The passion fruit green tea was sweet, bright, fruity, had real passion fruit seeds and pulp inside but also a strong bitter green tea flave so it might not be for everyone. The sando was filled with savory tender bacon, a juicy sausage patty, some scrambled eggs, and gooey American cheese, all on a buttery flakey croissant. Overcharged and Underserved…read more I come here at least 3x a week. Usually around 9:30 so it's nothing like the morning rush. Yet, I always have issues. The biggest issue is the consistent "cold foam tax." I pay the extra $1.00 for cold foam every single time I visit, and every single time the drink is handed to me without it. It's reached the point where I have to double-check my order and ask them to fix it before I leave. If you're going to charge a premium for add-ons, you should actually provide them. On top of the order accuracy issues, the drive-thru management is a mess. On my last visit, I was told at the speaker that they were "too busy" and that I had to come inside to order. If the drive-thru is open, it should be functional. Once inside, the staff seemed overwhelmed and were out of basic staples like eggs. There were only 2 people inside when they told me they are "too busy" for drive thru orders. Unless you have extra time to go inside and double-check that you're actually getting what you paid for, I'd skip this location.

It wasn't posted anywhere but the man who rung me up did tell me prior to sliding my card. I said it was fine since he already had my donuts ready but that's so annoying to have a $1 charge on such a low purchase. I literally could walk next door to Dunkin's and have no fees. It feels like I'm being nickeled and dimed when I choose to support a small business over the chain. At the very least the donut was soft and delicious.
