I didn't have a chance to check out their entire menu but I saw drinks as well. Maybe next time on the beverages. Service was quick as I used the drive thru to get to a meeting. It appeared to be an employee chatting with coworkers at the window while I waited. After several minutes, I slowly inched forward, and only then did the conversation finally end. When I got to the window, the employee who had taken my order told me she had forgotten my order and asked me to repeat it. I ordered an iced coffee and a chocolate glazed donut. While preparing my drink, coffee dripped all over the outside of the cup, and I had to ask the employee to wipe it off before handing it to me. Then I had to ask for a straw because it had been forgotten. When it was time to pay, I realized I never received my donut, and the cashier said she hadn't heard that part of my order. After finally getting my donut, I noticed there were no napkins in the bag, but by then I was just ready to leave. As I drove away, all I could think was, "Please do better." I understand everyone has an off day, but this wasn't just one mistake--it was a series of avoidable issues, combined with employees appearing more interested in socializing than serving the only customer waiting in the drive-thru.
