I've been coming to this Dunkin since they opened. Recently it has become my go-to for my morning coffee before work and post gym snack on the weekends. I absolutely love this location! The workers are super nice! Drive-Thru and in store. I usually order through the app and 9/10 it is usually ready when I arrive. I've only had to wait a couple minutes at the most because their drive-thru is super busy in the morning. They have yet to "mess up" any of my orders. My cold brew is perfect every morning with the right amount of sweetness and milk! Any time I order extras on the side like their food items, they are delicious! Especially their bagel bites! Word of advice, Any time you come to a coffee spot in the early morning before work, expect it to be busy. If it you're that impatient, make your own coffee at home :) read more

This place is awful. No service, I ordered a bagel, it was the worst I've EVER HAD! Dunkin should be ashamed!

We went for a drive-thru at this location. We ordered snackin' bacon, hashbrowns, an empanada, a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side, and a toast with avocado spread. We were asked to park, and our food would be handed out to us; when the staff gave us our food, we were missing the toast with avocado spread, and the bagel had the cream cheese spread when we asked for it to be separated. We were also missing an order of snackin' bacon. It was pretty frustrating as not just one order had a problem, but a couple of orders were also missing. Our food was also squeezed together in one bag and was not very pleasing. The outside wrap of the plain bagel had avocado spread all over it. Hopefully, the staff at this location will be more attentive, thoroughly check their orders as they hand them out to the customer, and have more pride in food presentation. We understand it can get busy or overwhelming, but staff should know how to work under pressure and communicate well. read more

Dunkins deserves a 0/5 stars this time around. I'll never step foot in a local Dunkins again. The hot matcha latte is one of the worst ones I've had from any local coffee shop. It's horrific. Left a chemical aftertaste. Had sour notes while drinking it. If I could ask for a refund I would. The drink had a whole 1.5 inches missing from the top. Did not pay $5.09 for empty space. Worst part was the space wasn't even from the foam. It just came like that. Ended up having to brush my teeth and use mouthwash it was that vile. read more

I LOVE DD's blueberry coffee, but they just don't make it "right" here. It's OKAY, but it's not amazing. When I get it from the Dunkin close to me, it's like magic. So much blueberry flavor!! My car smells like blueberries for DAYS after having the cup in the car for 15 minutes. This place? Hardly tastes like blueberry. I don't get it. Also, they make their coffee too hot to drink. I usually get by this by asking for oat milk, but even THAT didn't cool down my coffee. It burned my tongue, but like...it's coffee, so I'll always keep drinking it?? What a predicament. I didn't order any food at this spot--just two coffees--so I don't know if their food is good. I love the Beyond breakfast sandwiches that Dunkin serves though--no cheese or egg. THE HASHBROWNS. First time here. I'm so glad there's a Dunkin' close to work AND it's drive thru! I came on a rainy day, so going thru drive thru kept me dry. I ordered coffee for myself and some donuts for staff. We Used drive thru and there wasn't anyone behind us we ordered two lattes and two jelly donuts and we were asked to park in front and wait they took about 10 min to give our lattes and forgot the donuts this is the third time this happens we've came inside and asked for food with our lattes and they have forgot to place order both times so third time around not acceptable I went inside and the women told me they were out when in drive thru she had told me strawberry jelly was out but they had raspberry now she said they don't have any donuts so annoying .. There are not many DD in the SGV so this place is a gem. The employees are always super nice and smiley! It's clean and they're efficient. I'm puzzled why this place only has 3 stars because I think they're great. The coffee is really good if you know what to get. My go-to is hazelnut latte (iced taste better but hot is good for my soul in the mornings). I wasn't a fan of the caramel macchiato or cappuccino though. Doughnuts - not a big fan of these super sweet pastries so I can't comment on them much. They look pretty though! read more

Went today 4/16 at 8:56 pm through drive thru. I didn't know they were closing at 9:00pm. The person asked if I was going to use the app to earn points when I placed my order. I asked a question and the person never responded. I waited and said hello and no one asked. I drove up to the window and they were not visible through the windows. Definitely hiding. This is a new Dunkin Donut location right off the 10fwy and Francisquito Ave. The place is new amd spacious with sitting area. The sitting area has a section with outlets that can be used for charging your phone or laptop. I came and ordered an Egg, Cheese and Sausage on a plain Bagel and a Hazelnut Iced coffee. My iced coffee was made perfect, with just the right amount of sweetness and hazelnut flavor. My sandwich was good too. Since it's halloween they had Halloween decorated donuts. I went inside but noticed the drive tru was quite busy. Since its a new location I could tell the cashier was still in training but service was great. read more

This morning I was running a little late to work so I decided to stop by my local Dunkin for breakfast and the car before me had place a big order and I was going to have to wait 10-15 for my sandwich which I could not afford due to already being late to work. I was just going to end up getting a coffee only but Antonio was amazing!! Not only was he able to get my sandwich in but he also threw in a free donut for me! This truly made my morning! One of the best locations by far! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. My food and drink came out quick, the service was good, and the store was nice and clean. As I was leaving I accidentally dropped my drink on the floor and they remade it for me in what felt like 5 seconds. I insisted to pay for it but they assured me it wasn't a problem.
