they stick the donuts directly into the unventilated display case after baking instead of letting them cool off first they look like the picture that I have provided. Checked out this place for some coffee and to try some of their doughnuts. T-Mobile Tuesday gave a $2 offer to use via phone. First time at a Dunkin Doughnuts. Instead of using the drive thru, I went inside to check out the display case and menu. A single doughnut is $1.29 and a dozen is $11.99. Doughnut holes are 10pcs for $3.15. Happy Hour for Med latte or Cappuccino (iced/hot) 2-6pm. Doughnuts and coffee were good, but coffee was not even half way filled. When I picked up the coffee cup it felt really light and barely any liquid. I opened the cup only to find it filled mostly with foam. So not worth $2. At least if you go to McDonald's you get more coffee for $2. This place is such a let down, I was so hyped to try Dunkin Doughnuts for the first time. read more

This was a nice and clean new Dunkin Donuts location with prompt and friendly service. A dozen donuts is $11.99, and they have some good donut choices. I like dense donuts so my favorites are the blueberry cake donut, sour cream donut, and the Boston Cream. Their strawberry/vanilla/chocolate glazed are pretty classic on a fluffier donut. This is a brand new building with all new equipment installed or placed within this business.  Nice little dinning area off to the side.  With everything new, obviously everything is clean, and beautifully decorated, modern decor. Drive thru available. Going to work at 5am in the morning, I finally see it open. I'm actually and officially the first customer of this place. Donuts are freshly displayed, and ready for my consumption.  Staffers are smiling, friendly and helpful. My childhood! Can't believe it just opened like last week! We were just driving for dinner and saw this dunkin donut. We were so shocked, never saw one nearby. So we decided to stop by after dinner. There is a drive thru. Parking lot is big. Place looks brand new and slick clean. Staffs were super friendly and they gave us coupons for future purchase. Donut is delicious! One of my favorite donut places. They taste good and no greasy nasty aftertaste. Price is about normal. About $5.5 for 4 donuts. A little more expensive than your average donut place, but I've had more expensive but not as good. Worth it. Yes, there was a homeless lady with a 'geronimo' sign in front of the store when we got there. Don't know if the other reviewers are right though, that the manager allows homeless people to hang out in front. The lady was not there when we got out, which was like in 5 minutes. Service has gotten better at this location. Once in a while, the kids working there act silly by asking each other service and product related questions that they should know. Gen Z! At least they're working, and they do a good job at greeting people. They still take some time to get your order but it has improved a lot from previous years. This is a pretty brand new location and it is awkwardly placed in a corner. There's a drive thru and a good amount of parking. Service was fast and friendly. The area was clean and it looked like there was many choices of donuts to choose from but I only get the coffee. Most Dunkin locations have burnt tasting coffee but this location hasn't had a bad batch yet. Please stop by any other Dunkin' in the area, you'll be grateful you did. I normally stop by this Dunkin on the way to my mom's house. Out of the 10 times or so that I've been to this location, only once or twice has my drink been made right. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance. The very last time I was here, the drive thru line was moving very slowly (which was not that big of a deal), but when I finally got to the window the guy asked me, "what was your order?" (I was waiting at the speaker because of the long line for a minute or so, he could have asked me to repeat my order then?) And to top it off, as I was repeating my order at the window he just walked away, and a manager or shift manager came up to me and asked me very rudely what donut I was waiting for! Like she should've been apologetic because this was the 3rd time repeating my order.
